We lived in a Villa - the breakfast there was very different from the assortment in the main hotel - and no one warned us what it was different hotels under one brand - we ended up going to another building before breakfast - our rooms were too far from the beach - and across the road - we couldn’t let the children go to the beach alone without adults - and we had to wait 10-15 minutes for shuttles - that’s the same was not written and were not warned

There is a lot of chlorine in the pools, the beach is sparse in greenery, fishing boats are 10 meters away from the hotel beach, the sea is immediately deep. Long Beach is not the cleanest beach. The price doesn't match. 8100 rubles per night. We were in a much better and cheaper hotel. The tiles from the pools are falling off, no one is fixing them back up, they lie nearby or at the bottom.

The breakfasts are excellent. In the room are disposable combs, razors, cotton pads and swabs, shampoo, balm and gel. The sea view is beautiful, we asked and were given a room on the 5th floor with a view. There are several cafes nearby, including a Russian one. The children's room is excellent, but until 18:00.

Rooms are cleaned only once a day, claiming to have an eco-policy, they provide few towels, and sets for brushing teeth, cotton swabs and shaving kits are done exclusively on request, the teachers in the children's room do not particularly care for the children, preferring to bury their heads in mobile phones, the area on the court side smells awfully like sewage. The beach closes at 18.00 and everyone is kicked out of the sea. The hotel does not meet the 5 star level.

Excellent cuisine, beach and designated swimming area - ideal for small children (shallow), clean water. Nice pool system.

“Quality holiday in Novotel”

The food on the menu (from what we ordered) was unfortunately not tasty. There are no complaints about the quality.

The hotel is new and very stylish. Excellent, well-groomed territory, just maintaining artificial ponds with fish is worth it! We were worried that there would be nowhere to eat besides the hotel - but our fears were not confirmed - literally across the road from the hotel there is a modern street with new restaurants for every taste, quite reasonable prices(1.5 times cheaper than hotel prices) The hotel has 2 huge swimming pools - one noisy by the sea, the other calm and uncrowded near the main building. In the evenings there is live music in the lobby, very high quality. The beach itself is well-groomed and clean, but the sea cannot be called transparent - there is some kind of suspension in the water. This does not interfere with swimming. The hotel is very convenient to reach cable car on free bus. The airport is just 15 minutes away and the hotel provides a free shuttle. We are very pleased with our stay at Novotel!

There is no sound insulation in the rooms of the central building; you can hear your neighbors as if you were in your own room. We were there during the Chinese New Year and the staff clearly couldn’t cope with the increased workload; there simply weren’t enough dishes in the restaurant for meals; cleaning the table was a series of wiping off leftover food with a dirty rag. The bungalow area on the north side smelled like sewage. The pool toilet is unusually smelly. Doesn't the hotel management notice this? We ordered pizza at the bar in the central building; neither the children nor the adults could even finish one slice. Surprisingly, the hotel has the most Italians, but there is a serious gap in Italian cuisine. The pool bar also has nothing outstanding with snacks. The Seafood restaurant once pleased me during a barbecue event. We came the next day and were disappointed, the tuna was dry and the rolls were not tasty. In the room, the water supply is absolutely unpredictable. You can wash and the water simply stops flowing, after some time the water supply is resumed. The hotel, by the way, is quite new, about 3 years old at most. They could have tried to bring everything to mind if they gave it 5 stars.

The hotel area is not bad, but the abundance of shortcomings spoils the whole impression. The beach and sea are clean. Delicious coffee is brewed in the restaurant for breakfast and the breakfast itself is not bad. This is not the first time we have stayed in this hotel chain, but this hotel, frankly speaking, was disappointing.

The hotel does not justify 5 stars. 1. The hotel is very dirty, the corridors are not cleaned at all, and you walk through a thick layer of dust, hair and dirt to get to your room. There is a major construction site of another hotel nearby, some of the rooms overlook this construction site. The cleaning of the room is very superficial, especially the floors. There were 3 of us, and for some reason they always brought towels for two. The main pool by the sea is very dirty, there are black clots at the bottom, in 2 weeks we have never seen anyone cleaning the pool. There is a bar in the pool where people sit and drink beer for hours (without leaving the pool). 3. In the dining room the tables are not cleaned, you can’t get napkins, you had to wait a long time for the tables to be cleared in order to sit down. 4. For all inclusive the food is so-so, you need to go to this hotel only with all inclusive, which is not offered by booking, since according to the price list the food is very expensive, more expensive than in Moscow restaurants. 5. The hotel is far from the main center, food is problematic, since there are inedible eateries nearby. 6. The sea is very dirty and smelly. Coming out of the sea, a green coating remains. Slow Internet - 98% of the staff does not speak English. language - Constant noise of construction around - The sea is disgusting, muddy green in color - The prices in the hotel are many times inflated, everything is very expensive for such quality. - Room service is something. They just wash the floor and can put one set of towels even though there are 2 people in the room. To update the minibar you need to constantly call and ask for it. - Currency can only be changed for $100 per day at the reception! And if there is even the slightest mark with a pen or something similar on the banknote, then they will not accept that kind of money from you. The banknotes must be simply perfect. - It took me half a day to get an iron in my room. At first they said that they didn’t have it at all, as well as the service to wash clothes (in a 5-star hotel), then they said that they did and brought a bucket of ice, and only then they brought an iron.
