For the passage of passengers from the Moscow region, bus routes that arrived at the Kotelniki metro station will be extended to the Kuzminki metro station during the metro closure. All routes that have an intermediate stop at the Kotelniki metro station retain the same route. The ticket price remains the same.

The following suburban routes have been extended:

Free bus routes with minimal traffic intervals and separate dedicated lanes for priority travel of ground urban transport will also be organized. Free bus routes will be organized for travel from the Zhulebino, Lermontovsky Prospekt and Kotelniki stations. High-capacity buses on routes M1, M2 and M3 will operate in metro mode with minimum intervals of 40-50 seconds.

M route routes:

M1 “Metro “Lermontovsky Prospekt” - Metro “Vykhino”;

M2 “Metro “Zhulebino” - Metro “Vykhino”;

M3 “Metro “Kotelniki” - Metro “Kuzminki”.

The movement of all routes: compensatory, city and regional will be carried out on separate dedicated lanes.

For the convenience of passengers at the Vykhino and Kuzminki metro stations, all ticket windows will be constantly open. At any time, passengers can seek help from the staff on duty at the Moscow Metro Mobility Center and road transport workers. In addition, the electric depot will provide reserve trains for delivery, if necessary, to the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line.

The restrictions on the section from Vykhino to Kotelnikov are associated with an important stage in the construction of a new metro line - work on the construction of a transfer tunnel for the Kozhukhovskaya line of the Moscow Metro, which is scheduled to open in 2018. During the construction of such a serious facility, it is necessary to temporarily stop train traffic on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line section. Similar work will be carried out again in 2018 - approximately in May.

The new Kozhukhovskaya metro line will run from the Aviamotornaya station to the Nekrasovka station through 7 districts of Moscow: Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, Vykhino-Zhulebino, Kosino-Ukhtomsky, Nekrasovka, Tekstilshchiki, Kuzminki, as well as through the Lyubertsy urban district of the Moscow region. In total, the line will include 9 stations. The length of the section will be 17.2 km. The main thing is that the Kozhukhovskaya line will help relieve congestion on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya and Kalininskaya lines.

Due to the introduction of dedicated lanes, the traffic situation in the areas of closed stations is expected to become more complicated. We ask drivers to familiarize themselves with the planned traffic restrictions in advance, as well as choose detour routes and use public transport.

Thus, on some streets the traffic organization is temporarily changing. Parking will be canceled on Vostrukhina Street in the area of building No. 7, on Aviakonstruktor Mil Street from General Kuznetsov Street to Marshal Poluboyarov Street. In addition, exits to Volgogradsky Avenue from Zhigulevskaya Street, Yeseninsky Boulevard, Academician Scriabin Street, Tashkent Street, Samarkand Boulevard, as well as exit from Kirov Street to General Kuznetsov Street will be limited. The section of Khlobystova Street from Ryazansky Prospekt to Vostrukhin Street is also closed.

We ask for your understanding of temporary inconveniences.

From October 28 to November 3, three stations of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya Line (TKL) of the Moscow metro: Kotelniki, Zhulebino and Lermontovsky Prospekt will be closed to passengers. Stations will resume normal operations on Saturday 4 November at 05:30 am.

As explained by specialists from Mosinzhproekt JSC, the blocking of traffic and the organization of compensation routes on the section of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line of the Moscow metro from the Kotelniki station to the Vykhino station is associated with the implementation of tunneling work for the construction of the left running tunnel from the transition chamber behind the Kosino station. to the Kosino station of the new Kozhukhovskaya line of the capital's metro. The management company for the construction of new lines and stations of the Moscow metro is Mosinzhproekt JSC.

The route of the Kozhukhovskaya Line tunnel under construction passes below the existing tunnels of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya Line at a level of 3.1 to 3.55 m, therefore, to ensure the safety of the tunnels of the existing section of the TKL and the safety of metro passengers, a technological “window” is required according to the standards. It will allow the excavation of a new tunnel to take place as usual, without additional loads.

In accordance with the work schedule, the excavation of the left distillation tunnel of the Kozhukhovskaya line will be carried out at an average speed of 12.6 m (9 rings) per day. Considering that the length of the tunnel section under the TCL is 50.4 m, the required excavation time will be 5.5 days.

After completion of excavation at the site, the superstructure of the track and dimensions in the existing TKL tunnels will be checked with a measuring car, as well as the passage of a train without passengers to confirm the absence of possible deformations in the existing tunnels. This will take another 1.5 days.

Accordingly, the total time required to complete the excavation of the left-hand tunnel of the Kozhukhovskaya line of the capital’s subway, taking into account all the necessary measures to ensure the safety and integrity of existing structures and communications in the work area, will be 7 days.

As metro builders emphasize, safety comes first. Therefore, together with the services of the State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Metro”, in order to minimize risks during the work and to ensure the complete safety of existing and newly constructed structures and engineering devices of the metro, an action plan was developed, which includes round-the-clock monitoring of the condition of the existing TKL tunnels and the Kozhukhovskaya line tunnel under construction .

Before the start of construction, a full inspection of all existing metro structures located in the construction zone was carried out. After completion of excavation, monitoring of the condition of the tunnels will continue.

Let us remind you that the excavation of the left distillation tunnel between transition chamber 4.1 and the Kosino station of the Kozhukhovskaya line of the Moscow metro began on April 27 of this year using a 6-meter tunnel-boring complex (TBMC) Herrenknecht S-736 (name “Svetlana”). The total length of the stretch is about 670 meters.

In total, eight stations are designed on the Kozhukhovskaya line: Nizhegorodskaya Street, Stakhanovskaya, Okskaya, Yugo-Vostochnaya, Kosino, Dmitrievskogo Street, Lukhmanovskaya and Nekrasovka. It will pass through the districts of Vykhino-Zhulebino, Ryazansky, Nizhny Novgorod, Kosino-Ukhtomsky. The construction of the new “pink” line of the capital’s subway is planned to be completed in 2018. To ensure maintenance and repair of Kozhukhovskaya line trains, the Rudnevo electric depot is being built (the nearest metro station is Lukhmanovskaya).

09:00 — REGNUM Residents and guests of Moscow will not be able to use the metro at three stations of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line at once for a week. As reported IA REGNUM in the press service of the Moscow Metro, from March 24 to March 30, the Kotelniki, Zhulebino and Lermontovsky Prospekt stations will be temporarily closed. During this period, trains will run from Planernaya station to Vykhino station and back.

“Restrictions on the section from Vykhino to Kotelnikov are related to the excavation of the Kozhukhovskaya line running tunnel under the existing Vykhino - Lermontovsky Prospekt section,” — the press service clarified.

It is explained that, in accordance with construction standards, when carrying out such work in the operating metro area, a temporary cessation of train traffic is necessary to ensure transportation safety.

The Moscow Metro asked passengers to treat temporary inconveniences with understanding and plan routes in advance.

Thus, during the closure of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line section, compensation buses will be launched. In total, it is planned to use almost 200 modern low-floor buses of an especially large class. On them, passengers will be able to get to Vykhino, Kuzminki, Lermontovsky Prospekt, Zhulebino and Kotelnikov. As of March 23, restrictions will be introduced for motorists in the area of closed stations. They will continue to be valid until March 31 inclusive.

In addition, to relieve congestion at the Vykhino metro station, on March 24–30, commuter electric trains will travel to the Vykhino railway station without stopping.

Suburban and intercity routes of regional carriers will also adjust their routes. The number of buses on the routes will be increased by more than 100 units. At the same time, fares on all suburban routes will not change.

Temporary separate dedicated lanes for public transport will be introduced in six areas - on Ryazansky, Volgogradsky, Lermontovsky prospects, st. Saransk and Zhigulevskaya, Novoryazanskoe highway. Taxi access to these lanes will be prohibited. They will also introduce a ban on car traffic in 11 areas, including at the exits from the Moscow Ring Road to Volgogradsky, Lermontovsky and Ryazansky Avenues. Stopping and parking for personal vehicles is limited on six streets.

Passengers will be helped to build the optimal route and find stops for compensatory buses by 110 inspectors from the Moscow Metro Passenger Mobility Center, who will work daily near the stations.
