Validity

A one-way train ticket is valid for one trip during the date indicated on it, as well as during the hour of the next day.

According to the rules of transportation, a return ticket is valid for one trip from 00:00 00 minutes of the day indicated on the ticket, no less than until the end of the next day.

From August 16, a fee will be charged for the return of the subscription.  Its size depends on the number of trips made on the subscription, the type of travel document and the length of the route indicated in it.

The minimum fee is 20 rubles, but not more than the amount to be returned to the passenger.

The fee is also charged in cases where the passenger returns the subscription before the start of its validity or travel. To return the subscription, as well as to clarify the size of the fee and the amount to be returned, you must contact any cash desk of the CPPK.

Pay attention you can return the subscription only within the validity period  (for subscriptions for the number of trips - also until the limit of trips has been exhausted).

for instance, the passenger purchased a “10 Trips” subscription for travel on the Moscow-Ramenskoye route. If the passenger has not made a single trip, the fee for the return will be 20 rubles. If the passenger made five trips, the amount of the fee is 115 rubles.

The fee is not charged:
