"There is black dust in the count's park,
There lilies bloom. "

From the film "D, Artagnan and the Three Musketeers"

The Department of Environmental Management has reached the bottom. This time the bottom of the pool.
Officials decided to build pontoon pools with beach complexes  in the landscape pond of the 18th century, located on the specially protected natural area "Kuzminki-Lublino".

Work on the Upper Kuzminsk Pond has already begun. They are underway without expertise and without a project. The same fate awaits the Shibaevsky Pond in Kuzminsky Park, PIP "Moskvoretsky" and Lake Black in Zelenograd.

The scale of the facilities is still difficult to understand, but judging by the information board, these beach complexes are quite large - look at the number of sunbeds around the perimeter of the proposed pools. But the pond is quite small.

View from the extreme point of the Upper Kuzminsk Pond.

The questions immediately arise - where will the water come from, how will it be disinfected, where will it drain? And how is all this compatible with the status of protected areas and cultural heritage sites? And how similar constructions, as well as a sharply increased recreational load, will affect the condition of the pond and its inhabitants.

In recent years, the pond has been heavily overgrown. Ponomarka feeding him. The Red Book black alder in the upper reaches is bent. Last fall, they already built quartz sand with imported quartz sand on the banks of the Upper Pond - a recreation area without bathing, because the state of water does not allow swimming in the ponds of the Kuzminsky Park.

Here is what the Upper Kuzminsk Pond looked like before construction.

Water lilies, egg capsules, aquatic irises and other beautiful plants grew there, mallards nested.

A pontoon beach with a pool in the Severnoe Tushino park looks like this, and the entrance fee is 1000 rubles.

What can we do for our pond? At a minimum, formally express your opinion about what is happening.

Text to send:

"I learned that in the Upper Kuzminsk Pond, the Kuzminki-Lublino PIP began construction of beach complexes with pontoon pools. The customer is the Department of Natural Resources. According to the State Procurement website (Purchase No. 0373200003116000191), the competition for the design of these pools has not yet been completed, therefore, it is possible to conclude that the installation of beach complexes is carried out without a project and relevant expertise and permits, similar objects are also planned to be located in Shibaevsky Pond (purchase, Purchase No. 0373200003116000168).
The Kuzminki-Lublino Natural History Park is an object of natural and cultural heritage. Such objects roughly distort the historical landscape and can cause irreparable harm to the ecosystem of the ponds.
I ask you to verify the above facts.
I also ask you to inform me whether all the necessary examinations have been carried out, whether approvals have been received from the relevant departments and whether the executing company has permission for these works.

In addition, I consider it extremely inappropriate to build such complexes in the zone of protection of natural and cultural heritage. I express extreme indignation at the unprofessional activity of the Department of Nature Management and Environmental Protection and demand to hold accountable and dismiss the initiator of this project! ”

Addressee:

On July 5, residents of Kuzminki will receive their own art beach - installation of Marina Zvyagintseva's “Sea of \u200b\u200bthe sleeping area”.

Kuzminki Park and the State Center for Contemporary Art (NCCA) present the first art beach in the Moscow sleeping area. The curators of the project break down the stereotype that you need to go somewhere far behind the rest and show that in the metropolis we also have our own sea right under our feet - water tamed by a man and hidden in urban underground utilities.

The task of the art project is to attract the attention of the city dweller to what he lives close to: objects of the person’s intimate space — baths and beds — are transferred under the open sky and turn out to be a symbol of a person’s exit from a separate space into the public communication zone.

The installation is filled with marine symbols and consists of several parts: the symbol of the sleeping area - the bed - grows through the pipes in which our "secret" sea lives.

The “Fountain of Housing and Public Utilities” reminds of the disappearance of water, which is turned off in the summer. It is made up of five bathtubs fastened together, standing on the ground in a circle: thin pipes with shower heads are attached to the central rack, on which the silicone is frozen with “jets of water”.

The "pool", filled with dry and lifeless sand, recalls the harsh laws of the existence of a modern urban creature.

Kuzminki Manor is one of the oldest estates in Moscow. It is located at the metro station of the same name, so it is very easy to get to Kuzminok. You can also get here from other stations: Volzhskaya, Ryazan Avenue, if you wish, you can go from Lublino and Tekstilshchikov. To whom it is convenient, in general.

From metro Kuzminki to go to the park for about ten minutes. The entrance to the park will be marked by an arched sign with the inscription " Manor Vlakhernskoe-Kuzminki". The English landscape park, designed by architect D. Gilardi in 1811-1820, is spread over a large area. As far as I know, this is the largest estate territory in Moscow.

The owners of Kuzminki at one time were two well-known noble families: the Stroganovs and the Golitsyns. To Grigory Dmitrievich Stroganov in 1702 Peter I granted these lands for good service. It was a sign of a high disposition towards him from the king.

But Grigory Dmitrievich practically never used the obtained territories. The construction of the manor complex in Kuzminki began only with his children. For the most part, Alexander Grigorievich Stroganov did this, later becoming the sole full owner of the estate.

When A.G. Stroganov is building a church of the Blachernae Icon of the Mother of God. This icon was the former sanctuary of the Stroganoff family, so the church was consecrated in her honor. By the name of the church, the estate received a new name - the village of Vlahernskoe. A manor house and other outbuildings are being built near the church. All of them were originally made of wood.

The daughter of Alexander Stroganov, Anna, who inherited Kuzminki after his death, in 1757 married Prince Mikhail Mikhailovich Golitsyn. Anna Alexandrovna became the last owner of the Kuzminki from the Stroganov family and the first of the Golitsyn family. M.M. Golitsyn received, in addition to his estate, his dowry from his wife also salt baskets, cast-iron foundries in the Urals, ancient documents, and many others

At the foundries of Mikhail Mikhailovich created real masterpieces of cast iron to decorate Kuzminok. The estate has turned into a real open-air museum. All wooden buildings were rebuilt and made of stone. Most of them have survived to our time.

At one time, the village of Vlahernskoye was put on a par with Peterhof and Paris Versailles.

  Horse yard

Now what we saw in Kuzminki is the remains of past luxury. Of all the buildings, only the church and the Horse Yard function. It has recently been refurbished, as well as two grottoes  on the other side of the pond. The grottoes were a good shelter from the summer heat and heat. In the Big Grotto, which has only one entrance, theatrical performances were organized under the prince. His theater, as in, was not here, so for this purpose they adapted the grotto.

The horse yard is open to visitors, but we decided not to go there. Having asked the cashier selling tickets: “What is there?”, We received a slurred answer: “Well, this is the horse yard!”, Said the cashier, her lips puffed up. Then it became clear that there was nothing interesting there. Although, maybe I'm wrong. If anyone was there, write. It will be interesting to read.

  Grotto

In Kuzminki it was surprising that from the entrance to the park to the estate itself it took about 20 minutes, which was quite a long time when compared with other estates we were in. The maps of the park in some places are not entirely clear. Only when you are near the Horse Yard, you begin to understand where you are and where what is located.

IN kuzminki park  several ponds, but you can’t swim in them, as in most reservoirs in Moscow. A ship-cafe runs on a pond near the Horse Courtyard, where you can take a leisurely look at the park, sitting at a table and drinking cold beer, lemonade (who prefer).

In the park, mainly near the Mill wing, which is on the dam, there are several cafes. It sells ice cream, kvass, beer, various souvenirs and trinkets. Near the entrance to the park, from the station. m. Kuzminki there is an amusement park and a platform for karting. But we did not see the karts themselves. Therefore, it is not clear whether there are races or not.

As I have already said from the whole complex of buildings of the Kuzminki estate, only the Church of the Mother of God of Vlacherna, the Horse Courtyard and the Mill Wing are restored. Plus, there is a museum of honey. What was earlier in the museum building, I, unfortunately, do not know. The remaining buildings require restoration. Among them are the Lord’s House, the Orange House, the kitchen building. We reached the Farmyard, which also needs repair. On the way to him, they saw another building without a sign with a description, which among the trees is not immediately noticeable. Because of the trees surrounding it, the manor’s house didn’t even manage to photograph.

Therefore, having decided to go to Kuzminki, do not expect to see the magnificent palaces here, as in, or in. This is not here. People come to Kuzminki to relax, sunbathe on the banks of ponds, ride bicycles and roller skates. We met a lot of people on bicycles. Perhaps somewhere in the park there is a rental. Kuzminki are very popular among city residents of any age category. People here have picnics, grill kebabs, play volleyball. And just sitting in a cafe on the banks of the pond, in my opinion, is a great pastime. Concerts are sometimes staged near the Horse Yard. We just hit this one. The songs there were not modern, so we were not particularly interested. In addition, we were about to leave. But all the seats near the stage, which served as a small terrace near the sculptures, were occupied.

Another fact regarding the estate in Kuzminki, which is simply impossible not to mention. Just a week after visiting the park, the famous program “Battle of psychics” was shown on TV. One of the tasks took place in the Lord’s house of the Kuzminki estate. It turned out that there are ghosts, ghosts, which are often heard by the guards. And some even managed to capture on camera. They look like round white phantoms. So, not everything is calm in the kingdom of Denmark ...

A walk in the Kuzminki park left me feeling unsatisfied. Yes, we walked around the park, sunbathed, relaxed. But the fact that the estate was not working, upset us. I read somewhere on the Internet that in 2010 several more buildings of the complex should be restored. I hope that among them will be the main palace - the Lord's House. After its restoration, it will be necessary to go to Kuzminki again.

The Kuzminki Culture and Leisure Park is part of the Kuzminsky Forest Park, the Moscow part of which belongs to the territory of the Kuzminki-Lublino natural-historical park.

In the spring of 2013, the territory of Kuzminok expanded significantly due to land annexation near Lublin Pond, Sadovniki Park, Borisov Ponds, Pechatniki, 60th October Revolution and Arshinovsky Parks.

It is worth noting that the reconstruction of the park began in 2014. During this time, many historical sites related to the Kuzminki estate were restored, playgrounds for playing games in towns, chess, and sports were built. Currently, work is underway on the construction of an entertainment complex on the site of the Vysota cinema (Yuny Lenivtsev St.). It is planned to complete the reconstruction by the end of 2019.

The entire infrastructure of the Kuzminki park is aimed at attracting residents of Moscow and city visitors here not only for entertainment, but also for hobbies. Creative studios, workshops, thematic children's clubs, sports fields, dance clubs for the elderly - all this makes Kuzminki an attractive place for recreation and leisure activities.

Kuzminki Park celebrated its birthday on May 20, 1977. On this day, its grand opening took place. But the story of Kuzminka begins much earlier.

The origin of the name Kuzminki is not documented. There is only the assumption that once in this place on the Churilikha River (or Goledyanka) there was a mill owned by a certain miller Kuzma. Perhaps the mill was called Kuzminskaya by the name of the owner, or perhaps the Kosma and Domian church stood nearby. In general, that's all. The story of the Kuzminki estate, which is located in the park and is a historical monument, already begins.

Kuzminki Manor

After Stroganov, the estate was owned by Golitsyn. With them, the park is ennobled, a cascade of ponds is made out, a horse yard, a music pavilion, grottoes and other buildings are being built. A cast-iron entrance gate, cast at the Golitsyna factory, is put on Lipova Alley, from which one of the streets near the park was later named.

The original building of the main estate was not preserved. The manor house completely burned down in 1916. The new building, which has survived to this day, was built only 14 years later, in 1930. In one of the wings of the house works.

The wooden church was built during the Stroganovs in 1716-1720. For some time, even the area with the estate and the church was called the village of Vlaherna. The main shrine of the temple was a list of the Blacherna icon of the Mother of God, transmitted to Dmitry Stroganov by Peter I.
