On the first day of our stay (09/15/2018) it was warm, but overcast. We walked along the embankment in the rain and went to the liquor store to buy Massandra wine for a test. I’ll say that this is the best wine to buy at the supermarket, it’s cheaper there. We settled in the city center in an apartment on Sverdlov Street. In general, we were satisfied with the housing. It is in any case cheaper than living in a hotel. You can cook it yourself. You could walk to the beach in just 3 minutes. Massandra beach, located nearby, was the best. Beautiful, clean and, most importantly, quiet. There is no this annoying hollowing music. We found a wonderful steel room on Sadovaya Street "7th", it seems. Real homemade food and not very expensive. For two, about 600 rubles came out. Transport is also affordable. You can drive or swim to the point you need. The weather was still very warm, clear, even many swam in the sea (I am no exception)! I already got to Yalta by transport from the village of Goncharnoye, not far from Balaklava, I was lucky enough there to get sick after swimming in the 16-degree sea and to stretch my muscles very much after climbing the rocks. Therefore, once in a beautiful resort city, it was necessary to check into any hotel. They took me directly to the central promenade and right there I managed to rent a beautiful hotel room for only 1000 rubles per day! This was my biggest surprise. I’m sure in the summer this number will cost 2-3 times more. A very clean city, people are incredibly responsive, kind, measured, such people throughout the Crimea are no exception, but rather a pattern. Walking along the promenade and improving my health, I could not breathe in the magnificent sea air, which for some reason in Yalta seemed special to me. I wanted to peer endlessly into the depths of the blue of the sea, into the mountain ranges on the horizon. I myself became calm, measured, let's say, satisfied from everything that was happening around, because there is such an atmosphere, there is such a mood, there is such a life! With entertainment at this time of the year, of course, there aren’t very much, there are no tourists, there’s no one to work for, restaurants, cafes, bars are mostly empty, but those who travel with specific goals will not be disappointed!
