There is no hotel accommodation, everything is far away! Specifically, they checked me in quickly and helped me carry my things. Have you seen guys all over the hotel looking for their room because they were given a piece of cardboard at the counter with the wrong number on it? And they, together, with their whole family, began frantically looking for number 784 on all floors. (They should have written 704) Fortunately, they met me, and I helped them with this (because I also had number 710, but they wrote it as 718, problems with spelling numbers) But these are all the little things in life, AS THE MOST INTERESTING IS AHEAD. At the reception They don’t know Russian, so I felt like a translator on vacation. I constantly had to solve people's problems. Now the food: it’s just monotonous, maybe something changes every two days, but I just had to give up breakfast and go to the restaurant on my own, because for me it was unbearable. And now it’s no less interesting! Room cleaning every day. Once I returned to the hotel and the cleaning was still going on, I went into the room and actually saw that the girl had climbed into the bathtub with her feet and was cleaning something there, I was pleasantly surprised by this attitude towards cleaning. BUT. During the week we stayed at the hotel, the bed linen was never changed, the towels were thrown almost on the floor and they still weren’t changed, they just hung them back. One day I decided to order an iron to iron my shirt, but it ended up taking me about an hour. I actually managed to fall asleep and slept. The doorbell rings, I open it - I see a guy standing with an iron in his hands, happy. I asked about the ironing board, where is it? He looked at me in surprise, like “you just asked for an iron,” he probably thought that I always take mine on vacation, but that’s not the point. I carried her for another 30 minutes. Terrible! I didn't have time to stroke anything. BUT NOW LISTEN CAREFULLY: I come to my room at lunchtime, I need Wi-FI, but it doesn’t work. Well, it doesn’t work for everyone, I thought and went outside. Going down to the first floor, I met some Russian guy, who told me that everything was fine with Wi-Fi. I didn’t attach any importance to this, I thought it had already worked! I walked around, returned to the room, but I was able to enter it only 10 minutes after my return, because the card did not work and I had to go down to the reception (this had to be done 3 times in a week for absolutely everyone staying at the hotel. Because of this I once I was almost late for the excursion) So, I finally got to my room and checked the Wi-FI. It doesn't work. I called the reception and in English. asked what the problem was? I was told that the problem is with your phone. I checked the laptop too. The story is the same. It doesn't work and that's it! I had to personally go downstairs and ask for help; they assigned someone to me, which I really regretted! LOOK WHAT HAPPENED NEXT! Some guy from the staff went with me to the room. I started looking for a router! He found the router and realized he couldn't reach it. Therefore, together with him, I had to move the table away. It's okay, they moved and moved - it's not difficult for me. Then he began to twist some cable from the router, but this did not give any results. And then he realized that the problem was in the power cable, which just went into the outlet behind the TV that was hanging on the wall! He asked me to help remove the TV! Together we took it from both sides and removed it. It turned on itself and VOILA! With his finger he PULLED the screen, rendering the TV unusable! With the phrase: “I DIDN’T TOUCH THE SCREEN,” he simply ran out of the room and rushed off into the distance =)) They came running later, the two of them. They grabbed their heads and ran away. Then the three of them came running, grabbed their heads and ran away! Then the four of them came running, finally the hotel manager was with them, well, at least someone from the management came, I thought and calmed down mentally! Without understanding the situation at all, the hotel manager told me: “YOU HAVE TO PAY, MY SUBJECT SAYS HE DIDN’T TOUCH THE SCREEN” Guys, thank God I know English language good and was able to tell him, show him what happened and how it happened. If it weren’t for knowing English, you would definitely have to pay! The investigation lasted until half past 2 a.m., and they finally gave up! They promised to move me to another room, but of course this DIDN'T HAPPEN! As a result, I was left to live for three days without the Internet and TV! They connected me to my neighbor’s Internet, but consider that it was not there. Because I felt like I had to share it with my neighbors. It was impossible to even call! Do you think that's all? No, I'll keep you a few more moments! In general, in the morning, as always, I took a shower and went to the sea! I come from the sea to my room (after cleaning the room) and see the following picture in the shower! The “shower” fell into the bathtub and split into two parts. I called the reception and they invited a person who promptly changed everything for me and left) I didn’t quite figure out what the problem was)) he just, like a real employee of Al Salam Grand Hotel, disappeared! The next day early in the morning I had to leave this hotel FINALLY! I wanted to leave and forget like a bad dream! In the evening I asked what they would leave for me Lunch Box so that I could eat in the morning, but they did not have such an opportunity (this is generally nonsense). Forgot! In the morning I handed over my room, forgot my jacket and they brought it to me (well done). I’m sitting here, waiting for my bus. Suddenly they called me and confronted me with the fact of paying for a shower, costing 29 American dollars! I widened my eyes and told them the following correctly in English: “Is it okay that I lived for three days without the Internet and the TV that you broke?” The answer was the following: “Have you told anyone about this? We accept your complaint.” Thank you. Then I told them: “Let’s do this, I’m not paying a penny now and I’m just forgetting about your hotel, otherwise I’ll have to write a review, what it will be - you know very well. Think about it for a minute, I’ll take a smoke break for now!” and left ! When I returned, they decided to issue me an invoice on the 29th.
