New Riga - the choice of stars! Legends and myths of Stalin's skyscrapers Skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya embankment

“We moved about a year ago from Lianozovo - we wanted to increase the area of \u200b\u200bhousing and were looking for a good elite business class house. At first we considered different options in the center, but in the end we stopped here. Our complex has its own clinics, shops, cafes, beauty salon. Inside, at the level of the third floor, we have a separate indoor park. Plus, there is Chapaevsky Park nearby, where it is good to walk with children. Leningradka nearby, but it is not seen, not heard. There is a huge children's complex. The territory is fenced, everything is guarded, children can run everywhere, and you don’t have to worry about them. It even has its own hotel, if guests arrive and there is no place to accommodate them, it is very convenient. You can enjoy all the benefits of civilization without leaving the territory. And in the center the courtyards are narrow, with parking there is a problem and there is nowhere to walk. We live in the entrance, which is farthest from Leningradka, there are only three apartments on the floor. Housing of this level in the center, somewhere on Gruzinskaya, costs twice as much. In addition, it is important for us that this is a beautiful house - another famous skyscraper. The finish inside is very good. And the rest of the houses that we examined were either old or completely in some kind of futuristic style - glass and concrete. We are closer to a more classic version. Oleg Tabakov lives on the fifth floor, singer Maxim lives in the next entrance. But with neighbors we intersect only on some housing issues. Our management company is quite adequate. There is an initiative group that gathers tenants for all meetings. As long as we decide everything quietly and peacefully. In two years, we probably would have had the opportunity to move even closer to the center, but it would be better, on the contrary, we would buy a plot somewhere far away from Moscow, build a house there and go there on vacation. We don’t want to be even closer to the center.”

Airbus

“I used to live on Kropotkinskaya, but then my parents and I decided to leave - they moved out of town, and we opted for Airbus: in 2005 it had not yet been completed, and they had a good offer for money . I moved there in 2010. Of course, I miss the Arbat lanes, with which many sentimental memories are associated; Of course, Kropotkinskaya had a very attractive area in general. But I must say that in terms of infrastructure development, the Airport is in no way inferior to it - besides, it is still a region of scientific and technical intelligentsia. Walking with a child here is also wonderful - two parks are within walking distance at once. Yes, and transport accessibility is an order of magnitude better - it’s basically impossible to drive on Kropotkinskaya now, and paid parking will soon be introduced. From the Airbus, which is designed for 10 thousand inhabitants, there is a feeling of some kind of anthill, but you get used to everything - besides, it has shops, a kindergarten, a small restaurant, and a hairdresser, dry cleaners, beauty salon. In general, I have already got used to it, settled down - and we are even trying to fight with the management company with varying success. We are not very satisfied with the quality of some services - the gates in the parking lot do not work well, the security either does not let anyone in, then lets anyone in at all, there are many complaints about garbage collection, the playground was not very well equipped. It is clear that on Kropotkinskaya you could walk to the Pushkin Museum, but here you have to go. Yes, and with restaurants for every day there is complete order, and for haute cuisine you need to go to Pierre Gagnère. But, as Afisha magazine once wrote, knowledgeable people prefer not to go to Parisian Life, but to lead a Parisian life in another place - for example, in Paris.

Sky Fort

Photo: Elena Tsibizova

“At first, my husband and child and I lived in the center, on Mira Avenue, but it was not very convenient to live there. In old houses, everything is about the same everywhere: power outages, crappy communications, something goes out of order all the time, breaks down, and is also repaired somehow. Therefore, we first moved to Alekseevskaya, where we lived in a new building, and then to Sky Fort. Yes, he looks, in my opinion, terribly completely, such concrete teeth stick out of the ground. And the view from the window is also so-so, to put it mildly, - on the trolleybus depot, and behind it you can also see Kapotnya. But it doesn’t upset me much, I even like it in my own way - I love such industrial landscapes. In general, everything monumental attracts me. There are certainly fears, therefore, when the electricity was cut off and my husband went down the stairs to find out what had happened, I was very glad that we live on the eighth floor, and not on the thirty-third. Yes, this is somewhat reminiscent of the situation that we had in the center - with blackouts - but only here it happened once and everything was fixed in half an hour. Of course, when you live in the center, you have no problem going out to eat, you get to everything in ten minutes, and the very feeling of living in the center is very pleasant. But in such complexes you feel calmer. No matter what anyone says about security in Russia, but if you communicate normally with them, then they will always help you. Another pitfall of such houses is that when you move in, you have every chance that repairs will begin next to you. Or it may turn out so that it suddenly starts from all sides. Families living in the house are all similar - young, parents work around the clock, so the children spend time with their grandmothers and nannies, that is, there is a more or less homogeneous environment.

Korona Residential Complex in Mirax Park

Photo: Elena Tsibizova

“I rented houses in the Kyiv direction, and then, already before entering Mirax Park, an apartment on Frunzenskaya. So, in essence, this apartment is a compromise, something in between: not too far and not too close to the center - it’s crowded, cramped, vanity there. And here everything is at hand: a park inside, a zoo, an area of nine hectares, a pond with swans, restaurants, a fitness club, a large store. From here, if you wish, you can not go anywhere at all. When it's sunny and the weather allows, the children ride a bike throughout the residential complex, and if it's cloudy, then on scooters on the ground floor of our house, there is also where to turn around. I, accordingly, have a two-story apartment - if I had taken an apartment in the center for the same money, it would have been much smaller. The zoo, of course, is wonderful - deer walk there, llamas, goats, rabbits, there is a camel, children love to feed them very much. It is also very good that the territory, despite its size, is constantly guarded, there is a fence, I calmly let the children go. What courtyards are in the city center? There is a sandbox and a swing nearby - that's the whole yard. And here children can walk all day continuously, and they will not get bored. We also have a lot of influential people living here, often there are cars with a motorcade with flashing lights at the exit. There are many pensioners, by the way, oddly enough - wealthy people try to buy apartments in this house for their mothers and grandmothers, since it is convenient to live here. The only negative for me is transport accessibility, from the city I can stand in traffic jams, from the City to the house the road can take an hour. But, if anything, there is always a subway, so traffic jams don’t scare me either. ”

Seven Stalin skyscrapers is one of the hallmarks of Moscow, this is an unusual route around Moscow, which is worth making a trip. These mysterious and monumental buildings beckon with their mysteries and are one of the most famous sights to see anyway.

Stalin's skyscrapers are still the most mysterious buildings in Moscow, and not only from an architectural point of view. Many legends and conjectures are associated with them. During the tour you will see that these are some of the most beautiful and unique buildings in Europe.

All Stalinist skyscrapers were laid on the same day, September 7, 1947, when the 800th anniversary of Moscow was celebrated. It was a symbol of a new stage in the life of the ancient capital. Moscow skyscrapers, of course, were conceived as a single urban ensemble, as a complex of urban dominants. High-rise buildings were not originally included in the reconstruction plans and they had to be inscribed in the general architecture of the city.

There is a legend or opinion that all skyscrapers should have been installed in a special way, like the Egyptian pyramids, so that the energy they accumulate would feed the mausoleum with Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.

The design of the buildings was created in such a way that the external decoration could mask the outlines of the pyramids. In addition, even the date of construction was not chosen by chance.

According to astrologers, the start date for the construction of skyscrapers was also not chosen by chance, it was calculated in advance as the most successful one. By order of Stalin, it was forbidden to build other objects on the day the laying of skyscrapers began.

By the end of the 50s, according to the plan of the architects, Moscow was to be surrounded by another ring of skyscrapers, but these plans were no longer destined to come true.

These architectural structures hide many secrets. Some guides claim that next to the skyscrapers, the arrow of the Geiger counter, which measures various kinds of radiation, simply goes crazy. In addition, unverified legends are spreading among the residents of the capital that it is right next to the towers that you can get into the mysterious Metro-2.

Main building of Moscow State University

The main building of Moscow State University is the largest of all the Stalinist skyscrapers. It has 36 floors, and the height with the spire reaches 240 meters. And perhaps the most legendary. One of the most common stories is about cryogenic installations. Like, so that the weak soil does not float, they decided to freeze it.

Legend has it that the builders dug a huge foundation pit, filled it with liquid nitrogen, and then installed refrigeration units on what is now called the 3rd basement or floor-3. They say that if the freezers are turned off, the building will allegedly slide into the Moscow River in a week. At the same time, they add that the zone was top-secret and was connected by the Metro-2 branch to the underground city in Ramenki.

The building is also shrouded in several fantastic legends, that supposedly there is a bunker nearby, where the party elite can hide in case of a nuclear war, that the area near the building is “phonite” because of the nuclear reactor that was here before. Of course, all this is a beautiful legend.

The original design of the building did not have a spire; instead, a monument to Lomonosov was to be erected on the roof. The architects, showing the drawings to Stalin, hinted that the sculpture could get a portrait resemblance to the leader. However, he ordered to build a spire instead of the statue, so that the upper part of the Moscow State University building would be similar to the other seven skyscrapers being built in the capital.

Building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Height 172 meters, 27 floors. According to the original design, the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs did not have a spire. But when the project was brought to Stalin for approval, he personally completed it. Calculations showed that the building would not withstand a stone superstructure, so the spire was constructed from sheet steel and painted with ocher.

Initially, it was noticeable that it differed in color from the rest of the skyscraper. They say that during the “thaw” Khrushchev was offered to remove the spire, but it was as if the Secretary General, with the words “Let it be a monument to Stalin’s stupidity,” ordered him to leave it. Spiers have become a characteristic feature of all seven Moscow skyscrapers.

The Foreign Ministry building is the only one of the seven skyscrapers whose spire is not crowned with a five-pointed star. The likely reason for this is that the spire of the building was very fragile and could not bear the weight of the star.

Administrative and residential building near the "Red Gate"

During the construction of the base of a high-rise building on Lermontovskaya Square, a technique was used that had no analogues in terms of technical courage and engineering art. The fact is that the house with a height of 138 meters was built simultaneously with the Krasnye Vorota metro station.

The designers faced a difficult problem: for some time, the multi-storey building will be located on the very edge of the pit, therefore, the soil will settle unevenly and the high-rise building will tilt. Therefore, it was decided to specifically build with a slope. Before that, the soil along the perimeter of the pit was artificially frozen according to the metro construction technology. When it then melted, the building sank and assumed a strictly vertical position. This method has never been used anywhere else due to the complexity of the calculations.

The house has 284 apartments, all of them were provided for management. Previously, M.Yu. was born and lived on the site of this house. Lermontov, which is now evidenced by a memorial plaque on the house. The height of this building is 130 m, it has 24 floors. This is the highest point of the Garden Ring, which, in fact, they decided to mark with a Stalinist skyscraper. Actors N. Gundareva, B. Chirkov lived here.

House on Kudrinskaya Square (Vosstaniya)

Height 156 meters. The building has 24 floors, including residential floors. The skyscraper was nicknamed the "House of Aviators" due to the fact that apartments in it (and there are 450 in total) were provided to workers in the aviation industry. Under the building there is a bomb shelter that can accommodate all residents.

There are unverified legends that the upper floors housed special KGB equipment to monitor the American embassy, which is located nearby, on Novinsky Boulevard. There is a story in the press that there are secret corridors in the building, with the help of which the Chekists could listen in on the conversations of the residents.

Old-timers of a high-rise building on Kudrinskaya Square tell such a legend. Once Stalin, passing by one of the skyscrapers under construction (which one - the story is silent), muttered something like "spires" under his breath. What exactly the father of peoples had in mind is hard to say, but the word was picked up by the “environment”, and that is why the spiers crown all seven Moscow skyscrapers.

Even in the house on Kudrinskaya, they say that some of the blocks from which it is built are radioactive, and, of course, they remember that the house, like many grandiose buildings of that time, stands on the blood and bones of the prisoners who built it.

It was also an elite house where pilots, astronauts, etc. lived. It is famous for its deli number 15, which used to be a good place to shop. Elina Bystritskaya, Lev Prygunov, Evgeny Vestnik lived here.

Hotel "Ukraine"

After the Main Building of Moscow State University, this is the second tallest Stalinist skyscraper - 206 meters. The hotel was built in 1953-1957 and got its name in honor of the homeland of General Secretary Nikita Khrushchev. Under Stalin, the project was called "Hotel building in Dorogomilov". The old hotel "Ukraine" opened the beginning of Kutuzovsky Prospekt.

At one time it was the largest hotel complex in Europe. In April 2010, the hotel reopened after a large-scale restoration under the new name "Radisson Royal".

Hotel Leningradskaya

In the family of Stalin's skyscrapers, the Leningradskaya Hotel is the lowest - 136 meters. The building was named after the nearby Leningradsky railway station. A few years ago, the hotel was acquired by the Hilton chain (Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya).

It should be noted that many new technologies were used in the construction of skyscrapers. So, ceramic plates were used in the wall cladding. At that time it was the best material. It not only fully met the architectural and artistic requirements, but also greatly facilitated the operation of the building. Ceramics allows washing the facade with water and steam, without requiring long-term repairs.

By the way, two rivers flow under the building, so during the construction, the technology of vibropiling was used - an innovative type of construction at that time. Among the Stalinist skyscrapers, the Leningradskaya Hotel is the smallest - only 17 floors and 136 meters high.

The skyscraper is located next to the beautiful Komsomolskaya Square of three railway stations: Leningradsky, Yaroslavsky and Kazansky. By the way, the square, as well as the metro station of the same name, was previously called Kalanchevskaya, and then it was renamed Komsomolskaya in honor of those Komsomol builders who died during the construction of the metro station here.

Residential building on Kotelnicheskaya embankment

The building is 176 meters high and has 32 floors. It has about five hundred apartments. In Soviet times, they were provided to famous scientists and artists, as well as to nomenclature workers.

According to some reports, the place for this building was personally chosen by Lavrenty Beria, who oversaw the construction of all skyscrapers through the state security agencies. The house on Kotelnicheskaya embankment also has shops, a post office and an Illusion cinema.

The house is made in the style of the Stalinist Empire style, before the war classicism prevailed, and after the war this style was called the Stalinist Empire style. The house was given to the creative intelligentsia. The house was considered elite, the rent was high, not everyone could afford to live in such a house.

At various times, the residents of this house are considered: Evgeny Yevtushenko, Alexander Shirvindt, Galina Ulanova, Faina Ranevskaya, Clara Luchko, Lyudmila Zykina, about whose salting of cucumbers and cabbage in the house legends were made! Fadeev, Mikhail Zharov, Andrei Voznesensky and Nonna Mordyukova, Nikita Bogoslovsky, Marina Ladynina with Ivan Pyryev, Yuri Lyubimov and many others lived here.

The list of the first tenants was compiled by Joseph Stalin himself. And when one of the greats died, relatives went to the Central Committee of the CPSU: it took a long time to decide whether the deceased had the right to a memorial plaque that would hang on the wall of the building ... Vladimir Vysotsky and Marina Vladi celebrated their wedding in this house, here lived Galina Ulanova, Faina Ranevskaya, Clara Luchko. Now live Alexander Shirvindt, Willy Tokarev and Dmitry Nagiev.

Skyscraper "Triumph Palace"

"Triumph Palace" is a building of classical architecture in the Stalinist style of the 1950s

The Triumph Palace building, built in the style of Stalinist skyscrapers, is a residential complex built in Moscow, which can be safely called a masterpiece, which has become one of the main attractions of the city. Until now, some guests of the capital confuse the Triumph Palace, and consider it the "eighth sister" of the famous Moscow skyscrapers.

The height of the Triumph Palace is 264 meters, the building has 45 floors, the floors from 11th to 38th are residential, there is a 5-level underground garage. The last three residential floors are occupied by the boutique hotel of the same name, the highest hotel in Moscow and Europe.

Rumor has it that there was a cemetery at the construction site, located on the site of Chapaevsky Park. Earlier, on the site of the Triumph Palace construction site, Vasily Stalin began to build a sports center for the Air Force of the Moscow Military District, but only built the foundation. Then something else was built there (according to various sources, the Palace of Pioneers, the House of Culture of the Aviation Association "Banner of Labor").

In this fashionable house, which is a copy of the famous Stalinist skyscrapers, many show business stars, businessmen, and politicians live. Among the owners of luxury apartments in the Triumph Palace, in particular, are Dima Bilan, MakSim and others.

Tallest residential building in Europe (264 meters after the installation of the spire in 2003). The height of the spire is 53 meters. The building of classical architecture in the Stalinist style of the 1950s, consists of 9 sections of different heights. Start of construction 2001, put into operation in 2006. 50 floors, the last three are occupied by a hotel. 987 apartments ranging from 105 to 400 sq.m. There is a 6-level underground garage (1330 cars).

Architects Andrey Trofimov, Elena Treshchilina, Victor Shteller, Olga Markova, 2005 Customer DON-stroy company.

The facades are finished with natural light stone with ceramic tiles in warm beige tones. For the first time, a ventilated facade system by the Austrian company Eurofox was used in a residential building. Spectacular element of facades vertical stained-glass windows.

The gallery running along the perimeter of the building in the lower part is illuminated by two-meter forged lamps made according to an individual project, and a large round fountain is installed in the front courtyard of the complex.

The infrastructure includes a fitness center, a beauty salon, a children's playground in the local area. In the underground part there is a 6-level parking with a car wash and service.

Finishing the tour of Moscow skyscrapers, I would like to note that, according to experts, the construction of the famous skyscrapers of Moscow cost the Soviet state unthinkably expensive, if we transfer about half a billion dollars with our money, and the same amount was separately spent on the construction of the Main building of Moscow State University. But the architects say that it was impossible otherwise, that Moscow would have lost its appearance if Stalin's skyscrapers had not appeared in it. And we are sure that this is true. Many generations of Muscovites and guests of the capital will be able to admire these magnificent masterpieces of Soviet architecture for centuries. A tour of the Stalin skyscrapers in Moscow will allow some people to remember the past times, and young people to learn new interesting and legendary aspects of the Soviet period.

Social Comments Cackle

Despite the fact that the Triumph Palace residential skyscraper entered the market almost ten years ago, and was put into operation in 2006, apartments in this complex are still being sold and even offered for rent without finishing. Not all, of course, but there are many such proposals. Why are the owners of luxury apartments in no hurry to make repairs?

Despite the fact that it entered the market almost ten years ago, and was put into operation in 2006, apartments in this complex are still being sold and even offered for rent without finishing. Not all, of course, but there are many such proposals. Why are the owners of luxury apartments in no hurry to make repairs?

It is obvious that the vast majority of apartments in this project, which was originally announced as unprecedented (the tallest residential building in Europe), were "on the vine" bought out by investors. And this is normal practice. Real estate specialists counted on a good rise in prices in the complex, which was architecturally conceived as the heir to the famous Stalinist high-rise buildings - "seven sisters", as they are still called by the people (of which, however, only two are residential - on Kotelnicheskaya embankment and on Kudrinskaya Square, and the building on the Red Gate - administrative and residential). Living in skyscrapers has always been considered prestigious, and Triumph Palace was designed to continue this tradition.

True, it was no longer possible to build a new high-rise building inside the Garden Ring, so the object was located in the Sokol district (SAO). Historically, the district is built up with nomenklatura houses of the Stalin era (one of the famous ones is the "general's" house at 75 Leningradsky Prospekt), so a new "replica" of the same time should not cause dissonance with the surrounding buildings.

Nevertheless, experts' points of view on the emergence of Triumph Palace are still diametrically opposed. Someone considers this house an ugly copy of the Stalinist style, someone, on the contrary, is sure that the high-rise building only gave dynamics to the entire area. For many, the Triumph Palace spire has become one of the new landmarks in the north of the capital.

Negative reviews from critics, as well as a huge number of apartments in the complex (almost a thousand) did not prevent us from classifying the house as an elite one (more often, however, it is placed in business class) and setting prices corresponding to the class.

“The house began to be sold back in 2002, and since then prices have grown very strongly,” recalls Oksana Diveeva, director of the residential real estate sales department at Blackwood. At that time, apartments were being sold in the range of $1,200 to $2,500 per square meter. m (the dollar was equal to 31.2 rubles).

Today, according to Alexander Ziminsky, director of the elite real estate sales department at Penny Lane Realty, renovated apartments in the Triumph Palace residential complex are offered on the secondary market at prices ranging from $13,000 to $18,000 per square meter, or from $2 million to $4.5 million. dollars for an apartment, which, according to experts, is quite consistent with the market. Approximately the same cost was set for apartments with repairs in the residential complexes "Scarlet Sails", "Shuvalovsky", "Pokrovsky Bereg" and a number of others. The upper price limit for apartments in Triumph Palace, according to Blackwood, can reach $28,000-29,000.

Apartments at Chapaevskiy pereulok, 3 go on sale regularly. “Moreover, sellers still sell apartments, both with and without finishing,” emphasizes Oksana Diveeva. In the ad databases you can find many offers for rent at this address. By the way, even an apartment without finishing and repair is offered to be rented for more than 100 thousand rubles (albeit with “rental vacations” - that is, to live for some time at the expense of repairs). The average rental rate is 200-250 thousand rubles per month. But, of course, you can also rent executive apartments and pay 500 thousand rubles a month (data from the GdeEtotDom.RU apartment listing database).

At the same time, now that the house has been commissioned for a long time, specialists do not promise a strong profit from the sale of apartments in Triumph Palace: you can count on a nominal increase in the cost of 1 sq. m. meters in 10-12% by the end of the year. Therefore, it is obvious that rent can become the main source of income for investors today.

The absence of repairs in the apartments of five years "prescription" does not always mean only the master's laziness. Rather, this is an accurate calculation: after all, repairs made in those years would now have to be updated for a lot of money. Whereas an apartment without repair can be sold even faster: most wealthy buyers still prefer finishing “for themselves”, carefully choosing furniture and other furnishings themselves.

When choosing a new location, we analyze many factors - location, price, liquidity in the subsequent sale.

And how often do we think about who will be our neighbors? The advantage of living in your own home ownership in a prestigious area lies precisely in the fact that you can find out information about some neighbors in advance.

The NewRigaLife portal has prepared for you a summary of famous people who have purchased real estate in the Novorizhskoye direction and are quite satisfied with their choice.

So, we offer you a brief digest of your future famous neighbors.

Whatever you say, the closeness to nature and the absence of urban turmoil have a beneficial effect on inspiration. So decided the winner of Eurovision 2009, mentor of the superproject "Voice" Viktor Belan, better known in the world as Dima Bilan, and left his luxurious apartments in the Triumph Palace (the highest residential building in Europe, by the way) on the Sokol and moved to a spacious mansion in the North-West of the Moscow region. “I didn’t regret my choice for a second,” says Bilan, “Air, forest and, of course, songbirds in the morning, what else does a musician need for work and leisure?!”

I agree with the pop singer and venerable rock musician Andrey Makarevich. But, unlike his young colleague, the famous “driver” has long been living outside the city. Until recently, the famous Rublyovka was his place of residence. But according to Makarevich himself, there is absolutely impossible traffic on Rublyovka, which did not allow planning the singer's work schedule. After all, everyone has heard about the famous watch “Rublev ceilings”.

But the legendary chansonnier Mikhail Shufutinsky chose New Riga because of the “cramped Rublyovka”. “The house has become cramped, the plot is small,” the famous ladies' man complains about the former living conditions.

Country real estate experts confirm the emerging trend of “depopularization of the ruble”. The main reason is the dense population and the lack of large plots. Finding something more than 20 acres is almost impossible, but in the new Riga you can easily find plots per hectare.

The most striking and large-scale “Rublev fugitive”, of course, Valery Meladze. His possessions in Millenium Park in New Riga are estimated by experts at a little less than 200 million rubles. What is beautiful to live, how to sing beautifully, you can’t forbid.

Do not lag behind musicians and masters of the industry of humor. The famous bum Siphon, represented by the most popular actor and presenter Sergei Svetlakov, also moved to New Riga from Rublyovka. But the star of the OSB Studio, Sergei Belogolovtsev, even personally supervised the construction of his family's Novorizh nest.

And if we are already talking about the actors' guild, then one cannot fail to mention the legendary commando and female favorite Alexander Baluev, who bought a mansion next door to the "last romantic" Meladze.

The list of show business stars seen in New Riga is endless: Grigory Leps, Evelina Bledans, Gosha Kutsenko, Kristina Orbakaite ...

The writing traditions of Peredelkinsky dachas were changed by the author of the famous detectives Daria Dontsova. Writing far from the city and from other writers is much more productive for her.

Timur Gaidar, the son of the famous Arkady Gaidar, also lives not far from Dontsovaya. The person is very famous.

Separately, it is worth mentioning the historical context and the role of the New Jerusalem Monastery. At one time, Lermontov, Chekhov, Tchaikovsky, Levitan and many other famous people of Russia came here.

What about sports stars, you ask? Eat. New Riga has its own sports legend. Legend number 2. It was under this number that the great Vyacheslav Fetisov played for the USSR national team. The current senator currently has 6 properties, but he spends most of his time here, in the north-west of the Moscow region.

By the way, since we are talking about the Federation Council, then 25% of all those living in New Riga are politicians, which also testifies in favor of the direction. It is unlikely that those in power would have chosen something inappropriate for themselves.

In 2011, Knight Frank analysts analyzed the population of the Novorizhsky direction of the Moscow Region by famous personalities and revealed the following patterns: the main share of the famous residents of Novorizhskoye Highway are show business stars - 63%, followed by politicians - 23%, businessmen - 12% and artists - 2%.

As you can see, dear friends, a respectable neighborhood is more than impressive.

The prices here are not yet “Rublev”, but the neighbors are already quite stellar. In the USA and Europe such term as "old" and "new" money is widely used. Drawing an analogy with the Moscow region, we can say that Rublyovka is “old money”, while New Riga is “new”. A large number of businessmen, politicians and artists of the “old wave” consistently prefer the familiar Rublyovka to the aggressive and fashionable New Riga, while the younger generation sensibly strives for the Novorizhskoye direction.

So if a favorable environment is not the last factor for you, choose a home ownership in New Riga.

This is already ridiculous, but again, one more grandiose Don Stroevsky building, the Triumph Palace, comes to your view. This is the tallest residential building in Europe, many people confuse it with a Stalinist skyscraper, a hotel is located on the top of the building, and Bentleys, Bugatti and Shelby parked near the house give an idea of who lives here. I managed to get on the roof completely by accident, but first things first (=

So, I’m walking with Anya and Inna along the Khodynka field, and then I had the idea to visit the triumph palace, suddenly it’s open, if anything, then I’ll come up with a thread :) Having opened the technical technical door, we climb higher to the door to the upper observation deck, the door turned out to be closed. After fiddling with the door for about 20 minutes, I realized that I could not open it, and we left the building. And now the most interesting! On the territory of the Triumph Palace, I absolutely by chance met makzer , taek , nazarov_msk , r_wersh and Artyom! Well, the neighbors are right, oh my :)) They were just heading to the upper observation deck. “If you open it, let me know,” I tell them, and I myself went to have a bite, because that day I didn’t eat anything in the morning :) I ate, I returned to the building, and I found out that everything was already open, the chelas took pictures of everything and already went down. But Roma and Artem still wanted to go upstairs again.

roof element

A shattered frame

In general, getting to the Triumph Palace used to be considered a cool thing. But after our visit there, crowds of people poured down to the Triumph Palace, and at such a pace, by May 9, the door to the roof was welded in 3 places. So, it remains a mystery to me how the fitters will check the condition of the spire and other staff on the upper tiers.
