Cleaning is lazy. Becomes more active only after motivation. Entering the sea and beach line in general, somehow unkempt. Small children are not very comfortable on such a beach.

Excellent hotel. Everything corresponds to the description and photographs. The staff is friendly, everything works as it should. The area is beautiful, it's nice to walk around. The sea is as always, but the sunset is not very good. It is comfortable to enter only from the pantone. The food is good, the choice is not very large, but everything is tasty. I recommend staying.

Disadvantage #1 - entry, and especially exit from the sea! Pebbles! Requires special shoes. Great hotel, I recommend it to everyone! We rested at the end of July with our family, in a triple room. The room is comfortable, not very big, but you don't need more sleep to get a good night's sleep. We came for the sun and sea, and not to dance in the room. The air conditioning worked, the shower too, the water was hot, what more do you need!? All inclusive! Meals: from 7 am to 12 midnight!!! Very decent breakfasts, although a little monotonous, but there was everything! 1. If you don’t want to participate in the life of the hotel, no one will force you. Exercises, outdoor games on the beach and by the pool, aqua aerobics, darts. The evening shows are simply fantastic!!! Well done. Children's animation is also present, we did not have small children, but judging by the number of children who gathered at the mini-disco, everyone had fun and interesting, despite the difference in age and nationality.

- Everything is busy. All places (both on the beach and in the swimming pools) must be filled with food (before 8:30), otherwise you will be homeless all day.
- Internet. The cat-free Internet is only in the hotel lobby and even worse. Outside the lobby, the Internet is only paid. And in building E (itself similar) there is no Internet at all, neither paid nor free.
- Bartenders drink water without cats. Take a glass that is about half filled with water, cover the water with your hand and add Coke or Sprite. It’s impossible to interrogate a sneaky piece of lemon or ice.

Minor shortcomings:
- Low acidity and organization of food ( all inclusive). Having sensed more. The hedgehog was not the same as it was not tasty, but it was just too much of a mess. The fruit has not arrived, the wine and beer are just bullshit, and the milk in the coffee maker must be diluted with water by at least half. - Turn on the water taps at about 10:00 and run until lunchtime (until 13:00).
- In the children's pools (there are 2 pools with 40 cm of clay) the water itself is cold. In the evening the water does not warm up to a comfortable level. I don’t know why this is so. Children freeze very quickly near the water.
- There are a lot of paid hotels on the territory: trampoline - $2 for 10 minutes, orange juice (fresh) - $2, licorice cotton wool - $2 ... etc.
- From cat-free drinks - cola/fanta/sprite and Khimka ala Yuppі in vending machines with the inscription "100% natural juice/nectar"

- If you don’t stress too much and get busy on the beach and sea, then you can relax and relax in the pool for a day or two.

The only thing that slightly darkened our stay was that upon check-in we were given a room in a separate, strange building, the windows of which overlooked the roadway and the dog that lived right under the window barked terribly. After 2 days we were moved to a room in the main hotel building and we forgot about those unpleasant experiences. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are very friendly. When we checked into the room, the woman who cleans the rooms gave us a flower, hugged us and said something in Turkish, probably something good, and smiled. I really liked the guys from the animation, they entertained the people, invited them to aerobics, gymnastics, or other activities, verygreat, every day there is something new, the program is interesting and entertaining. I can’t help but say something pleasant about the hotel territory; in no place where we passed or stopped, I have not seen so much greenery on the territory!!! It's very beautiful and cool. The advantage of the Turtash hotel is that the beach is right there, you don’t need to go through underground passages or overpasses, it’s especially good for children who want to go to the pool, go to the slides, or come to the beach to see their parents... The hotel is definitely not 4 stars. At the reception, the only person who was friendly was the guy who carried the suitcases, always smiling; the woman Inga was clearly not happy with the vacationers, she did not answer questions in a friendly manner (I can understand her, some people behaved arrogantly). There is very very little space in the lobby, there are always a lot of people, you don’t have to try to access the Internet (I think there are always a lot of tourists in this hotel, so something could be done with the Internet), the bar is self-service, there are 2 elevators and they are always busy. The rooms are very small, the “large” bed is less than 1.80 (my husband’s legs were hanging off), the bedding is already worn out and in some places singed, the blankets - well, I don’t know how many decades they are and are uncleaned. And more artificial flowers!!! I've never seen anything like this before. Samples include 3 ear sticks, 3 cotton pads and 2 hatsfor the shower (for 7 days), there is liquid soap at the sink, but not in the shower (just an empty container hanging), the brush is terrible, the smell is the same!!! The rooms were cleaned not bad. Beach towels 7 euros (deposit), with a very unfriendly employee. The food is delicious and thanks to the waiters and cooks!)) Cool slides! Opposite the Excursions hotel - cheaper than at the hotel (for example, 65 euros - Pamukkale from a tour operator, on excursions - $40), we went to Pamukkale - it’s worth it, but if they offer to stop at the “red waters” on the way, don’t agree, they exist, but we were taken to some private yard with 3 swimming pools (after the trip I looked on Google, these waters with swimming pools are located in the park), they also bought a “spa” in Excursions - they said for 2 hours (it was like this - 10 min. bathhouse, 5 min. hammam type, 5 min. foam massage, 10 minutes massage and 5 minutes mask... that's all) A little further from the Excursion there is a store with leather items and fur coats, and behind it there is a store with textiles (I will leave a photo below) and things, there is a seller there, I don’t remember, Kamil , something like this, in general, he will tell you everything and advise you, we bought bed linen there, he told us how to get to Alanya, where it is better to go and what to see, such a local Google :) Market in the center of Konakli - some sellers are friendly , they treat you to tea and sweets, but most of them are very, very unhappy that they crucified themselves in front of you (even if you don’t ask them anything), and you didn’t buy anything. We vacationed in Turtas in August 2019. We have visited this hotel for the 3rd time and each time we are absolutely satisfied with our stay! 15 days simply flew by for us. Very good hotel, cozy rooms, friendly staff. Beautiful well-groomed green area of ​​the hotel. The food is very good, lunches and dinners are varied. There are always constant snacks throughout the day, so you won’t go hungry. There was a lot of fruit, I especially liked the watermelons and cherries. The bar and restaurant have friendly waiters who do everything with passion. The sea is super! Calm, there were small waves only once in 15 days. Entry into the sea is not entirely convenient, but this did not bother us. There is a pier. There are always free sunbeds. I would like to thank the Animation team. You won't get bored with them! GuysThey try very hard, the whole day is active. Lots of sports training per day, which is great for amateurs active rest. Show program in the evenings.
