But first, let's see what the site will entice us to (http://www.belbereg.ru). Beautiful, vivid photographs, you can watch a video presentation, very briefly about the village, in the section “sale” presents free real estate with a layout and description, but, alas, there are no prices. The general plan is unsuccessful, part of the green houses that seem to be on sale do not click, and those that work, again, without cost. On the general plan, the surrounding area of \u200b\u200bthe village is indicated by solid green forests and fields, although in fact there is much built up or construction is underway / is planned. The latest news that the central checkpoint is closed for reconstruction is dated March 2016. It is shown how to get to the village, but I will tell you more about this myself.

The developer of Bely Bereg LLC, the Bely Bereg management company, but failed to find out anything more. There is not a word on the site, and these names can be read only on award diplomas. In the future, the manager evasively explained that this was a group of private investors. An additional search on the Internet also yielded nothing.

   The site says that "White Beach" is 16 km along the Novoryazanskoye highway, but often the site owners are cunning with distance. Count yourself? Yes, it is really 16 km to go from MKAD along the Novoryazanskoye highway, but after these kilometers, having passed Ostrovtsy, you need to turn right to the village of Verkhnyaya Myachkovo. See a big banner advertising “White Bank” upstairs?

You pass the KP “Sosnovy Bor”, the holiday village “Sunny Beach” (for the most part it’s just a field).

And on a good road, you will arrive at the first checkpoint of the White Coast. There is also a minibus stop No. 979.

In general, the village makes a good impression while driving along it, and when you enter the territory, everything becomes even more beautiful.

We didn’t go to the sales office on a typewriter, but walked, and I admiredly turned my head in all directions. I was allowed to take pictures, but asked not to rent the sold houses. But even without it I took more than a hundred photographs.

And this piece of wall demonstrates what all the houses in the village are made of. In construction, the technique of fixed formwork, quite rare for me, is used. This technology is considered energy-saving, modern, walls are erected faster than using removable formwork, and therefore less costly.

The manager Julia provided me with a small booklet, told me a little about the cost, that the property is drawn up for the house and the land and is acquired under the usual sales contract. A loan can be obtained at any bank.
   And we, this time on an electric car, went to inspect the White Beach checkpoint.

The first tenants appeared in the village back in 2006, but construction is still underway. Julia drew my attention to the fact that in the event of a power outage, local generators come into play and the residents are guaranteed an uninterrupted supply of electricity.

On this magnificent road we arrived at the first duplex that Julia was ready to show me.

Since one part of the twin house turned out to be residential, it was possible to “click” only its second half and did not get into the frame of the garage. The project is very successful, since the sections border each other only with a common wall of garages.

But anyway, spread more than 15 thousand rubles. every month with such a large number of houses, and even everyone pays the same way - and the owners of huge cottages, and small, and town houses - it seems to me unfair. Although the reasons for the manager have their own truth, everyone uses the infrastructure the same way. But not everyone is equally rich, otherwise everyone would live in separate cottages.

So I dreamed of acquiring at least a small cottage or section in a twin house. I wish you that dreams came true, and you could live in such a delightful village as the “White Beach”.
