Black Sea with sandy beach. The best sandy beaches of the Black Sea coast of Russia. Find tours to Montenegro

Where is the sandy beach on the Black Sea? A simple question at first glance will make even experienced tourists and seasoned travelers think. The variety of rocks that make up the sea shelf and coast, and the antiquity of the basin are factors influencing the nature of the surface. There are three types of beaches: sandy, pebble and rocky. The first ones are the most popular, the second and third ones are not for everyone. Let's find out where the shore is covered with sand, so pleasantly caressing the body.

Where is the sandy beach on the Black Sea?

Researching tourists' preferences is not an easy task. A multimillion-dollar flow of people goes to different parts of the Black Sea coast:

  • northern Turkey;
  • western slopes of the Caucasus;
  • Crimean peninsula;
  • southwest of Ukraine;
  • southeast Bulgaria.

Sandy beaches on the shores of the Black Sea preferred by tourists:

  • Kerpe, Kefken and Kovanagzi in the vicinity of an important transport hub in northern Turkey - the city of Izmit;
  • the cities of Anapa and Gelendzhik on the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus (Russia);
  • more than 20 resorts on the Crimean peninsula;
  • cities and towns east and south of the city of Odessa (Ukraine);
  • resorts Varna, Burgas and others in Bulgaria.

Sandy beaches in southwest Ukraine

It’s not just the rocks that make up the coast that have pros and cons. The resort area must have a developed tourist infrastructure and good transport accessibility. Modern travelers, when planning their trip to the coast, also pay attention to the stable political situation in the region where they are going to relax.

In many respects, the sandy beaches of the Ukrainian Black Sea coast in Karolino-Bugaza and Sergeevka are inferior to the resorts of Bulgaria, Turkey, two Russian regions - the Crimean Peninsula and the Krasnodar Territory.

The best sandy beaches of the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria

Each vacationer imagines the ideal resort in his own way and finds such places on the map. The soft contours of the coastline, a convenient location in temperate and subtropical latitudes - the features that characterize the Black Sand Beach from June to September attract hundreds of thousands of people to south-east Bulgaria.

The most popular budget-level resorts with sandy beaches and expensive hotels are located on the Balchik-Varna-Burgas coastline. The gentle and warm sea creates a single complex with the surrounding nature, the remains of ancient civilizations, and other cultural and historical monuments.

Southern sandy beaches of the Black Sea. Türkiye

The coastline stretches from Istanbul to the border with Georgia in northern Turkey. The water in the Black Sea is warm in summer and very cold in winter. There is information about the transformation of the sea into “land” in 764: “And they walked on it as if on dry land from the Crimea to Thrace and from Constantinople to Scutari.” The average summer air temperature over the past half century has remained at +23 °C.

The Black Sea beaches of Turkey attract lovers of natural contrasts and solitude. The mountainous area begins close to the coast; there are natural areas that are not affected by the destructive influence of civilization. Resorts in this part of Turkey are famous for their abundance of attractions, magnificent landscapes, and historical sites.

Hotels and boarding houses for vacationers are located in the area of the sandy beaches of Kovanagzi, Kerpe and Kefken. To the west is the Agva resort. The beaches of Sinop cover almost the entire coastline of the peninsula. The eastern part of the coast is decorated with the resorts of Unye, Ordu, and Trabzon.

Sandy beaches of the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus in Russia

Leaving a good resort, where the golden shore gently slopes down to the water, a tourist dreams of returning here next year. Even a cursory review of the regions where there is a sandy beach on the Black Sea convinces: people are attracted by precisely this character of the coast. Colorful comparisons appeared: “golden” - yellow beach, “pearl” - white. There are also red and black sands.

The eastern coast of the Black Sea was “unlucky” with rocks. They turned out to be too strong for water, wind and chemical reactions to turn them into sand. The crushing was completed at the stage of pebbles and gravel, and inaccessible rocks have been preserved, which have withstood the onslaught of the sea for thousands of years.

A sandy beach on the Black Sea near the Caucasus coast is a rarity. It is surprising that golden sand appeared among the stones and pebbles in Gelendzhik and Anapa. The sand warms up well to a depth of 35 cm and pleasantly warms the skin. Such natural procedures have a beneficial effect on the body, helping with diseases of the respiratory system, musculoskeletal system, urinary system and skin.

The south coast of Crimea. Sandy and pebble beaches

The Crimean peninsula is washed partially by the Sea of Azov, but the main part of the coastline belongs to the Black Sea basin. The advantages of the southern location are complemented by unique mountain and steppe landscapes, healing mud, and healing mineral water of the Crimea. It is not at all surprising that the resorts of the peninsula have become famous health resorts and dispensaries of international level.

Conditionally dividing the coast of the peninsula into South, West and East will help you better imagine where on the Black Sea the sandy beach is closer to the Caucasus, and where the Turkish coast is just a stone's throw away. The historical and geographical parts of Crimea differ in the structure of the coast, climatic features, and conditions for recreation. Tourists sometimes resemble fairy-tale characters choosing one of three roads.

The most famous Crimean resorts - Yalta, Alushta, Gurzuf, Foros - are located in the south of the peninsula. There is a clear sea, sandy and pebble beaches, picturesque landscapes. The southern coast of Crimea is an earthly paradise, where powerful tourist flows flock, especially during the warm season. The beaches in Alushta are covered with dark slate sand, sometimes with small pebbles and gravel. The water is not clean enough during the peak summer season when the resort is overloaded.

Crimea. Sandy beaches in the west

An example that clearly illustrates the problem of choosing beaches on the Black Sea is the Crimean city of Sevastopol, the Black Sea base of the Russian fleet. Among the three dozen most popular vacation spots in the area are the vast sandy beach in Omega Bay, the rocky Soldatsky beach in the Admiral Lagoon, and the pebble Yashmovy beach on Cape Fiolent. In addition to Sevastopol, on the western coast of Crimea there are the famous resort town of Evpatoria, the villages of Saki and Chernomorskoye.

Local health resorts attract with mild climatic conditions, an abundance of bright but not scorching sunlight, and the presence of medicinal brine and mud. The Evpatoria sandy beaches of the Black Sea (Russia) are especially famous. There are more than fifty swimming places in the city and its surroundings. There are free, departmental, nudist, and paid beaches, and all of them are sandy.

Eastern Crimea. List of sandy beaches

On the eastern coast of Crimea, popular seaside resorts are located near the cities of Kerch, Sudak, and Feodosia. There is a wide choice of places for excursion walks: ancient mounds, fortresses, the Koktebel wine and cognac production center, where the International Jazz Festival Koktebel Jazz Party takes place.

List of resorts in the east of Crimea where you can relax on sandy beaches:

  • Kerch (not in the city itself, but in the surrounding area).
  • On the line from Feodosia to the village of Primorsky, a wide section of the coast is strewn with quartz sand mixed with mother-of-pearl from ground shells;
  • The village of Novy Svet, where the film “Three Plus Two” was filmed in 1963. After the film was released, Soviet people became even more fond of relaxing as “savages” on sandy beaches.
  • Koktebel is a village in the vicinity of Feodosia on the shore of the bay of the same name, covered with sand and gravel.
  • Ordzhonikidze is a small resort between Feodosia and Koktebel. Sandy and pebbly shore.

The popularity of resorts depends on many factors, and one of the first places on the long list of requirements is the character of the coast. A smooth, gentle slope to the water, sand of golden and pearl shades are ideal conditions for relaxation.

Hundreds of thousands of tourists are attracted every year. All equipped coastal areas are the property of the state, so entry to them is free. Most of the beaches are Blue Flag, which means they are well equipped, well maintained and have high water quality.

You can relax and enjoy the picturesque scenery both on long, many-kilometer beaches and on small coastlines, where tourists are provided with umbrellas and sun loungers for a few euros. Here, for vacationers, there are a variety of taverns that offer seafood dishes and national Greek dishes. The bars offer drinks, cocktails and snacks.

Most of the beaches in Greece are sandy, but there are also beaches with small snow-white pebbles. All of them have a high degree of safety for vacationers and are equipped with rescue stations. In addition, the beaches have:

  • changing cabins;
  • equipment rental;
  • entertainment.

Famous places for a relaxing holiday are in Crete, Corfu and Chalkidiki. They are surrounded by high mountain cliffs, attracting tourists with magnificent scenery and clean, clear blue water. In some places the sea is so shallow that children can safely splash in it, but to swim you will have to walk for a long time in the shallow water.

Many beaches in Greece, on the contrary, have a sharply deepening sandy bottom, which attracts the attention of scuba diving enthusiasts. Traditional entertainment for tourists, as well as trips on snow-white yachts and pleasure boats, allow you to diversify your stay at sea. To relax and enjoy the beauty and comfort on the beaches of Greece, it is best to choose hotels near the shore and not experience the inconvenience of traveling to the coast.

Elafonissi Beach

70 km from the city of Chania is the amazing Elafonissi Beach. The residents of Crete themselves consider it one of the best, and tourists come here from all over the world during the high season to enjoy the crystal clear sea and extraordinary sand. The main feature of this coastline is the pinkish color of the sand, which in some places is rich and captivating.

Elafonisi – equipped beach. There is all the infrastructure a tourist needs here. Amenities include changing cabins, showers, sun loungers and umbrellas. The safety of vacationers is ensured by the rescue service. In several cafes you can have a tasty lunch or a light snack. During the hot days of the holiday season, Elafonissi Beach is very crowded.

Getting to this beach is very convenient. There is an asphalt road leading from Chania to the car park next to Elafonissi Beach. You can come here by bus or your own transport. Some hotels on the coast organize transfers to this beach.

“In this place you want time to stop. Very beautiful! But the sea is shallow, so it’s better to go to the end of the beach to swim or dive. The water is very clean, you can even see grains of sand at the bottom. The cafes offer mostly fast food, the prices are affordable.”

Balos Beach

Balos is located in a remote part of the island of Crete. As a rule, tourists are brought here by ship as part of an excursion to the pirate island of Gramvousa and are allowed to enjoy the extraordinary beauty of the beach for an hour. To spend more time here, you will have to drive a car, but keep in mind that most of the route will be off-road.

There are no infrastructure facilities on Balos. There are no cafes or shops here, so it is better to take your drinks with you. Absolutely “wild”, but very beautiful beach. In this place, 3 seas connect - the Ionian, Libyan and Aegean. The water itself is also unusual, looking at it you can be amazed at the number of shades of azure color.

The bay where the beach is located is very calm. Even during a storm, there are almost no strong and high waves here. Children can safely splash around in the small bay on the left side of Balos. And on the shore you can collect very beautiful pink shells.

"Magical place! There is such calmness and an incredible sense of freedom here. Fine sand that is pleasant to the feet, beautiful small shells, unusually clear water, the color of which cannot be described in words. If I could come here more often, I would only choose this beach.”

Santorini Beach

Santorini Beach – the Red Beach of the island – gives vacationers a fantastic feeling. It is located at the foot of a huge rock, the fault of which has provided the coastline with red mineral chips. You can arrive here by bus, from which you will have to walk several tens of meters along rocky terrain and go down to the beach.

Santorini is a fairly crowded beach. During the peak high season, there may not even be any empty seats. There are no water attractions familiar to tourists here, so you can relax on this beach relatively calmly. Entertainment options include scuba diving or snorkeling.

Meals for vacationers are provided by several cafes located right on the shore. You can sunbathe on sunbeds arranged in 2 rows or by spreading a mat directly on the red sand. This is a great place to admire the incredibly beautiful combination of colors of the terracotta beach and the turquoise sea with clean, clear water.

“Amazingly beautiful beach! We arrived here by boat by sea - departures every half hour. It was very difficult to find a free sun lounger, there are a lot of people here. From staying in this part of the island you can get indescribable impressions, take beautiful photos and just enjoy a great vacation.”

Anthony Quinn Beach

Cozy Anthony Quinn Beach is especially popular among vacationers. It is located in a quiet bay, and the most convenient way to get here is from the town of Faliraki, which is 4 km away. The coastline is curved in the shape of an arc, and a high cliff rises above the beach.

The beach is famous for the fact that Hollywood actor Anthony Quinn once starred here in a famous film. He was so delighted by the nature of these places that he acquired the coastal land as his own. There are sun loungers and umbrellas, the rental of which is paid, and there is also a bar on a small hill, where you can admire the incredible beauty of the emerald sea over a glass of cold drink.

The coastline is sand and pebble. At the entrance to the sea there are stones, and in some places huge boulders on which sunbathers lie. During the high season, Anthony Quinn Beach is full of young people who are attracted by all kinds of water activities. There is a dock in the bay where small ships, yachts and boats are moored.

“The place is very beautiful, picturesque, but there are so many people that it’s not very comfortable to relax. There may not be enough sunbeds if you come at lunchtime, so it’s best to arrive at the beach around 11 o’clock. In some areas, the entrance to the sea is difficult due to rocks.”

Manganari Beach

A delightful sandy beach that has been repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag. It is located in the south of the island of Ios in Greece. Manganari is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It is protected from strong winds by high mountain slopes, so the weather here is always comfortable and pleasant, and the sea is a little warmer than on other beaches.

The large area of Manganari Beach allows you to relax peacefully even during the peak high season, when a huge number of tourists come to the island. There are comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas throughout the beach, in the shade of which you can hide from the sun. The sandy coastal strip is convenient for both relaxing time and active entertainment, of which there is plenty on this beach in Greece.

Manganari Beach is very popular with young people and families with children. Soft golden sand, clear, azure sea and many small taverns provide a pleasant and carefree holiday. You can get to the beach both by water and by land. Shuttle buses regularly run from Chora during the holiday season, taking vacationers to the beach.

“Very clean and beautiful. You feel such bliss from warm clear water! The sand is soft, without pebbles. Entering the sea is pleasant, like walking on wet flour. Everywhere is very clean, the beach is well equipped. There are a lot of people, but there are free sun loungers. I recommend a holiday on this beach.”

Egremni Beach

One of the most beautiful and mysterious beaches of Lefkada island. It attracts vacationers with a warm emerald-azure sea and small white pebbles that are pleasant to the touch. High rocky cliffs hang over Egremni Beach, which do not allow the construction of bars and cafes on this beach. After leaving the car in the car park, tourists will have to go down to the beach, climbing a long staircase of 350 steps.

Egremni Beach is not a very crowded beach. Here you can see girls sunbathing topless. The eastern part of the beach is distinguished by a sharp entrance to the sea with a deep bottom, so there are almost no tourists with children in this part. High waves roll up to the shore; swimming here is recommended only for those who do not doubt their ability to swim well.

There is one bar on the beach that sells soft drinks and snacks. Renting sun loungers is paid. In the southern part of Egremni Beach, the depth of the sea is so deep that pleasure boats sail directly to the shore to drop tourists off on the beach.

“We vacationed on this beach in July. The sea is warm, but the waves are very high. Indescribable beauty! The choice of drinks at the local beach is not too large, the prices are reasonable. Finding a free sun lounger is not a problem. Even during peak season there are not very many people here, which for me personally is a big advantage.”

Sarakiniko Beach

Sarakiniko occupies a cozy cove on the northwestern coast of the island of Ios. Both tourists and locals prefer to relax on this incredibly beautiful coastline with white sand. During the high season, Greeks come here with whole families to enjoy the warm water of the Ionian Sea and the gentle rays of the sun.

Sarakiniko Beach is spacious and wide. It is surrounded by mountain slopes covered with green vegetation. Relaxing on this beach is a pleasure. Fine sand dissolves in the water, and the sea against its background acquires a unique azure hue. Throughout Sarakiniko there are sun loungers and umbrellas that can be rented for a few euros. Even during peak season it doesn't get crowded here.

In the central part of the beach there are several small bars where you can order drinks. There is a car parking area on a hill above Sarakiniko Beach. The presence of space for cars attracts many car travelers. You can also get to the beach by shuttle bus.

“We had a wonderful time on this beach. Two sun loungers and an umbrella cost us 6 euros. We arrived at Sarakiniko around lunchtime, there weren’t many people, but literally an hour later the beach was filled with vacationers. The sea is calm, the water is clear, very beautiful rocks surround the shore. There’s nowhere to eat, unless you can buy some snacks at the bar.”

Myrtos Beach

The famous Myrtos Beach is located in the western part of the island of Kefalonia. It is comfortably located at the foot of two mountains - Agia Dinati and Kalon Oros. It is rightfully considered one of the best beaches in Greece, which is regularly awarded the Blue Flag. Myrtos is curved in the shape of a crescent, and light waves with snow-white foam wash to the shore.

You can hide from the bright sun on the beach under large umbrellas, paying a rent of a few euros. Sun loungers are placed throughout the beach for the convenience of vacationers. There is a small bar located right on the beach where you can buy food and drinks. In calm weather, the sea caresses the eye with its beauty and serenity, and on windy days high waves rise. On the left side of Myrtos there are several picturesque grottoes.

The peculiarity of this beach is the sharply deepening seabed. Already when entering the water after a few steps, the depth becomes very significant. The most convenient way to get to Myrtos Beach is by shuttle buses and cars. Near the coastline is the picturesque village of Divarata, and on the way to the beach you can stop at several viewing platforms from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the coast.

“A delightful beach, pleasant white sand, blue clear water. Swimming in the sea is a pleasure, there are no jellyfish, no algae. The area is well looked after. Everywhere is very clean. The only negative is that there is nowhere to eat; bars only sell drinks and snacks.”

Faliraki Beach

Faliraki is a paradise and the most famous beach in Rhodes. It stretches for 4 km along the coast, is divided into small sections, among which there is even a beach intended for nudists. During the peak high season, the beaches are very crowded and noisy. To entertain tourists, there are various attractions, rental of water sports equipment, various bars, taverns and shops.

The sea near the shore is shallow, which allows even children to swim safely. There are fewer people on the left side of Faliraki, so it is chosen by lovers of a relaxing holiday, as well as nudists. Once upon a time there were no large settlements in this part of the coast. Not far from the beach there was a small fishing village, which today has turned into a fashionable resort with many hotels and inns.

Entry to Faliraki is free. For a few euros you can rent an umbrella with two sun loungers or sit down by spreading a towel or mat directly on the snow-white sand.

“This is a wonderful place! Soft sand without stones, clean, transparent sea, lots and lots of sun and beautiful surroundings with rocks. To make walking convenient, there are wooden paths on the beach. You can take a shower or change clothes for free in the cabins that are located all over the beach.”

Navagio Beach

The most famous beach in Greece. Navagio Beach once had a different name, but the incident with the shipwreck of a smuggling ship made it famous and recognizable. In the central part of the beach you can still see the remains of a broken ship, covered with snow-white sand and pebbles. They look especially impressive against the background of the blue sea.

This beach in Greece is one of the most popular. It is considered necessary to visit by tourists arriving on the island of Zakynthos. The coastal area is not very large, so when many tourists arrive during the peak season, the beach becomes crowded and noisy.

The most convenient way to get to the beach is by water. From the port of Porto Vromi you can take a boat or use the services of a pleasure boat. To get the best places, it is best to come to the shore before lunch. The infrastructure of Navagio Beach allows you to feel comfortable and relax carefree and pleasant. There are showers, changing cabins and the usual traditional beach activities.

“The impressions are simply amazing. Very beautiful landscapes, overhanging mountain cliffs, blue sea with several shades. The impression of all this beauty is spoiled by the large number of ships and boats constantly arriving at the shore. When you swim, it feels like they’re going to run over your head.”

- a time when numerous tourists from different countries arrive on the islands. The subtropical Mediterranean climate is favorable for health, and even 40-degree heat is easily tolerated on the coast. Beaches are a great place to spend a pleasant and carefree holiday with the whole family. There are often hotels near the beaches where you can rent a room and spend unforgettable days on the Mediterranean coast.

Listen to the sound of the waves, walk along the water's edge, or just lie and bask on the sand.

I want to get out of the cold, uncomfortable weather to where there is warm sun and gentle waves of the sea. Listen to the sound of the waves, walk along the water's edge, or just lie and bask on the sand.

Good beaches: where?

When choosing a place to relax, we, of course, want there to be a good beach. Natural beaches are those that are not artificially created. A natural beach is the history of the Earth and all the processes occurring on it. The natural beach is a good place for rest and relaxation.

Natural beaches can be flat or steep. It is sandy beaches that are located on flat terrain, where the coastline has been formed for many, many years.

Steep and rocky beaches are mainly located in seismically unstable areas and have the property of constant movement.

The sandy beaches are mostly wide and long. The entry into the sea on such beaches is gentle and long. Since the depth of the sea near the shore is shallow, the water here is especially warm. Rocky beaches usually have a narrow coastline and the descent into the water is steeper.

On a sandy beach, water has been grinding stones for millions of years, turning them into sand, which means the coastline here is ancient, with its own long history.

The youngest beaches are those where the coastline is made up of boulders. The water in these places worked for about a couple of million years.

A little older than these beaches, the beaches are pebbly.

Benefits of a sandy beach

Among tourists, sandy beaches are in greatest demand. It is more convenient and safer to relax on these beaches with children. The sand on the beaches can be different: white, pink, yellow, red and even black. The color of the sand depends on the composition of the stones that were thoroughly ground by water.

Any sand is basically quartz. Pure quartz without impurities, this is a white sandy beach. Since ancient times, it has been believed that quartz helps prolong youth, strengthen the spirit and nervous system of a person. Yogis meditate on sand and believe that quartz helps them make the right decisions.

Science says that on a sandy beach a person receives microdoses for the body of various minerals and trace elements that make up the sand. The chemical composition of quartz includes: silicon with microinclusions, magnesium, potassium, iron, calcium, copper, lithium. Relaxing on such beaches treats the nervous and hormonal systems, prevents the development of diseases of the cardiovascular system and the digestive system.

The whitest beach: white sand

Beaches with quartz white sands are found almost everywhere. The most beautiful place with absolutely white sand is Himes Beach, located in Australia. The sand on the beach resembles whipped cream. Due to the reflective properties of the white sand, you can take excellent photographs here even at dusk.

Himes Beach is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as having the whitest sand in the world. Extraordinary beauty! Due to the whiteness of the sand, the water in the shallow waters is a fabulous blue color. Tourists can watch dolphins playing in the water. Birds often appear on the beach itself. Parrots take food directly from the hand. The water here is clear and calm, which is very popular among scuba diving enthusiasts. In the water you can watch many different fish, including stingrays. In addition, the beach is not overcrowded with people.

Cleanliness and peace, calm water... What else do you need for relaxation?

It is generally accepted that sandy beaches in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory are concentrated mainly on the coastline from Anapa to Taman. But there are also several more pieces of shore with sand. These are, for example, the city beach of Gelendzhik and the beach of the village of Plyakho, which are located in the Tuapse region. In addition to the beaches with yellow sand that we are accustomed to on the coasts of Thailand, there are also beaches with gray/brown sand, which looks more like small pebbles than sand. True, such sand is usually found in places, in stripes.

It is clear that you will not get the Maldives and bounty on the Black Sea, but it is possible to relax on the sandy beach. And I personally would go on vacation with children to sandy beaches, especially if the child is small and still crawling. Therefore, since there is a choice, it is better to know where the sand is, which is why this review was written. If you have any more information on this matter, add it in the comments.

The best sandy beaches of the Krasnodar region

The best beaches in the Krasnodar Territory can be considered the beaches that are located along the coast northwest of Anapa and to Vityazevo, in the Gelendzhik region, in the village of Plyakho, Tuapse district. The sand in this large area is predominantly yellow in color and there is a lot of it, and there are almost no stones and pebbles. In the Greater Sochi area, there are practically no such beaches, with the exception of a beach with artificial sand at the Imereti Beach Club.

Beaches of the Taman Peninsula, from Volna to Veselovka

On the Taman Peninsula, from the village of Volna and approximately to the mud lake near the village of Veselovka, several beaches can be distinguished. The area here is quite deserted, but there are recreation centers and children's camps near the sea, because here it is very convenient for swimming, with a smooth approach and good golden sand. True, in some places there may be a muddy bottom, the closer to Blagoveshchenskaya, the less frequent it is.

The surroundings of the village of Volna are very beautiful: from the high shore you can see the yellow sand strip stretching into the distance along the sea. This quiet place, with nature almost untouched by man, where the wind blows in the open air, is well suited for a “wild” holiday, including with children. The village has some infrastructure, you can find housing from private owners. There are also several recreation centers nearby where you can stay.

The village of Volna is very small and there are not many hotels that can be booked online here. The most comfortable one is probably a guest house. But the beach of the Volna village is not crowded, with light sand and a calm, shallow sea.

From the village of Volna to Veselovka there are kilometers of wild beaches, to which you have to go down to the sea from the high sandy shore from the road. In some places it goes around and collapses into the sea and the beach strip is not wide everywhere. Nevertheless, this area is popular among lovers of camping by the sea.

The village of Veselovka is not located on the seashore, but slightly inland. Near Veselovka there is a salt lake with healing mud, so one of the beaches is called At the Salt Lake, it has the necessary infrastructure: sun loungers, umbrellas, cabins, cafes, etc. The central beach of Veselovka is Yantar, it also has infrastructure for beach holidays, showers, a shop, a cafe, and a camping site with places for tents. The entry into the sea is gentle here, and the sand is fine and golden, but there is no natural shade at all. These two beaches, near Salt Lake and Central, are the most well-equipped and convenient for relaxation.

Further, towards Blagoveshchenskaya, on the Bugaz spit there are the beaches of Bugaz and Kiziltash, wild beaches. On Bugaz beach, the depth increases quite quickly when entering the sea. In this area there are kite and windsurfing schools and the beaches are popular primarily with those who practice these sports. The coastline here is wide, without vegetation, with fine and pleasant golden sand. There is some infrastructure and a cafe on the beach. But overall the area is deserted.

Beaches in the vicinity of Blagoveshchenskaya

The long and rather deserted sandy beaches of the Blagoveshchenskaya village are popular among those who like to relax with tents, kiters and surfers. But there are also large resort hotels here. This calm and quiet place is attractive for families with children. Entry into the water in this area is smooth and the depth is shallow, and the sea is cleaner than near the Kurp resorts. The beaches in the Blagoveshchenskaya area are wide, with yellow and fine quartz sand.

The beaches of the Bugaz Spit stretch towards the village of Volna from Veselovka. They are quite deserted and sparsely equipped, suitable for lovers of wild recreation and those who engage in kite and wind surfing. A long strip of fine yellow sand, several kilometers long, is practically all that can be seen on the beach.

Between the Central Beach of Blagoveshchenskaya and Vityazevo there is a long and wild “nudist” beach, deserted, with a gentle entry into the water, but with virtually no infrastructure.

Vityazevo beaches

Compared to the small villages towards the Taman Peninsula, Vityazevo is a fairly large and popular resort village with many hotels. The beaches in the Vityazevo area have a wide variety of water and beach activities, such as large water slides, banana rides, and scooters. There is also beach infrastructure. In general, it is a relatively busy tourist spot. But certain sections of the coast may be more or less sparsely populated. Part of the coastline is fenced off by hotels located next to the sea. Sun loungers on these “private” beaches are free for hotel guests.

Between Blagoveshchenskaya and Vityazevo, wild beaches first stretch in a long strip. There is good golden sand, untouched nature and almost no people.

The beaches from Vityazevo towards Blagoveshchenskaya are part of a protected natural area, the entrance to which is paid - 200 rubles per car. But here there is pleasant sand, not crowded, beautiful dunes and space.

Of the beaches with infrastructure, the closest to Blagoveshchenskaya is the beach of the Tortuga Island hotel - good and equipped, but not crowded. The beach has sun loungers and umbrellas, a variety of attractions and entertainment for children, and good beach infrastructure. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free for hotel guests; others can rent them for a fee. A free minibus runs from the center of Vityazevo to this beach.

Pirate's Bay Beach (Captain Flint's Bay) is a large sandy beach with sun loungers and a sun canopy. You can also rent jet skis and catamarans here, there is a cafe, beach volleyball and other entertainment and attractions.

The list of beaches in Vityazevo itself can be started with the Iris Guest House beach. This is a private beach with good infrastructure, accessible to guests. However, the beaches in this place are spacious, so you can walk to the sea freely. The sea near the beach is shallow, which is convenient for children to swim. The beach is not very crowded and at the same time quite clean and well-groomed.

The beach of the Marina Hotel is also well-maintained, there are beach volleyball courts, showers, sun canopies, sun loungers, and a cafe. First of all, the beach is intended for guests of the Marina Hotel.

The beach of the Astoria Hotel is a wide and spacious sandy beach, there are cafe tables under a canopy, courts for beach volleyball and football.

Dune Beach is wide and well-maintained, with the necessary infrastructure, and at the same time a free and accessible beach to everyone. Among other things, there are courts for playing beach volleyball and massage. There is parking near the beach. Compared to Central, this is a less crowded beach.

Central is the most famous and crowded beach in the Vityazevo area. It is open to everyone, so during the season there are a lot of vacationers. The beach is quite long, about one and a half kilometers, and mostly wide - several tens of meters. Entrance to the beach is free, but umbrellas and sun loungers are available for rent.

Also, a popular well-maintained sandy beach adjacent to the Central one is located in the area of Grinchenko Street, this area is called Kamyshi. The beach infrastructure is very developed; there is everything you need for a comfortable beach holiday.
