Krasnaya Polyana can be reached by several Sochi buses:

— № 105 . The bus leaves from Sochi from the Sea Mall shopping center, calls at the Sochi railway station and goes to Rosa Khutor. Passes Adler Railway Station, enters the airport. If a minibus arrives, be sure to check that there is no letter “k” in her number, otherwise you can’t get to Krasnaya Polyana.

— No. 105s.This fast bus goes from Sochi similarly to route 105, only it has fewer stops: it does not go to Khosta and Kudepsta, which reduces travel time by about half an hour.

— № 135. The bus leaves from the New Centre shopping center in Adler, then calls at Adler train station, but the stop is from the sea. And then it goes through to the airport and along the old road.

All these buses start from Sochi bus station, or Adler bus station, call at the airport and go to Krasnaya Polyana.

The average travel time from Adler to Krasnaya Polyana is about one and a half hours, from Sochi - about two. This is due to the fact that the bus makes many stops in the village itself: the Esto-Sadok railway station, then Gorki Gorod, then a hook via Gazprom and only then arrives at the Rosa Khutor terminal station.

Of course, you can not always rely on the accuracy of the schedule, so it is better to come to the stop a little in advance.

The first buses to the airport and the railway station leave from the terminal stop Rosa Khutor (via the villages of Esto-Sadok and Krasnaya Polyana) at 6.00 in the morning, the last 135   at 21.00, 21.36, 22.16; 105   at 20.30, 20.50, 21.56; 105s  at 20.10, 21.16.

From January 2019, the bus route 63 is renamed to 163. Bus routes 105 and 135 again call at the train station Estosadok.

From December 1, 2018, Krasnaya Polyana becomes closer to Sochi two new routes 105E and 135E are introduced  (express). In the city, they will immediately go on the bypass road bypassing traffic jams, and from Adler to Polyana they will go along the new highway. The number of stops on these routes will be reduced several times, due to this the travel time will be significantly reduced. Also, they do not call at the airport, so there will be less people in these buses, the trip will be more comfortable. But there are nuances. Also from December 1, 2018 route 105С is changing - it will no longer reach Krasnaya Polyana - only to trout farming.

Description of routes

Some of the routes of public transport on the section from Adler to Krasnaya Polyana go along the beautiful old Krasnaya Polyana road, which stretches along the banks of the Mzymta River. Although there are no sharp turns on it, if you or your children are prone to motion sickness, try to sit in front of the bus. If the bus is hot, go to the driver and ask to turn on the air conditioning - all buses are equipped with them. Express routes travel along a new road.

Although in general, buses run very often during the day, and there are no special problems with transport, unfortunately, the schedule is not always strictly followed, and nothing can be done about it. It happens that one of the buses does not go on a flight. Therefore, we do not recommend relying heavily on recent flights if you need to get from Polyana to Adler, Sochi, or vice versa. If you do not have a backup option (,), then we recommend planning your trip at least on the penultimate flight.

Bus number 105It goes from the Morem shopping center, through the center of Sochi, the Sochi railway station, the railway station and Adler airport. The final one is Rosa Khutor GLK (Gorky Gorod passes by the city and calls at Gazprom GTZ). A list of all stops at the end of the page.
Distance 85 km. The total travel time is about 2 hours 20 minutes (from the Airport to Rosa Khutor, about an hour). The fare on the entire route is 242 rubles.

Bus No. 105E (express)  It goes from the Sochi railway station (immediately leaves for the bypass), through the Adler railway station, then travels along the new Krasnaya Polyana highway. The final one is Rosa Khutor GLK (Gorky Gorod passes by the city and calls at Gazprom GTZ). A list of all stops at the end of the page. Buses depart at intervals of 20-40 minutes.
Distance 80 km. Total travel time is about 1.5 hours. The fare along the entire route is 250 rubles. From railway Adler to Rosa Khutor - 180 rubles. The cost does not depend on the number of stops, i.e. even one stop drive, at least 180 rubles.

Bus number 135  It comes from Adler from the Olympic Park, through the center of Adler ("New Century") and the airport. The final one is Rosa Khutor GLK (Gorky Gorod passes by the city and calls at Gazprom GTZ).
Distance 67 km. Total travel time is about 2 hours. The fare along the entire route is 178 rubles.

Bus No. 135E (express)  It comes from the Olympic Park, doesn’t drop into the city and the airport, and goes to Polyana along the new Krasnaya Polyana highway. The final one is Rosa Khutor GLK (Gorky Gorod passes by the city and calls at Gazprom GTZ). Buses depart at intervals of 35 minutes.
Distance 60 km. Total travel time is about 1 hour. The fare along the entire route is 180 rubles. The cost does not depend on the number of stops, i.e. even one stop, 180 rubles.  Preferential and travel tickets on this route are not valid.

Bus number 163  (local Krasnaya Polyana). Coming from Rosa Khutor - Rosa Khutor-Galaktika Railway Station (GTZ Gazprom) - Gornaya Karusel (Gorki Gorod) - Esto-Sadok (Marriott) - Megafon-Esto-Sokad Railway Station- Peak Hotel- Mountain Air- Heliport- School number 65- Zapovednaya, 38- Achishkhovskaya.
The distance is 16 km. Travel time is about 30-40 minutes. The fare is 22 rubles.

The ticket price for routes 105 and 135 depends on the distance - approximate prices, as well as approximate travel times are shown in the table below. They may slightly (by several rubles) differ on different numbers of buses. Payment is made in cash at the entrance through the front door.

The price of tickets on routes 105E and 135E does not depend on distance and is fixed at 180 or 250 rubles.
