The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement, for the purpose of processing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to the consulate of a foreign state, resolving claims issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized government bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).

Rules for the EARLY BOOKING promotion
- After the end of the EARLY BOOKING promotion, any changes (replacement of all tourists, change of arrival date, duration of stay, number of people in the application, etc.) in the bookings will be recalculated at the rates in force on the date of change. There are exceptions:

- For applications created under the early booking promotion, a two-step payment system is introduced:
- it is necessary to make 25% of the payment for the tour within 5 banking days from the date of confirmation;
- the remaining 75% must be paid no later than 10 working days before the departure date.
For applications with flights from Ukrainian cities created under the early booking promotion, 100% payment must be made within 2 banking days from the date of creation of the application. A two-step payment system* is agreed upon individually with the curator of your agency.
* payment in two installments (50/50).For applications with flights from cities in Kazakhstan, created under the early booking promotion, a two-stage payment system is introduced:
- it is necessary to make 25% of the payment for the tour within 3 banking days from the date of confirmation;
- the remaining 75% must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the departure of tourists.
- Attention: In case of late payment, the tour will be calculated at current daily prices!
- Discounts apply to stays of 1 night or more unless otherwise noted in the hotel's note.
- Discounts apply only to those applications that contain the note: "EARLY BOOKING".
- "EARLY BOOKING" discounts are not valid in conjunction with other special offers or discounts from the hotel.
- "EARY BOOKING" discounts do not apply to gala dinners and group bookings.
