Friends every year go on vacation to the same place and always stay in Prometheus. Our vacation turned out to be spontaneous, and we decided not to waste time looking for a place to stay and listened to good reviews and recommendations. The hotel area is really big, there is greenery all around, it feels like you are walking in the park. There are also several pools (4 adults and a child). The rooms are good with everything you need, buffet meals, wonderful animation, which ended around 23.00. We were very pleased with the quality of accommodation, food and service and did not find any shortcomings, our stay at this hotel was a success for all 5 points!

The worst 4 * hotel I've ever been to! I'll walk through the facts without water. We lived in a junior suite, a mini city building. 2 rooms. Rooms: there are only 2 towels, apparently by the number of rooms, and not generally accepted norms, the hangers in the closet are also less than the norm, there is no freshener in the toilet, I had to ask for toilet paper, only the argument helped that I need it now, and not when you come to clean room, telephone only in one bedroom. There are a lot of catalogs in the room about how cool they are, BUT there is not one mention of how to call the reception, to the city, to another number. There are no instructions for the safe either. How to order food in the room is not clear. How to call the maid is not known. On the stairs in the buildings in black bags are clean towels Extra. The beds are also crammed into the corners staircase. Mops, vacuum cleaner, rags and other cleaning equipment are all on the stairs. It is not beautiful, not hygienic, a violation of fire safety rules. The exits from the buildings to the pool (they are also fire exits) are locked with a key. There is one ironing room for everyone, and there are a lot of rooms and guests, it is located next to the reception and we, for example, had to go from our building located by the sea to the ironing room through the entire territory of the hotel. Beach: mattresses sagging and full of holes sewn three times, or even more. The rest is an ordinary public beach. Food: every day the same thing, no variety. Hot dishes and plates are not warmed up, you either have to choke on frozen fat or refuse supposedly hot dishes. Served dishes stand without lids, respectively, all midges, flies and hair from people passing by fly into them. I will not say anything about the fact that they also wind up. Alcohol, of course, is local and the cheapest, for those who just want to drink it will go. For those who like to enjoy a drink, it's better not to try. Orange juice with 100% signature is 100% of lies, why I did not understand why I did this, and to be honest, it offended me and undermined my attitude towards this institution completely. I don’t understand why people make idiots ?! Territory: green, well-groomed, not small with branchy paths, which means you need to install a pointer where which building is located, in which side of the reception, honey. point and other important objects of infrastructure. One sign in the center is, of course, indicating where is what restaurant or bar and where the sea is, but this is not enough. At night, there is no lighting on the territory at all, there is only illumination of the bushes and garden lanterns. Only the owners apparently forgot that they have people resting, not gnomes, and with this lighting + walking (not fixed) tiles on the paths, small irregularities in the joints, in the form of a knocked curb, when moving from one path to another, etc. can just lead, at best, to injury even an adult, let alone children who run and jump day and night. Animation: I won't write for a long time, for me this is the level of collective farm amateur performance (KS). And it seems that the chairman of this collective farm has poor imagination, so the evening so-called show is 3-4 numbers from the COP and then 1.5 hours of presentation of all members of the animation to the same music. You can just shoot yourself! By the way, they represent their team 3 times a day - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everyone is trying to eat and get away. Maybe this is a trick that would not eat everything, although what is there? Fish with sand? Or the day before yesterday's baked goods? Nobody touched the rice on the water at breakfast at all, and the kharcho which was made from it for lunch later, too. So with such a seedy meal, the three-time presentation of the animation team can be removed. Staff: for the first time in my life I saw how a guy of 20-25 years old from security turned to a 60-year-old couple "hey guys" And where are the manners? I read about this hotel and good reviews. I'll make a reservation that my negative is connected with the fact that we lived in deluxe rooms. It is this category that the hotel does not categorically pull. Agree that the sensations of living with a person who cost 4 thousand for a day and those who are 24 are different. And the level of requirements is different. The rooms are ordinary. We had a two-room suite. If you are counting on a free minibar, a kettle, tea, coffee, cups, cutlery in your room, then this is not about this hotel. Tidied up really well in the room and cleaning was at a convenient time, this can not be taken away. For children, cots were brought to us. But the pot, the children's stand, so that you could wash your hands, you had to buy yourself. The hotel simply doesn't have them. Meals are average. Of course, no one is hungry sat. But delicious food was rarely consumed. Of the soups, only hodgepodge and fish soup were cooked well, the rest was not tasty at all. Chicken broth is absolutely tasteless, next to vermicelli is also completely unsalted. Dumplings, dumplings with potatoes - apparently the cheapest are purchased. They took it 1 time and left it. Cheesecakes are offered in desserts, but they are completely impossible to eat. In general, the chef's team is not up to par this year. A separate zone is allocated for VIP visitors. But you won't find tables with tablecloths here. The food will differ in bread (whole loaves are here) and fruits (here they are whole, not pieces). This is where the differences end. We had children in our family and we need baby chairs. They were always dirty. The dishes are removed from the tables more or less quickly, children's chairs are not washed at all. You come, you get a dirty highchair after the previous child. We went to the Marshalsky a la carte restaurant. Also a complete disappointment. There is darkness that you eat, you can't see. Apparently it is designed for this. Food is not tasty. In general, another canteen with restaurant prices. At the end of the stay, there was another disappointment. Check out of the room according to the regulations at 12 o'clock. We left at 14. They took off our bracelets, which gave us the right to enter restaurants, and put on a bracelet that allowed us to simply stay on site. I would still somehow understand the hotel administration if it applied to guests living in the economy system. It is clear that if 4 thousand were taken from them, then it is necessary to keep within the profitability. But for guests who paid 24 thousand per day, offering lunch for an additional fee is just something. The whole mood of this day and the overall feeling of the rest, which, in general, did not attract such paid money, was ruined. Let's praise the children's animation. It can be seen that the guys love children and are willing to work with them. Adult, especially in the evening - very very average. Called a "club", so match. But evening and night entertainment is in the top three. I don’t know where they got such a DJ and what kind of selected repertoire he had. Boredom !!! There is a children's room for small children. There are many toys, all different. But, strollers that could be used to transport children are old, torn, dirty. Pebble beach and that says it all. It would be quite nice if the hotel had a remote pier and you could go swimming from it, but it doesn't. The coast is very steep. Going in and out of the sea is very problematic. There are many sun loungers on the beach, there were no problems with that. The conclusion we made is that if you do not pretend to be a luxury class holiday, then perhaps your feelings will be better than ours. It is forbidden to "book" (and move) tables in the dining room, but you can take sun loungers in the pools for the whole day. At the same time, in the first case, the staff will not very politely make a remark to you, but in the second case, it does not matter at all, this is not their problem. Earlier, in the "Tavern" there were no such problems, they moved it, put the cap on the table and went. Yes, with my On the side it is ugly, but if it became so hard in one place, maybe the sun loungers should have been dealt with? The concept of late check-out has also changed. Maybe earlier, lunches were paid, but no one ever had any questions. I handed over the number, changed the permanent bracelet for a temporary one and go until the evening and use everything.
