The layout of the air conditioner was not thought out (in a standard room with two twin beds, the air flow goes to one person whose bed is under it - see the photo on the website). The cooler is located in the lobby of the entrance on the ground floor, it would be necessary to have your own on each floor, or at least it is inconvenient to go down from the upper floors. Inventory on the beach is a little expensive. At the playgrounds there is no rental of sports equipment (for example, there are table tennis - racquets or buy, or bring with you).

The hotel has 2 receptions, in which you need you will find out after the fact. There was no contact with the hotel prior to arrival. There were two reports of a request to make an early check-in, refused. In fact, they settled some up to 12 hours. The room was not particularly cleaned, it was not cleaned as usual at about 12, we were cleaned at about 5 p.m. Our room was next to the cafe, there was always the smell of food.

In case of poisoning, he called the medical center at the hotel - they answered that they could not help, call an ambulance. Why then are they needed there, if even with mild poisoning they are powerless. The ambulance arrived - expressed claims that they were called, although there is a medical center. Hotel medical assistance at level 0. I would have died in the room, would have known only when they came to clean the room - the desire to help from the staff and the professionalism of the health workers at level 0. The sink siphon was very clogged, that the water barely drained, no one checked and cleaned it .
