When using the version for mobile devices, make sure in advance that your phone plays the ticket correctly. To do this, make sure that the data transmission service via GPRS is connected and configured.

The open page should display an electronic ticket with a barcode image. If the barcode does not play, print the electronic ticket on paper. Tickets without a barcode image are not subject to verification.

When checking travel documents:

  • present to the inspector a printed ticket with a barcode.
  • present the barcode of the electronic ticket to the controller on the phone screen.

The controller using a special reader will check the parameters of the trip.
