Usually, it takes twenty minutes to get from the Moskovskaya station to Pulkovo. Traffic jams occur, but rarely even during rush hours. But this does not mean that they cannot be. From Sennaya, if without traffic jams, you can easily get there in 40 minutes, not counting the wait for landing. But at rush hour, Moskovsky Prospekt is often overloaded with cars, even despite the green wave, so if you are moving between 17:00 and 20:00, you better not take the risk and take the metro to Moskovskaya.
