Wouldn't recommend this hotel friends and colleagues. Very small rooms. The sink is located in the hallway! There is simply no light in the bathroom. In the room on the TV, the slot for a flash drive is broken, the remote control does not work. The audibility is terrible, you can hear what the neighbors are saying, as well as everything that happens in the corridor. We spent 7 days in the hotel and simply ran away from it. At breakfasts, sometimes there was nowhere to find a table to have breakfast. There is a shuttle service to the ocean every hour. I have never seen such an ocean shore before! Srach, dirt, bottles, etc. the entrance is first sand, then stones! In my opinion, it's better to pay extra for good hotel How to spoil your holiday!

The hotel is a bit old, of course, in some places it needs renovation or at least a little updating. There are new towels, but I also saw worn gray ones, but they still smell nice. Double beds are 160 cm, for those who are not used to it, it can be a bit cramped. Windows in rooms without a balcony cannot be opened. Take more expensive rooms, the price difference is small, and the view of the pool or garden is very nice!

We rested for a week. I really liked the pool, great patios - we accommodated the whole family and relaxed all day! Wonderful staff, very kind people, speak good English, fulfill requests, are sympathetic. The rooms are normal, small, but not too much, it doesn’t always smell damp either, I only smelled it twice. The three of us and the child were accommodated ok. Great breakfasts for your money! Try it! The cleaning is not bad! Insanely beautiful area, there is a place to take photos and walk. Your own beach with coconuts and sun loungers. The sea this year is so-so (not the hotel's fault). They put a lot of coffee, sugar, a new dental set every day, a bottle. Great New Year's Eve dinner!!! Overall there was a feeling of cordiality and hospitality. By the way, there is an exchange office with a favorable exchange rate and a SoCo supermarket nearby! Bali Collection is about 15 minutes on foot.

The rooms are sooooo small, there is no place to put things, most of them were in the suitcase, there are few sockets, only 2! We had to charge all the gadgets one by one. No clothes dryer

We waited for check-in for more than an hour and a half, hugging suitcases (there is a luggage room, but they offer to use it only on departure and upon request only), the rooms were not ready by 14.00 (arrived at 13.20, checked in only at 15.00!) At the same time, the reception staff There was a crowd of 6 to 8 people, having a cheerful conversation, and those cleaning the rooms could not cope with the flow of people moving in/out. We had to check in after a little "stirring up" of the staff. But in a room with a wet floor, which turned out to be very unsafe, and with half of the services not reported - there were no bathrobes, half of the required towels (all were brought after contacting the reception). The rooms are very damp, smelling damp constantly. There is only one wicker bench on the balcony, which can accommodate only 1 person. There is no dryer for wet clothes, which is very inconvenient. There is simply nowhere to string the rope on the balcony.

Excellent location, it is very pleasant and quick to get to cafes and shops through the beautiful and well-groomed quiet territory of the hotel. Transfer to and from the beach every hour - convenient! Your own part on the beach under the trees, with sun loungers and umbrellas - nice, comfortable, there is a place to take a shower and rinse your feet. It is better to swim in the ocean to the right along the shore, better entry, less garbage. The rooms are quite decent, a bit worn out in places, but acceptable. The safe is free, water in glass bottles is supplied daily, a mini refrigerator with lighting is available. Breakfast is hearty, tasty, varied, format - buffet. At breakfast they mark which room they came for breakfast, it won’t work to get to breakfast twice)) Pleasant area, large clean pool on top, a shallow but large splash pool with a small slide, there is a jacuzzi. The air conditioning works great, we adjusted it, when we leave the room it cools the room, then you return to the coolness - it’s such a thrill! The beds remained the same, small. It’s great for a child, but there’s not enough room for adults on one of these. Nice hotel with a huge area. I really liked the breakfasts, tasty and filling! We booked a superior room with 1 bed for two (couple). The rooms are small((There is no closet with shelves as such, there are only 4 hangers. The socket near the bed was only on one side - this is extremely inconvenient. There was no drying rack for clothes on the balcony (it would have been nice). The towels are honestly in terrible condition (gray and with holes). For the pool, the towels are much better. There is a small refrigerator in the room. The air conditioner worked well, sometimes it was too cold). the car was important for us. Small things in the form of hygiene items, an electric kettle, a plate, a spoon, a knife, cups, glasses were also present. During our entire stay, unfortunately, we never visited the pool, I can’t write anything about it. It looks nice at first glance. I recommend this hotel for staying even with children.)

Mold on the walls and covered cracks on the furniture and mirror are unacceptable. Do normal repairs. The towels are gray, unwashed. Such towels should have been thrown away several years ago and burn them and don’t give them to guests. There are good, white and fluffy ones, but only if you leave 100 rupees for cleaning. If not, they will give you gray and terrible breakfasts. There are a lot of dishes for the Chinese and they are varied, but for a European person they are. not edible. Therefore, if only fruits, omelettes and salads, everything else is impossible.

    The view from the room was of the garden. Last time there was a view of the pool - the sound of the water was tiring. The garden is much more pleasant - birds singing, grasshoppers - I really liked it. The balcony in the room is small, but things dried quickly. Reception - everyone speaks English, they try to help and solve any question. We ordered a taxi back from the hotel to the airport at the hotel itself - good price, everything is on time. Nice pool and plenty of sun loungers. Good massage at the hotel - I did both traditional and deep tissue massage - I really liked it. Yes, more expensive than on the street. But members of the hotel chain receive a 20% discount (you need to be reminded of this when making a check) and the location is convenient - no need to go somewhere. Nice gym. There are not many gyms, but they are enough for a vacation. The price of the room is very, very affordable in comparison with other hotels (Mariott, Grand Hayat, etc.).

    Separately about the beach: the hotel beach itself, where the transfer is carried out, is cozy, all green, clean! But it is 1 km from the place where there is water. On the hotel beach, the low tide is felt much more than in the center of the beach. I recommend: in the center of the beach (the street leads directly to it from our hotel, 15 minutes leisurely), there are paid sunbeds in the shade. Please lie in the sun for free with towels.
