Gosdacha is an analogue of boarding houses for the nomenklatura of the 80s, where you could get a ticket either through connections or at exorbitant prices.

We vacationed in Ldzaa in September 2010. We just returned. I'll start with crossing the border. My husband and I ordered a transfer. The transfer consists of meeting you at the airport or train station and delivery to the border (usually a minibus for 7-8 seats, which picks up people from the airport, then goes to the station, picks up people and only then moves to the border), then the minibus driver disembarks the passengers and hands them over to the conductor, the conductor puts all their things on a cart and through a tricky courtyard for 20 rubles from the nose takes them directly to checkpoint. We were lucky, we crossed the border itself in about 30 minutes. Next is a bridge over the Psou River (it is the border). There are no problems on the Abkhaz side, they just look at your passport quickly. And you also have to pay insurance in the amount of 70 rubles. per person per day of stay. Then the conductor hands you over to another driver, who then takes people to their vacation spots. The territory of the state dacha is small, fenced, and guarded by the military. There are no locals. Entry is by pass only. A temporary pass costs 100 rubles. (this is a registration type, it stays with you as a keepsake). We were greeted by the administrator Vika. She showed me to the room. The room is huge. We had a two-room suite. Already with two balconies. There is a table with armchairs on the balcony. The bedroom has two moved lorries, a large closet, a dressing table, and a carpet. In the living room there is a sofa, a dining table, a coffee table, two armchairs, two chairs, sideboards, a TV, a carpet. All the furniture is from the 80s... polished, carved, and at one time it was very solid, but has long been asking to be retired. The bathroom was recently renovated. There's even a bidet. All the taps are leaking. The toilet is a mountain stream. Even though we were late for lunch, we were fed. Three meals a day. Never happened again. Waitress service. For breakfast they gave: matsoni, honey, porridge, sausages, cheesecakes, scrambled eggs, cheese, bread, butter, tea. For lunch: borscht, cabbage soup, chicken noodles, vegetable soups, etc., Abkhazian meat, cutlets, liver, potatoes different types, salads, fruits. For dinner: fish, meat, vegetables, pastries. If you want something else, opposite the entrance to the territory, there is a local cafe “Linda” by Aunt Rosa, where they have the most delicious langet and the best khachapur in Abkhazia. There are two shops nearby. To the center of Pitsunda 100 rubles. on a private property. There is a market, a lot of cafes, souvenir shops and shops. You won't remain hungry. The hotel has only 16 rooms. In 7 days, the towels were changed once and the trash was taken out every day. There is no “Turkish” service. There aren't many people. The beach is 200 meters long and 20 meters wide, pebble. Sun beds are inherited))). There are not enough sunbeds. The sea is clean. On September 20, the water temperature is 26 degrees. Usually during a thunderstorm. There is a massage room. You can book excursions or go private. It's more interesting on a private basis. It gets to the mountains where excursion minibuses simply cannot go. One thing I can say: 7 days was not enough for us.
