From the first minute negative emotions, we were settled instead of 14:00 at 15:00, the rooms were not ready, no one even said "sorry". Further, the outdoor heated pool does not work in the winter, I certainly do not really understand why it is heated in the summer, and this was not indicated when booking, we were very upset that for 10tr the whole hotel should swim in a small indoor pool. The buffet has become much more modest than a year ago, we had an "improved" room with black mold in the shower stall. The epic of our stay was that the whole night in the wall roofing felts ventilation, or something else, in general, there was a hum that did not let me sleep (room 215). We barely waited for 8 am and ran away from this hotel. And yes, when we went to the reception in the morning to show how noisy in the room, the noise stopped)) in general, disgusting for this considerable money.

The only thing that pleased me was the fast and free ice delivery to the room.

It all started with registration, we arrived at about 15:00 and met with a queue at the hotel reception, the rooms were not ready yet, none of the staff wanted to explain anything, they apparently think that this is normal. As a result, at about 16:00 we were settled. As for the food, you will not see anything particularly exquisite either ... everything is like in the dining room, the smell of sweat from clothes is also appropriate. There are no good juices, everything resembles a diluted UPI. One of the rooms we had was of the "VIP" category, and on the second day of our stay, water started pouring from the ceiling directly into the crib, well, at least they moved to a similar room, but the situation is still unpleasant. Another moment was not very pleasant with the restaurant, we could not wait for the elevator to get from the 7th floor to the 8th, to the restaurant, we decided to go up the stairs, all the doors were locked, the waiter from the restaurant opened the doors for us and did not even say hello ... staff politeness is generally absent, everyone goes with disgruntled faces. Will we come back to this hotel, BUT NOT.

And it will replace it for you once a day, so if you have been to the spa in the morning, then after lunch you will go to the spa with wet towels. Undoubtedly, as a client, it was more convenient for me to take a couple of towels when entering the spa and leave them in the basket when leaving the spa. But you can see it is expensive for a hotel. 2. Apparently, in order not to create a global congestion at the entrance on December 31, the girls in the settlement asked us to leave our passports and a certificate for the child at their reception so that we would pick it up later. But we were never reminded to pick up our documents. And they didn’t give them out upon leaving the hotel. As a result, we drove from Anapa to Novorossiysk, turned around and went back to get the documents. With a baby. This is undoubtedly a jamb. 3. Upon arrival on December 31, since we arrived with an infant, we did not take a New Year's banquet. No announcements were made to me during the check-in. The first thing I did was go and take a phone picture of the meal schedule at the canteen. And we began to plan our time according to this schedule. What was my surprise when we came to dinner with the whole family and it turned out that the dinner was canceled because they had a New Year's banquet. The girls were tirelessly collecting water from our feet with mops :)) All saunas are buzzing. Freshly replaced water in the jacuzzi for the new year is great. We rested at the hotel from 2 to 6 January 2020. And we were very disappointed: - the service is terrible, starting from the reception. The first impression was already ruined. The girls did not explain or tell anything. I had to extract answers to questions about the hotel and its services from them. We were registered for more than two hours. It is good that the chief administrator helped, for this special thanks to her, quickly found us free rooms and settled. Which other administrators didn't want to do, for reasons I don't understand. The questions are answered incorrectly. Before arriving on the phone, they gave one information several times, upon arrival they refuted it - "informational mess". The rooms are stale, the shower is moldy, the taps are loose, the smell is bad, the lighting is terrible. In the steam room everything is rusty. Highchairs are dirty, it is unpleasant to put a child there, strollers are generally dilapidated. With the elevator, nothing is clear, like a failure in the system. Sometimes I had to wait for him for a very long time with a small workload.

Minus one big, which covers all the pros! No noise isolation! I can understand the music until 23.00, there are no problems with this, clearly at 23.00 everything calmed down ... everything except the children! I understand that many parents have come to rest, but these are your children, and please, watch your children! It just amazes me, what a disrespect for society! So if you want to sleep well, then feel free to settle in detached buildings, it will be quieter there, but in the cool season it will be inconvenient to go to the spa.
