The drains in the toilet and shower worked fine, refilled soap, cotton swabs, sometimes put shower caps. Tooth brushes and toothpaste were missing. Insects and midges in the room, and in the hotel have not seen. By wifi they give a piece of paper with a login and password, the first day wifi disappeared every time the phone was blocked and it was necessary to log in again, then it was enough to log in once a day and wifi was connected. Beach towels can be changed once a day at the reception. They cleaned mediocrely, washed the floors, made the bed, but since we didn't litter much, I can't say that I was unhappy. The sand in the room was cleaned and toilet paper was put in - this is the main thing :) As for me, the hotel is not inferior to 3 * from European ones. During the excursions, we spent the night in 2 other hotels on Khao Sok and Phi Phi, and upon my return I enjoyed the room with great pleasure, what they give on excursions is not comparable to Melody. We included breakfasts, serving from 6:30 to 10:00. I read somewhere that there were not enough tables for breakfast, as for me there was enough, I have never seen that there was no place for someone. We ate at 6:00 and 7 and 8:00. Once we had an excursion at 4:30 in the morning, in the evening at the reception I asked for a breakfast box - in the morning I took a sandwich, a boiled egg and something else small + 0.5 water - not a lot, but enough so as not to starve to death in the morning ... Food: omelets, cereals, jams, banana pancakes, fruits (pineapples and watermelons) + 5 or 6 steamers with Thai food (noodles with vegetables, tom yam, rice with vegetables, chicken with vegetables, some other vegetables and sausages). As for me, there was a variety, Thai food changed periodically, I will say that at home I have less varied breakfast for breakfast :) We had a standard room, and on the ground floor there are rooms with direct access to the pool, but this does not mean that I cannot use the pool , I just need to walk from the street :) It works from 8:00 to 20:00, this is logical so that you don't stare into the rooms when I swim nearby :) By the way, before the trip I was upset that I could not use the pool, since the room is different categories, then I found out that I can, but for the whole trip they did not use it, there was simply no time. Why did you write that the hotel is for active people? There is one property of the hotel that makes its price cheaper - the distance from the beaches. It took 10-15 minutes to walk to Karon or Kata, in fact, they did not spot, but it seemed to me that the hotel was equidistant from both beaches. It was a plus for us, since we chose the beach we want, and honestly we liked the Kata beach more for its coziness and not biting sea (I don't know why, but something bites in the water on Karon) and maybe I'm wrong, but the water on Kata more transparent and an islet in the sea makes the sunset view more beautiful. Of course there is also Kata Noi, we have been there 2 times - a very cozy pleasant beach, smaller but also cool. The hotel staff are bunnies and smart girls, it was a pleasure to deal with them. The hotel 100% advise, whether I will choose it for the 2nd time, I don’t know, it all depends on the circumstances, as I like different places, but in comparison with this hotel there is a high probability of choosing a place worse than Melody Phuket.…

Despite the rather "young" age, this hotel has more than enough fans, and the reason for this is its favorable location, well-organized meals, good-quality rooms and very friendly staff, thanks to which a sincere, almost homely atmosphere always reigns within the walls of the complex.

Families with young children will also be happy with their holidays, as there is almost everything for the little ones - from cribs in the bedrooms, a large swimming pool to great beaches just a short walk away.

In the main restaurant Beat Cafe, one food system is organized - only breakfasts, which deserve high marks for the quality of preparation, despite the fact that the complex itself has three stars.

The choice of Thai and European dishes is quite wide, although this list practically does not change. This can hardly be called a drawback, because how tasty and satisfying the food is prepared, overrides all other little things.

Both meat eaters and vegetarians will be able to make themselves a delicious breakfast, not to mention children who are sometimes difficult to please.
