Campsites - the territory of complex tourist destination. It is a commercial, recreational form of land use common in many countries. The campsites have a minimum of real estate and capital buildings. Located in natural areas, usually close to natural or historical sites, campsites are focused on providing outdoor activities or cognitive - in the case of a close cultural environment. If rooms are rented to guests in hotels, then in campsites there are areas for temporary parking of tents, cars with tents, motorhomes or caravans. Accommodation facilities in campsites include rented bungalows, caravans, mobile homes. The latter, although they may have wheels, but, unlike caravans, are not vehicles.Mobile homes, like caravans, are purchased for seasonal temporary residence or outdoor recreation, in ecologically clean conditions. Their owners do not decide at the same time the issues of land acquisition, but prefer to pay seasonal rent for the use of plots of territory in campsites.
As vehicles, caravans have more opportunities than mobile homes to change their temporary residence permit. For a season or vacation, you can change more than one camp. In the latter case, it looks like a journey. Therefore, you can get a double impression from the caravan. On the one hand, a caravan, attached to a towing vehicle, migrating from one temporary parking lot to another, is a means of travel. On the other hand, a caravan standing in one place in a camping all season (often more than one), covered with protective aprons, awnings, is akin to bungalows or mobile homes.
Relations motorhomes and campgrounds - the most temporary. RVs are purposefully purchased for autotravel rather than for extended campsites. For a motorhome, parking in a campsite is often just a place for spending the night and performing household services (draining, filling water, cleaning a dry closet). This transit need for parking has given rise to a form of proposals for tourist transport called campgrounds (Stellplatz, German).
Compared to campsites, campgrounds - only parking lots with an area for the implementation of consumer services for mobile homes (often machines paid for with coins or tokens). They can be located both in the natural area and in the city. Camping sites can be paid (much cheaper than camping) and free. The advantage over campgrounds is often their closer location to natural or cultural attractions. As a rule, only motorhomes and cars with caravans stop at camp sites.
When camping is the whole world... The camping area can be functionally divided into parts. The main thing is the placement zone, which represents the main part of the territory divided into sections. Part of this area is often occupied by rented bungalows and mobile homes. Together with regular customers - caravans that get up for the whole season, they form the most equipped part of the camping. Other areas, passing from guest to guest, are free for any type of parking: with a tent, motorhome or caravan. Sometimes it is a camping policy to set aside lots for mobile homes.
A necessary part camping infrastructureis a household zone, which can be of different levels of equipment, but must provide a sanitary minimum. The household area may include a sauna, laundry, kitchen. And sometimes there may be only toilets, washbasins and showers, and hot water for tokens.
The rest camping grounds, with the exception of the area occupied by the administrative building and the reception, should serve to provide leisure and recreation for tourists. Here, just like in the domestic zone, you can find various levels of infrastructure and services. Camping sites, like hotels, have a different star category (from one to five). Camping facilities, the level and quality of infrastructure and service are expressed in its stardom. Camping sites can have a swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf, a restaurant and a market, or they can only have a bar and have non-specialized outdoor areas for active games.
However, it is not only the quality of the infrastructure, the level of tourist and domestic services that determine the attractiveness of the camping for tourists. Equally important is its location in relation to attractions, natural or cultural, the natural quality of the territory itself, its landscaping and remoteness from industrial zones. It happens that the preference remains with low-star campgrounds, and not five-star, rich in services, but located, for example, near the highway.
Part camping infrastructure specifically related to caravanning. This is, first of all, the electrical wiring carried out in the areas that receive motorhomes and caravans. Special shields with sockets are raised on supports above the ground. They are connected to standard cables for the electrical connection of mobile homes. In specially equipped campsites, water connections have also been made. The same support with sockets at the top, and a water tap at the bottom. From the tap, they directly connect the plumbing of mobile homes (if such is provided by design) or periodically fill their tanks with clean water. But such a large-scale water supply is rare. Usually, there are very few areas where electricity and water are supplied and they are used for caravans that stay at the camp all season. As a rule, there are only a few water taps throughout the campsite, from where you can pour water into the tanks.
It happens that there is only one tap for filling water, in general, and is located in a special sanitary zone intended for the implementation of the entire complex of consumer services for mobile homes: draining waste water, filling a clean one, cleaning a dry closet. Such zones also come in different levels of arrangement. It is good, when on a reel or simply coiled, there is a public water inlet hose. But more often you have to use your own hose.
Ideal when a centrifugally tilted platform is provided for draining the waste water. Then, just as you don't put your mobile home on the site, the water from the waste water taps will drain into the collector in the center. More often, when the mobile home has to be positioned precisely above the collector, so that the drain taps would be exactly above it. Sometimes the following device is used to drain the water: a thick flexible hose, connected to the collector at one end, is put on the drain taps at the other end.
For cleaning dry closets, special wide toilets are provided (normal use is prohibited due to the high probability of clogging). But such toilets are not always available (especially at camp sites). Then the dry closet as well as the waste water is also drained into the collector.

Equipment
To be comfortable in the camper, the bus must be equipped with:

Many campsites automatically provide these services (they can be either paid or free), however, having settled in a regular parking lot, the owner will have to solve these issues on his own.
Important: it is better to entrust the replacement of gas cylinders to the master, as this is associated with a certain risk.
Electricity can be obtained either by installing a generator or by connecting to an external source.
In order to conduct water, it is necessary to conclude an agreement with the supplier. In this case, the owner will need to discuss the issue of disposal.
Important: the bus can be heated with electricity or a gas bottle. The same goes for heating water.
Moving around Moscow
In November 2014, the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development developed a project for a load frame that limits the movement of large vehicles (weighing more than 2.5 tons) by the city.

Driving license for driving a camper
Depending on the type of camper, the driver must obtain the rights of the following categories:
- B - cars with a maximum weight not exceeding 3.5 tons and the number of seats, in addition to the driver's seat, not exceeding eight
- BE - vehicles of category B with a trailer weighing more than 750 kg
- С - vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tons, including with a trailer up to 750 kg
- C1 - vehicles with a maximum weight of 3.5 tons to 7.5 tons
- CE - vehicles of category C with a trailer weighing from 750 kg to 3.5 tons
- С1Е - cars of category C1, the mass of which exceeds 3.5 tons, but does not exceed 7.5 tons, coupled to a trailer, the mass of which exceeds 750 kg, with a total amount of not more than 12 tons
- D - vehicles for the carriage of passengers, which have more than 8 seats, in addition to the driver's seat, including those with a trailer weighing up to 750 kg
- D1 - cars with 8-16 seats, in addition to the driver's seat
- DE - Cars of category D with a trailer weighing from 750 kg to 3.5 tons
- D1 E - vehicles of category DE with a trailer, the mass of which is not less than 750 kg, but not more than 12 tons
