Good afternoon.
  They just returned from vacation in the city of Anapa, August 2018. The guest house is simply gorgeous, there is everything for relaxation. Many thanks to Vladimir and Olga, met at the station without any problems, brought, placed in a cozy, comfortable room. Everything is clean, neat, chic, a private balcony, which is very pleasing to my son. For self-catering there is a kitchen in which everything is organized. Beautiful tea pairs, wine glasses for a delicious Kuban wine, all the cutlery, a microwave, a gas stove, a set of crutches, a table set, everything is super! Had the opportunity to machine wash "machine" after a long train ride.
  I'm not talking about the design and decor in the guest house itself, the highest score!
  Fruit trees, flowers, a wonderful gazebo are growing on the territory, as well as a barbecue on which my son and I were able to fry kebabs, information about the process that the owner Vladimir himself gave us, for which many thanks to him.
  All the questions that we had were resolved in an instant, thanks to Vladimir. For 9 days of arrival, we changed bed linen twice, which also pleased us.
  We have received a wonderful, wonderful rest and the human attitude of the owner in this guest house. Next time we plan a trip to Anapa, we will choose only this impeccable guest house!

Looking through vacation photos on the computer, memories flooded. I want to leave not the first review about this wonderful place. How cool it is, even cool !!! all in colors, lawn, amazing view. Vladimir looks after and watches, keeps everything in order and clean. the rooms are very clean. no smell, no noise, no specks of dust.
  for each room is equipped with an individual place in the kitchen. a complete set of dishes that you do not have to think about anything. neither about boards, appliances, salad bowls, corkscrew, nor even about a glass of wine, if you want to sit in the evening on stunning balconies, under the soft light of a night lamp (everything is provided for). Well, everything is there !!! everything! for children a wonderful platform, strollers!

We had a rest with a 4-year-old grandson in June 2015. Good afternoon! In September 2016 we rested with Vladimir. We were very pleased! Super conditions, bathroom, room. Loved having breakfast on the balcony. Lawn, flowers, a shadow from a tree. And in case of dinner, a flashlight is provided on the balcony) Very comfortable. In the morning, the sun did not shine through the windows, it was a shade! Solovyanova, only pleasing. At first they did not believe that this happens. It turned out it happens. As agreed, Vladimir met us at the airport. We ordered a 3-seater number, at the time of arrival this number was not there and Vladimir settled us for the same money in a two-room 5-seater. The house is new, the rooms are clean, modern furniture, LCD TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. If desired, they can give a DVD. During the stay (16 days), bed linen and towels changed 3 times, and then the initiative in this matter came from Vladimir. Every day, wet cleaning was done in the kitchen. Each floor has its own kitchen. Very convenient, no one bothers anyone. Each in the kitchen has its own cupboard with dishes. We want to mention separately the owner of the house, Vladimir. Such kind and helpful people are rare. Very welcoming host. We did not have enough coal when frying barbecue, Vlalimir gave us. He also asked if we needed warm clothes, because the weather was cold. He led the light to the place where the barbecue was prepared. Thanks to Vladimir, the rest was excellent, despite the fact that the weather let us down. The child sometimes made scandals; there were no complaints from Vlalimir. They wanted to go there in 2014, but all the places were already occupied for a month and a half, which is not surprising. So if you want to stay with Vladimir, take care of this in advance. One small minus with a small child is a bit clanky to the sea. As for the rest, rest in this guest house is at the highest level. My daughter and I were relaxing in Anapa in a guest house at K. Solovyanova d.134 from July 19 to July 27, 2014. We really liked everything; it takes 10 minutes to go to the sea; shops, a savings bank are all nearby. The hosts, Vladimir and Olga, are very kind, hospitable, they meet and escort them to the train for this, special thanks to them. In the rooms all the amenities have a split system, mini fridge, hot and cold water constantly. Very comfortable large kitchen and each room has its own cupboard with dishes. Each room has a balcony with a clothes dryer and a table with chairs, a new plasma TV and free Wi-Fi. Many thanks to the owners for their good relations and excellent conditions. My daughter is just delighted, the next time we will come only to them and we advise everyone to relax in this hospitable house. We rested in a guest house near Vladimir and Olga in a comfortable, modern two-room suite with two daughters. For parents with children, you can’t imagine anything better: children are always there and at the same time in a separate room. For our youngest 2 year old baby, Vladimir provided a cot and a stroller. In the guest house on K. Solovyanova we were pleasantly surprised by the crystal clear room with snow-white bedding and towels, a comfortable modern kitchen with individual cupboards full of utensils for each room. We had a rest with my friend in this guest house for three weeks. Everything was just wonderful! Very comfortable, clean, beautiful! Great place to stay! There is a huge kitchen and each room has its own kitchen cabinet in which there is absolutely everything for cooking. The rooms have cozy balconies with clothes dryers and a table with chairs (we, for example, had breakfast there). LCD TVs (not lamp from the commission as in other houses closer to the center). Water is hot and cold, split system. The most important thing is that it is quiet in the evenings, because there are no entertainment venues nearby. You can’t find the best place to relax a family with a child!

We rested with a mother and a child of 2 years old in July-August 2012 in this wonderful cozy house. We recall with the warmest feelings. Wonderful, responsive and understanding hosts Olga and Vladimir! We met and carried out, which was very necessary. The rooms are new with a good repair, clean and comfortable. Shower, toilet in each room. In the kitchen, each room has its own cabinet with all the necessary utensils.

Looking through vacation photos on the computer, memories flooded. I want to leave not the first review about this wonderful place. How cool it is, even cool !!! all in colors, lawn, amazing view. Vladimir looks after and watches, keeps everything in order and clean. the rooms are very clean. no smell, no noise, no specks of dust.
  for each room is equipped with an individual place in the kitchen. a complete set of dishes that you do not have to think about anything. neither about boards, appliances, salad bowls, corkscrew, nor even about a glass of wine, if you want to sit in the evening on stunning balconies, under the soft light of a night lamp (everything is provided for). Well, everything is there !!! everything! for children a wonderful platform, strollers!

We had a rest with a 4-year-old grandson in June 2015. The conditions are very good, rooms with balconies, spacious, toilet, shower in the room, the kitchen on each floor is equipped with everything necessary. Good afternoon! In September 2016 we rested with Vladimir. We were very pleased! Super conditions, bathroom, room. Loved having breakfast on the balcony. Lawn, flowers, a shadow from a tree. And in case of dinner, a flashlight is provided on the balcony) Very comfortable. In the morning, the sun did not shine through the windows, it was a shade! The kitchen is clean, no neighbors are heard. Soundproofing and really excellent. Vladimir, thank you very much for your hospitality.

She was resting with her child and husband in the second half of September 2013. That's just about to write. For a long time choosing a place to stay. Read the guest house reviews on K. Solovyanova, only pleasing. At first they did not believe that this happens. It turned out it happens. As agreed, Vladimir met us at the airport. We ordered a 3-seater number, at the time of arrival this number was not there and Vladimir settled us for the same money in a two-room 5-seater. The house is new, the rooms are clean, modern furniture, LCD TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. If desired, they can give a DVD. During the stay (16 days), bed linen and towels changed 3 times, and then the initiative in this matter came from Vladimir. Every day, wet cleaning was done in the kitchen. Each floor has its own kitchen. Very convenient, no one bothers anyone. Each in the kitchen has its own cupboard with dishes. We want to mention separately the owner of the house, Vladimir. Such kind and helpful people are rare. Very welcoming host. We did not have enough coal when frying barbecue, Vlalimir gave us. He also asked if we needed warm clothes, because the weather was cold. He led the light to the place where the barbecue was prepared. Thanks to Vladimir, the rest was excellent, despite the fact that the weather let us down. The child sometimes made scandals; there were no complaints from Vlalimir. They wanted to go there in 2014, but all the places were already occupied for a month and a half, which is not surprising. So if you want to stay with Vladimir, take care of this in advance. One small minus with a small child is a bit clanky to the sea. As for the rest, rest in this guest house is at the highest level. My daughter and I were relaxing in Anapa in a guest house at K. Solovyanova d.134 from July 19 to July 27, 2014. We really liked everything; it takes 10 minutes to go to the sea; shops, a savings bank are all nearby. The hosts, Vladimir and Olga, are very kind, hospitable, they meet and escort them to the train for this, special thanks to them. In the rooms all the amenities have a split system, mini fridge, hot and cold water constantly. Very comfortable large kitchen and each room has its own cupboard with dishes. Each room has a balcony with a clothes dryer and a table with chairs, a new plasma TV and free Wi-Fi. Many thanks to the owners for their good relations and excellent conditions. My daughter is just delighted, the next time we will come only to them and we advise everyone to relax in this hospitable house. We rested in a guest house near Vladimir and Olga in a comfortable, modern two-room suite with two daughters. For parents with children, you can’t imagine anything better: children are always there and at the same time in a separate room. For our youngest 2 year old baby, Vladimir provided a cot and a stroller. In the guest house on K. Solovyanova we were pleasantly surprised by the crystal clear room with snow-white bedding and towels, a comfortable modern kitchen with individual cupboards full of utensils for each room. We had a rest with my friend in this guest house for three weeks. Everything was just wonderful! Very comfortable, clean, beautiful! We rested there in September of this year. We really enjoyed! Comfortable, quiet, clean) Everything is at home. Good hosts, very friendly. Met at the airport, held. Great place to stay! There is a huge kitchen and each room has its own kitchen cabinet in which there is absolutely everything for cooking. The rooms have cozy balconies with clothes dryers and a table with chairs (we, for example, had breakfast there). LCD TVs (not lamp from the commission as in other houses closer to the center). Water is hot and cold, split system. The most important thing is that it is quiet in the evenings, because there are no entertainment venues nearby. You can’t find the best place to relax a family with a child!

We rested with a mother and a child of 2 years old in July-August 2012 in this wonderful cozy house. We recall with the warmest feelings. Wonderful, responsive and understanding hosts Olga and Vladimir! We met and carried out, which was very necessary. The rooms are new with a good repair, clean and comfortable. Shower, toilet in each room. In the kitchen, each room has its own cabinet with all the necessary utensils.

My husband and I rested in the guest house from 08/27/2012 to 09/06/2012 !!! Our room was very comfortable and beautiful !!! In the kitchen for each room there are individual lockers with utensils for cooking !! There is also an iron and an ironing board in the kitchen !!! All the photos of the guest house are true !!!
