Description of the boarding house

The territory of the boarding house "Crimean Spring" is located in the southeast of the Crimean Peninsula, in the Sudak Valley, near the Genoese fortress. The boarding house occupies about 10 hectares of land, reminiscent of a beautiful botanical garden in which exotic plants of these latitudes grow. This is not just a garden where you can breathe and relax. It is also a territory where our guests can not only walk along the alleys of shaded tree branches, but also admire the statues.    We have two modern swimming pools and sports grounds. Well equipped with a billiard room. Fans of a relaxing holiday can visit the steam room and sauna. Our restaurant, located on the territory of the Crimean Spring boarding house, has excellent cuisine, friendly staff, and the service is top-notch. There is a car park. For a moderate fee, your car will be under reliable protection.

The total number of vacationers in a boarding house can be 610 people. Everyone chooses what kind of comfort he is interested in. Our guests are accommodated in one of three 4-storey buildings.

Three 3-storey buildings are provided for our guests. Each room is fully equipped with everything necessary for a good rest. The rooms offer wonderful views of the mountains and the territory of the boarding house park.

In 1999, a new modern building was built in the boarding house. This has led to a significant increase in the number of rooms.

All rooms of the pension have beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Cheap cabins combined with bathrooms.

For lovers of the most comfortable stay in the park zone of the Crimean Spring boarding house there are 3 cottages. Each cottage accommodates three rooms of different categories:
   Studio Double Room (75 m2);
   double two-story room "Duplex apartment" (160 m2);
   four-bedded three-room suite “Suite” (260 m2);

Room "Studio" one-room. The room is divided into several zones. The recreation area is equipped with a seating area. The sleeping area is equipped with a wide double bed. The kitchen contains all the necessary electrical appliances for cooking. The bathroom is combined. There is a washing machine. Sauna. The spacious balcony has wicker furniture.

Room "Duplex apartment" is two-story. The first floor includes a relaxation room with a bar and a billiard room. This room has access to the terrace. On the second floor there is a living room with a seating area and a bedroom with a large double bed. Wicker furniture is installed on the balcony of the second floor. The bathroom is combined with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances. Sauna. For maximum convenience, a washing machine is installed.

The Suite room is three-story. A relaxation room, billiards and a pool filled with fresh water are located on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a living room with access to the terrace. The room is equipped with a bar, a large dining table made of natural wood, a kitchen with electrical appliances and utensils. A cinema is installed in the room and in combination with a soft corner, you will receive a cozy area for watching various programs. The room has a seating area and a cinema. The bathroom is combined (shower, shower Charcot, bidet). On the third floor there are two double bedrooms made of natural wood, dressing rooms and a bathroom.

Taking a cottage for rent, you simultaneously get a cozy apartment and a house by the sea.

Infrastructure

Vacationers who come to rest with children can always use the children's room. If your ticket is designed for 14 days, then you are entitled to 2 baths, 3 massages, daily herbal tea, water aerobics, inhalation as prescribed by the doctor.
   When buying a ticket for 21 days, the number of procedures doubles (4 baths, 6 massages, daily herbal tea, water aerobics).

The territory of the boarding house "Crimean Spring" is adjacent to the sea. Only 300-400 meters - and you are on a pebble beach with comfortable sunbeds. A variety of beach equipment can be borrowed at the rental point. Your vacation can be diversified by trips on stable catamarans, fast boats, agile scooters and rowing boats. Hungry, you can go to a cafe located on the beach. A medical center is constantly open on the beach. The beach is under constant guard.

In the pension you can hold meetings, meetings and councils. The conference room seats 105 participants. The meeting participants are provided with modern equipment (fax, photocopy, computer, video projector).

   The park territory of the boarding house, decorated by the best landscape designers of the Crimea, is a well-kept shady park with exotic plants, fountains and sculptures. Sudak is the most environmentally friendly resort of Crimea, as it is located far from industrial facilities. Supply system:   for those living in buildings No. 1, 2, 3: a 3-time "buffet" in the period from 06/15 to 08/31, 3 meals a day on a custom-made menu - from 01/04 to 14/06 and from 01/09 to 31/10 or breakfast at hotel accommodation; for those living in building no. 5 and cottages: 3 meals a day according to the ordered menu or without meals for hotel accommodation.

Children: accepted from any age.

Documents: passport, ticket of the directing company, sanatorium-resort card, compulsory medical insurance policy; for children - a birth certificate and a certificate of epidemiological environment and vaccinations.

Checkout time: check-in from 13:00, check-out until 12:00.

Beach: gravel, 300-350 m from the boarding house along the pedestrian alley. The beach is equipped with a two-tier solarium, comfortable sunbeds made of environmentally friendly wood. There is a cafe, a first-aid post, a rental of beach equipment, a shower with fresh water.

Free services:   Wi-Fi, an indoor freshwater pool (during the off-season), a creative studio for children and adults on the beach (in summer), use of the beach, use of the library, water aerobics, aromatherapy, phyto-tea. ATTENTION: the list of services is valid only for those who call on the main tour with 3 meals a day.
