I really liked the hotel, spacious rooms. Good animation for children. You can leave your child in the mini-club 2 times a day. I liked that the entrance to the pool is gentle, very comfortable for a child. The food is super, very varied, lots of meat and fish. Ice cream from lunch to dinner in convenient jars.

What I liked... the sea, of course. The all-inclusive meal plan is generally good. The room is also not bad, in principle, for 4 Cons: No private beach. The beach is shared and small. There is some kind of construction site not far from the hotel.

I liked that there was absolutely no harassment on the street! You can see really cultured vacationers. Clean chic turquoise sea! Yes, there is no beach, even the municipal beach leaves much to be desired. Don't skimp on this beach with children. Our daughter did not get out of the pool. I liked swimming in the sea with a mask and even saw some interesting fish. Mostly English visitors. The climate in Paphos is humid, so even under the canopy we managed to get sunburned with sunscreen. Prices in stores are reasonable, the range is not wide. Cigarettes are expensive (my husband brought a block with him). and there the average cost for 1 pack is 5-8 euros. It was boring in terms of animation compared to Egypt and Turkey. But again, we referred to a calm and cultural holiday, where tired tourists want to lie down, relax and not participate in any bright shows every day) Anyone who wants not to stress, but to relax peacefully - WELCOME. And who likes parties, discos... this place is not for you.

  1. The hotel is located near the sea, but there is no descent to it nearby: there are rocks. The nearest beach is very tiny - about 10 minutes' walk away.
  2. The food is so-so. We would definitely give up breakfast (it’s not tasty), lunch is completely useless, especially since there is an inexpensive and very cozy British cafe with excellent cooking nearby.
  3. Our room “with a sea view” had its own kitchen and all the utensils, including even an exotic toaster. Therefore, you can cook yourself, but the nearest normal supermarket is 2-3 kilometers away (that’s 4 euros one way by bus for a family of 3 people).
  4. In general, the hotel is located in a tourist “reservation”, quite far from civilization. Therefore, living there without a car is completely uncomfortable.
  5. The rooms are filled to the very ceiling with animals. Several ant caravans passed through our room, lizards and some absolutely creepy caterpillars on small legs often spent the night. Leaving an apple core on the table overnight means finding a trillion insects there in just a couple of hours. And God forbid you leave the trash can uncovered.
Overall the hotel is ok, you can live there. Especially if you don’t take food, but take a car.

Almost a year has passed since we were in this hotel. The traveler's experience is small, but there is something to compare with. The hotel has a lot of greenery and flowers. The area is not very large, but it is enough. All rooms are in separate houses. Each house has several rooms. Each room on the first floors has a terrace, and on the second floors a balcony. The rooms are spacious, as they are essentially a two-room studio. The room was always clean. They cleaned up well. There is a swimming pool with a smooth entrance, which is where the kids splash around. There is also a small and not deep pool for playing with a ball. Very, very tasty food. There may not be such a variety of dishes, but the chefs try to serve different dishes every day. Every day there are theme nights and some performances. And also lotto - everyone plays it. Since the hotel does not have such a beach, you need to go to the neighboring hotel - about 5-7 minutes. But we didn’t find it difficult and walked every day. The entrance to the sea is peculiar, in some places there are large stones, in others there is sand, but there are ladders and an equipped place for easy entry. In the end, we were very pleased.

Warm greetings to everyone! My husband and I vacationed at the beginning of July 2015 for ten days. Place it quickly and pleasantries awaited you in the room: two swans, a bed strewn with rose petals and fruit on the table. We were in seventh heaven! The service at the hotel is excellent. The staff are the kindest people. The animation was in moderation, without being boring. There were some very good performances. People gathered daily. The food was simply superb. My husband and I even gained weight on such noble grub. Only the best impressions remained. I highly recommend the hotel. As a couple, as with children. Great respect to all hotel staff and administration! We wish you prosperity!

Good day everyone. We rested at the Akteon Holiday hotel in September 2014. We stayed at the hotel for four days. The staff is wonderful, everyone is polite and friendly. We only took breakfast. Everything is very tasty, there is plenty to choose from. The rooms have old air conditioners, TVs and furniture. The rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils. But there is no hairdryer in the rooms, you can, of course, take a deposit of 20 €, beach towels are also available for a deposit of 5 €. The hotel does not have a beach, you need to walk 10-15 minutes to the neighboring hotels, or if you need a good sandy beach, then take a bus. In the evening animation and bingo. It can be a lot of fun. There are shops nearby. Bus to the city center 1.5 €. In general, I enjoyed my vacation. Thank you all for your wonderful attitude and excellent conditions for relaxation!

We chose a hotel with a bungalow, and in the end we got what we wanted. Unfortunately, the hotel is not available for check-in before 3 p.m. We arrived at the reception at 14:30 and were offered to wait until 15, leaving our passports. We went to have lunch at a tavern. Later, our questions, if they arose, were resolved by the Russian-speaking Oksana. All the rest of the staff does not speak Russian. The room was quite comfortable, everything you needed for breakfast - kettle, toaster, dishes, coffee maker. We bought filters for the coffee machine and ground coffee, yogurt, honey and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every day. There were enough adapters in the room, plus we also had one of our own. Unfortunately, for Russians, not all electrical equipment is made intuitively. So we didn’t immediately realize that the toaster was still working on the first dayWe managed to turn off the refrigerator and it defrosted in the middle of the night, forming a large puddle on the floor, which took one bath towel to wipe off. Apparently, this is why not all towels are perfectly white, so they have to be used for other purposes. There was an unpleasant incident when the air conditioner started crying in one of the rooms; they came to fix it only after the second request. And also to eliminate the puddles, we had to use towels. The room was cleaned regularly. But a brush or tap for rinsing your feet before entering is clearly not enough. The location of the hotel is excellent, there are houses overlooking the sea, but the sea was not visible from our windows. Not far from the hotel there are a sufficient number of shops and good taverns. We didn't go to the hotel restaurant. The pools are good, there is an all-inclusive system, it was possible to get drinks and ice cream, but why you can’t buy them remains a mystery to me. Not far from the hotel there is a water park in the chain of the same hotels. Admission is free for hotel guests. It's worth going there with the kids a couple of times, there are no queues on the slides, that was enough for us. We didn’t really like the lagoon next to the hotel, but there was another one 10 minutes away, which we mostly went to swim in the mornings, and if you are patient and spend 20 minutes along the boardwalk, you can swim on the magnificent Nissi beach. The water there is worth going there at least once. Near the hotel there is an interesting entrance to the sea, if you like to snorkel, it is to the left of the hotel. But we discovered it only on the last day, so we weren’t able to try it.

We were at the Callisto holiday village 4* hotel in October 2019 with my husband and 15-year-old daughter, we were very pleased. I'll tell you more later. The hotel is in a quiet area of Ayia Napa, but at the same time it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest taverns and shops. The hotel has its own store with everything you need (water, wine, cold cuts, tanning products, dairy products, even kefir and fermented baked milk). The rooms are located in two-story bungalows. We took a room called one bedroom - these are two rooms (bedroom and living room). In the living room there is a kitchen corner, a sofa and additional folding beds can be placed there if necessary. The room has 2 air conditioners, WiFi, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove, refrigerator, iron with ironing board - free of charge. You only have to pay for the safe. English sockets. The room had 1 adapter and one USB socket. Also in the store you canBuy more adapters, about 2 euros. Nutrition. We took HB-i.e. Breakfast and dinner. Very tasty. To be honest, I don’t understand the reviews of those who wrote that there was nothing to eat) salads, fish, chicken and, which is usually rare, even beef. Lots of side dishes (eg French fries, rice, pasta, grilled vegetables in a wok, etc.) There are also many delicious dishes for vegetarians and fasting people (beans, lentils, salads, dates, olives, capers). Drinks are included for breakfast, but not for dinner, as always at HB. Beach Hotel on the first line. On the beach itself, sun loungers cost 2.5 euros, but the hotel area is separated from the beach by a small walking path and you can sunbathe on the hotel sun loungers (on the grass and by the pool) and go to the beach nearby. Beach towels are provided on deposit. From the beach to the left there is a promenade. He goes to the very center to the port. You can walk along the sea in the evening, there is lighting. The hotel has a small animation, we only went to darts. If you want a quieter room, ask away from the reception and the main pool. We liked the hotel very much, we will be happy to return there.

Nice family hotel. In other people's reviews there really is almost nothing to add. However, part of the hotel is located next to a construction site, it is clear that this is temporary, BUT the construction work begins at 6.30 and ends at 17.00. A huge hotel is being built that hangs over everything. There is noise, dust, flocks of workers from the construction site (they are from India). Construction workers are squatting near the store, which is so conveniently located next to the hotel. Concrete mixers drive by, leaving behind a trail of dust. The roar and screams of the workers are still in my ears. The hotel needs renovation. It would be better if they took advantage of the current situation and patched up their houses a little. It's time to repair some of them. I repeat, the hotel is very good! The staff is wonderful, despite the end of the season, everyone works great. This is rare onCyprus. The food is good, high quality, there are several types of porridge for children. Dinner is good, everything is provided. The pool is clean and large. The children's area is simply great! The beach nearby is stone and you won’t need special slippers! But just 3-5 minutes at a slow pace and you are in a beautiful bay. Over which, unfortunately, a hotel under construction looms. The bay is small, there are a lot of people. The hotel under construction will kill this place ((((the holiday turned out to be ambiguous. Cyprus is beautiful, I love Cyprus very much. But for those who are going to this particular hotel, I recommend waiting until construction is completed.

I’ll try to be objective, I’ll just give a review on the pros and cons of this hotel, and the area at the same time. Note for travelers with children from our country: it is better to take AI, since the difference in price is small, and in a restaurant 1 dish costs about 15 euros, drinks - 3-5 euros. If you take meze, it’s about 20-25 euros per person. Pros: 1. The food is varied, tasty, without many spices unusual for the Russian language (as, for example, in Tunisia and Jordan). Seasonal fruits (alas, the promised Watermelons did not happen in October, but there were extremely fresh oranges, grapefruits and apples); meat always comes in several varieties: beef, pork, lamb, turkey, chicken, fish; there are always potatoes (extraordinarily tasty), vegetables, salad buffers with delicious dressings; ice cream; sweet (cream cakes in 2 versions and jelly in 1 version). For breakfast there are cheeses and yoghurts, there is a corner with low-fat yoghurt and low-calorie jam, but there are no stations for dishes prepared in front of guests, for example, the usual scrambled eggs in 10 varieties. The coffee is bad, but that’s what I’ve encountered everywhere. 2. There is a children's menu, and it is very appetizing: every meal a new version of pasta (there is grated cheese next to it), fish/chicken/crab nuggets; French fries, chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, corn. Although my child prefers adult food. 3. Food in AI is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. In addition to main meals, there are snacks (sandwiches, cut fruit, fast food) and ice cream. Children and adults will not remain hungry, no matter what time they wake up. 4. The hotel is located very close to the beach, that is, you can use the sun loungers by the pool and not buy access to sun loungers on the beach (5 € per day for a sun lounger + umbrella). 5. Very good animation for kids. It's nothing like that for adults either. 6. There are air conditioners and they are included in the price. 7. There is Internet EVERYWHERE. And it's fast and included in the price. However, after a thunderstorm it can “lie down”. 8. The staff speaks Russian and English. The restaurant waiters are very attentive. Once I came to dinner without my daughter, and they asked if everything was okay and what happened. 9. There are a couple of budget supermarkets nearby (by the way, all the goods sold on excursions are about 30% cheaper there: carob paste, olive paste, olive oil, balsamic cream and vinegar). 10. There is a bus stop nearby: for just 1.5 euros you can go to the water park (taxi is expensive). Cons: 1. Electricity is only available when an iron bar is inserted into the slot at the front door of the room, activating the electricity. It is given 1 for the entire studio room (because of this, we could not charge 1 phone for a long time), that is, while you are not in the room, there will be no electricity and there is no way to get around it (but the refrigerator continues to work, apparently, it is powered by an uninterruptible power supply), 2. No bottled water. You have to pour from the AI machines on the hotel premises (they are only in 2 places), the water in which is ice-cold, and they cannot add lukewarm water (this is the first time I have encountered this). 3. The towels in the room were hardly changed the first couple of days: we were lucky that they were changed on the 3rd day (this, as it turned out, was rare). When cleaning the room, the maids threw out my daughter's woolen sock (this may seem funny, but she slept in woolen socks because her feet were cold) - the floors are tiled. In general, the logic of cleaning is incomprehensible: the maids do not clean on Sundays, but there were other days on which no one came. 4. The toilet flush is very weak (but maybe this was only in our room). I decided not to report anywhere, as this would risk sitting in my room waiting for a plumber. 5. Beach towels can only be changed from 10 to 12: it’s unclear why. For us, the time was completely inconvenient, since we went to the beach at 8-9 am, and returned by lunch, that is, by 12.30, and then completely switched to another beach. (Towels are subject to a deposit of 10 euros and you must keep the receipt for the deposit, otherwise it will not be returned). 6. During the rain, the roof/window leaked (again, they didn’t bother to figure it out, it’s just that in the morning after the rain, the whole chair was wet). 7. Due to tight bookings and cleaning staff working until 15.00, it is not possible to take a check-out (more precisely, there is such a service, it costs 45 €, but there are no possibilities). True, with AI you have food until the end of the day, and you can wash in the showers of the Spa complex.

5 people flew (my husband, child and parents). All inclusive. I'll start with the positives. Plus only 1 - Nice rooms, spacious two-room ones. All the utensils in the living room were there (kettle, cups, dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, etc.) That's all +. Now the cons: - Cleaning: The linen was not changed in a week, only a towel. The floors have not been wiped at all for the last 3 days. It was no longer possible to walk without an eyewear. There is no drain plug for the bathtub (1.5€) - Food: The variety of dishes is very modest. In principle, there is no soup for lunch; for dinner there is puree soup, and only one kind, on the first day it was carrot with celery. For lunch, the further you went, the poorer the choice and the less tasty the food was. Dinner is a different story - there is more variety and almost everything is delicious (they cooked the meat really tasty). The only side dishes are rice and pasta. Always pastaThey were either vegetables, or with meat, or in some kind of gravy. There was no puree at all. The children's menu is terrible. The coffee in the samovar is instant. Tea bags are piled on a plate without individual packaging. There was no lemon at all. Milk in a jug without a lid. Overall, the food is quite edible. - Check-in: They brought us to the hotel at 5:30 am. They said no one would be there until 7, so we settled in the hall. Fine. We slept on the sofas until 7. At 7 we went to the receptionist to the receptionist, they gave ALL 5 passports, 2 vouchers, because the rooms with the parents were different. They said we could go to breakfast at 7:30. They didn't give us bracelets. They said they would dress at 12:30 (for lunch). Until 12:30 we had everything paid, so we had to pay to feed the child at the snack bar. All drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, except plain water, are also paid. We thought we would be sent to our numbers at 12:30. There were quite a lot of people checking in; they carefully laid out the keys and bracelets for everyone. At 12:30 they put the bracelets on us, but the keys were not given to us until 14:00. This is the first time I have encountered such a hotel policy. When I went to pick up the keys at 2 p.m., they gave my parents and I rooms in buildings 13 and 47 (these buildings are located at opposite ends of the territory), knowing that we all arrived together, the child was always with his grandmother (the administrator spoke good Russian). My only guess is that we change the room for money. Towel for deposit - 10 euros (pcs) Sauna is paid. Swimming pool - paddling pool (in the deepest place 1m 50cm) There is animation for children, as it turned out. We found out about this on day 6. Accidentally. A girl came up and said that they (the animator and the children) would draw on T-shirts (5 €). From the first day, the attitude towards the hotel administration was negative and until the end of the vacation it did not change much. It's a 5 minute walk before entering the sea. The entrance is all rocky. This is not a complaint against the hotel. For information. Almost the entire coast of Paphos is like this.

One of the most suitable options for families with children, the beach hotel on the first line Akteon Holiday Village 4\* of the Aquasol Hotels chain is located on the coast of the town of Chloraka (1.1 km) in Upper Paphos near Coral Bay. The hotel is on a rocky shore (10-15 m above sea level) located 10 min. drive from the city center (3.8 km) and 20 minutes from Paphos airport (13 km). Depending on the location, hotel houses are located 100-300 m from the sea. It's a 10-minute walk to the hotel's pebble beach. it is located opposite another hotel - St. Gregory. For training, there is a golf course 500 meters from Akteon Holiday Village, and by renting a car (price for 2 days - 160 euros), in a few minutes you can drive to the picturesque port of Paphos, Bird Park, Paphos Castle, Monastery of St. Neophytos the Recluse ( 20 min) and other attractions of the island. It should be noted that traffic in Cyprus is on the left. The city center with its noisy nightlife, discos, clubs, bars and taverns can also be reached from the hotel by public transport - bus 610 or 615, the stop of which is a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. Transferring to bus terminus 615 by bus. 616 A or B, you can get to the City Zoo. There is a travel agency near the hotel where you can book excursions for prices ranging from 18-90 euros (for example, a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon will cost 70 euros for two). Based on the fact that the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, the nearest attractions will be 3-4 km away: Necropolis / Tombs of the Kings (2.8 km), Paphos Municipal Park and Byzantine Museum (3.8 km), Paphos Archaeological Museum (entry price - 3.7 euros) and the Lighthouse (4.5 km), Odeon and Catacombs of St. Solomonia (4.6 km). Akteon Holiday Village boasts nearby shops and local cafes where you can eat inexpensively but deliciously. For example, in the Pentaras restaurant (900 m). Finally, booking a room at Akteon Holiday Village guarantees the presence of parks and gardens nearby and a secluded location, which distinguishes Akteon 4\* from other hotels.
