We looked through bank cards for you that allow you to earn miles in the S7 Priority loyalty program, and chose the most interesting and profitable ones!

Why save up S7 Priority?

There are many reasons, but here is a good analysis of where you can use S7 Priority miles. And since it’s already clear where to spend S7 Priority miles, how to earn them? Yes, there are flights, online purchases, hotels and a bunch of other ways, for example, going to restaurants, but now we are talking about bank cards with which you can earn S7 Priority miles. And we’re not just talking about the Tinkoff Bank card, as you might think!

Intesa

The Italian subsidiary bank in Russia does not have a co-brand with S7 Airlines, but you can connect the special “Intesa – S7 Priority” program to most debit and credit cards, which allows you to receive S7 Priority program miles for card purchases. Accruals and welcome bonus depend on the type of bank card.

Thus, Visa Classic owners can count on a welcome bonus of 500 miles and 1 S7 Priority mile for 60 rubles. Visa Gold holders already receive 1000 miles and 1.25 miles for 60 rubles. And if Visa Signature and Visa Infinite cards are connected to “Intesa – S7 Priority”, they will give you 1,500 miles and 1.5 miles for every 60 rubles spent. Miles are accrued monthly no later than the 10th day of the month following the reporting period.

The cost of maintenance is not so simple. Firstly, payment is taken for servicing the card itself. It all depends on the chosen tariff; in some cases you can get a card with the first year of free service at the Traveler or Intesa Top Manager tariff, and a free card is also given when opening a deposit.

Secondly, “Intesa – S7 Priority”, although connected for free, costs 300 rubles for each month of use, regardless of the type of card. But you don’t have to pay if you have minimum card turnover:

  • Visa Classic– from 10,000 rubles;
  • Visa Gold– from 20,000 rubles;
  • Visa Signature– from 25,000 rubles;
  • Visa Infinite– from 35,000 rubles.

These cards do not have any other benefits or additional bonuses for S7 Priorirty members.

This is the most important bank with the S7 Priority co-brand. It is S7-Tinkoff card holders who receive the most benefits and bonuses from the airline. There are two types of cards to choose from: World Mastercard and World Mastercard Black Edition, each can be debit or credit.

S7-Tinkoff World Mastercard debit allows you to receive 3 miles for every 60 rubles of purchases at S7 Airlines (for tickets at fares that participate in the accrual of miles and other services at S7, excluding taxes and fees for premium air tickets). 1.5 miles will be given for 60 rubles for all other purchases, but provided that the daily balance on the card is at least 150,000 rubles, otherwise you should only count on 1.25 miles. There are also special offers from partners, but they are individual.

For those who spend 800,000 rubles on purchases in a quarter, they are given Silver status in S7 Priority for the next quarter, as well as 1 upgrade voucher (valid for 1 year from the date of issue).

The cost of servicing a debit card is 190 rubles per month or free if you have a bank cash loan or the account balance has not decreased below 150,000 rubles during the reporting period. Alerts about transactions will cost 59 rubles per month.

The S7-Tinkoff World Mastercard credit card comes with a limit of up to 700,000 rubles and an interest-free period of up to 55 days. Interest rate up to 39.9% per annum. Here you get 1.5 miles for every 60 rubles spent, regardless of the amount of your own funds and turnover, other conditions are similar to the debit card. At the same time, for purchases worth more than 250,000 rubles in the first three months after opening the card, they give a bonus of 12,000 S7 Priority miles. Annual maintenance is 1890 rubles.

World Mastercard Black Edition debit gives 4 miles for every 60 rubles of purchases at S7 Airlines (for tickets at fares that participate in the accrual of miles and other services at S7, with the exception of taxes and fees on award tickets). 2 miles will be given for 60 rubles for all other purchases, but provided that the daily balance on the card is at least 300,000 rubles, otherwise you should only count on 1.5 miles. There are also special offers from partners, but they are individual.

For those who spend 800,000 rubles on purchases in a quarter, they are given Silver status in S7 Priority for the next quarter, as well as 1 upgrade voucher (valid for 1 year from the date of issue). The card comes with travel insurance with a limit of up to $100,000, a dedicated number at S7 Airlines, concierge service and LoungeKey with two free passes per month.

The cost of servicing a debit card is 999 rubles per month, notification of transactions is free.

The World Mastercard Black Edition credit card has a limit of up to 1,500,000 rubles, an interest-free period of up to 55 days. The conditions for accruing miles are similar, except that two miles are given for all transactions, regardless of the amount of your own funds and turnover. Welcome bonus of 20,000 miles for total purchases of 600,000 rubles in the first three months after opening the card. Annual maintenance is 7990 rubles.

All S7-Tinkoff cards give access to closed sales of S7 Airlines tickets, which are held twice a year (spring and autumn), the next one is scheduled for the end of September 2018.

Almazergienbank

This is a bank from Yakutsk, and although it has a branch in Moscow, it is still more suitable for those who are somehow connected with Yakutsk. The reason is that cardholders of this bank have access to special prices for tickets for miles from Yakutsk to Irkutsk, Moscow and Novosibirsk, as well as between Mirny and Novosibirsk. Talking about economy:

But there is a limitation: a ticket at this rate can be issued if at least 1,200 miles have been credited to the participant’s account from Almazergienbank for paying for goods and services on the card during the quarter (three months in a row), or at least 4,800 miles during the year (12 months contract). A ticket at a special rate can be issued to the cardholder and fellow travelers booked with him in the same booking.

Let's pass to the cards. There are two of them, they are debit: Visa Classic and Visa Gold.

Visa Classic – 500 welcome miles, 1 mile for every 55 rubles, annual service cost 900 rubles. Visa Gold allows you to get 1000 welcome miles and 1 mile for 44 rubles, annual service will cost 2800 rubles.

BBR

This is also an additional bonus program that connects to the bank’s main card. There are two main types of cards: classic cards and gold cards. Servicing cards of the first type will cost 900 rubles, gold – 2700 rubles. Connecting to the S7 Priority program is free, but for classic cards the monthly subscription fee is 30 rubles, and for Gold level cards – 50 rubles.

The welcome bonus for classic cards is 300 miles, for gold cards – 500 miles. At the same time, the classic card allows you to get 1 mile for 90 rubles spent, and the gold card gives you 1.2 miles.

Primsotsbank

This is a Far Eastern bank, albeit with a branch in Moscow, which has a couple of products on the topic of this review. These are MasterCard Gold and MasterCard Platinum debit cards, to which you can connect the S7 option.

The first allows you to receive 1 mile for every 60 rubles spent, the first year is free, then 300 rubles per year. MasterCard Platinum has 1 mile for 55 rubles, the first year of the option is free, then 500 rubles per year. SMS notification is free.

Raiffeisenbank

This is not even an option, but a possibility of exchange. The #allimmediate credit card allows you to receive 1 point for every 50 rubles spent, and then exchange these points for miles from the S7 Priority program. The gradations are different, but general rule: More points equals more miles. So 3,000 points will bring 4,000 S7 Priority miles (which gives the cost of a mile 37.5 rubles), and 15,000 points will give 30,000 S7 Priority miles (and it turns out that one mile costs 27 rubles). The debit option is not so attractive, where 1 point is given for 100 rubles (except for the first 365 days from the moment the card is issued for new clients, when 1 point is awarded for 50 rubles). Points are valid for 36 months from the date of accrual.

The bank also promises that it will give 300 welcome points (you need to spend 5,000 rubles), 300 points for your birthday and 200 points for New Year. At the same time, the first year of service is promised free for new customers. The usual annual fee for a credit card with a standard design is 1,490 rubles, and with an individual one – 1,990 rubles. The debit card for new clients is serviced free of charge for the first year (for old clients – 1490/1990 rubles). SMS notification costs 60 rubles per month.

The map looks great, but there are limitations. A maximum of 1,000 points can be awarded per month. Thus, to get 30,000 S7 Priority miles at 27 rubles (approximately) per mile, you need to spend at least 50,000 rubles on the card for 15 months in the first 12 months and another 220,000 rubles in the next three months (+ pay 1,490 rubles for the second year service). There are probably some other pitfalls, but I didn’t find them.

Bottom line

If S7 Priority is the main program for you or there is a good turnover on cards, then S7-Tinkoff is your choice. Generous credit card rewards, good bonuses and additional features make this card, if not ideal, then one of the best for those who actively collect S7 Priority miles.

For those who have sufficient turnover, but S7 Priority is not the main program, I would advise you to take a closer look at the Raiffeisenbank card. Yes, it probably has pitfalls, but for a leisurely accumulation of 30,000 miles in 15 months, this is a good additional card, and it’s also free in the first year if you manage to open it before the end of September.

All other cases are niche or regional products, and they can be considered if you live in Yakutia or Far East, or for some reason the same Primsotsbank or BBR is convenient for you.

I hope this material has brought some clarity to what bank cards in Russia allow you to receive S7 Priority.

Please note that the data in this text is current as of September 3, 2018.

S7 Airlines has developed a loyalty program for its passengers. The more you fly with S7 and partners, the more miles you accumulate. They can be exchanged for an air ticket, a flight with greater comfort, or donated to charity. We will tell you further how to accumulate miles and how to spend them.

Conditions

Children from 2 years of age and adults can participate in the program. Register by filling out the form on the airline's website or calling the service center. You will track your miles accrual in your personal account.

Upon registration, 1,000 miles per child and 500 per adult are automatically awarded. In addition, miles are immediately added for all flights on S7 aircraft within 6 months before registration in the loyalty program.

What you can spend it on:

Miles accumulated by children under 12 years of age do not expire and do not expire. For adults, the rules are different: you can spend miles until the end of the year and for the 2 full years following it.

What kind of miles are there?

There are two types: status and bonus. The former affect the passenger’s status in the S7 Priority program, the latter can be exchanged for tickets.

Status miles are awarded for flights on S7 Airlines and Oneworld alliance companies. For everything else you can only get bonuses.

The S7 Priority program has four levels:

  1. When connecting to the program, the passenger receives a classic card and accumulates status and bonus miles.
  2. Silver status guarantees +25% miles for flights with S7, entitles you to check-in at business class counters and free choice of seats in the cabin. To get it, take at least one flight on the S7 in a year and accumulate 20 thousand status miles.
  3. If the account has 50 thousand miles in a year or the passenger has made 50 flights, he becomes a client with gold status. This is +50% miles for flights with S7, as well as access to oneworld luxury lounges.
  4. Having accumulated 75 status miles in 1 year or completed 75 flights, the passenger receives platinum status. It entitles you to +75% miles for flights with S7, access to lounges with increased comfort, as well as free upgrades on S7 flights twice a year.

How to earn miles

Miles are credited automatically in two cases:

  • the passenger indicated the program participant number when purchasing the ticket;
  • the name, surname and date of birth on the ticket are written in the same way as in your personal account on the S7 website.

For flights on S7 Airlines, passengers receive miles as a percentage of the flight distance, depending on the fare. The minimum number of bonuses is 500 for 1 flight.

S7 partner airlines include: American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, etc. For example, when flying on Finnair, miles are awarded as a percentage of the distance between the departure and arrival airports. For economy class Discount Economy it is 25%, Full Fare Economy - 100%, for business class - 125%.

You can earn miles by making purchases from S7 airline partners. These include charities, hotels, car rental companies, cruise company, retail chains, restaurants, exhibitions, galleries, concerts, insurance companies. For example, in the last category S7 has two partners: AlfaStrakhovanie and Liberty Insurance. By signing up for CASCO or MiniCASCO with Liberty Insurance, the client receives 1 mile for every 10 rubles. cost of the policy.

Among online stores, the airline cooperates with:

  • Lamoda – 8 miles for every 100 rubles;
  • AliExpress – from 3 to 6 miles for every 100 rubles;
  • Adidas – 10 miles for every 100 rubles. and etc.

How to spend miles

For example, to fly from Moscow to Europe in economy class, you will need 25 thousand miles, for business – 40 thousand miles. This is the cost for a round trip flight. Exchange miles for a ticket to any European country: Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Iran, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Norway, Turkey, France, Croatia, Montenegro, Sweden, Czech Republic.

In addition, free flights are available to neighboring countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, as well as the UAE, China, Japan and South Korea and etc.

If a passenger decides to exchange miles for an upgrade, he has the right to choose how to do this:

  1. through the service center - at least one day before departure;
  2. at the airport check-in desk – 3 hours before departure.

An award in S7 is the exchange of miles for a ticket or upgrade. A ticket purchased with miles is called a “premium” ticket. To apply, follow the terms of the program:

  • accumulate at least 6 thousand miles (you won’t be able to buy a ticket for less);
  • take at least one flight with S7 Airlines within 2 years.

Plastic S7 Priority

At the moment, the airline cooperates with Tinkoff Bank, which issues S7-Tinkoff cards. Miles are awarded for purchases using the card: up to 4 miles for every 60 rubles paid with the card. on s7.ru and 2 miles for other purchases. Credit and debit cards available.

It will cost 2280 rubles. per year (190 rubles monthly). Free service is provided with an account balance of at least 150 thousand rubles. or if you have active credit. Miles for every 60 rubles. are calculated as follows:

  • 3 miles for purchases on the S7 website;
  • 1.5 miles for any other purchases with a balance at the end of each day of 150 thousand rubles. and higher;
  • 1.25 miles for any purchases if the daily balance is less than 150 thousand rubles;

The cardholder receives 1 free upgrade during the year.

For example, per month you spend 50 thousand rubles on the card, and in a year you buy air tickets for a total amount of 70 thousand rubles. By the end of the year, the account will have 18.5 thousand miles, this is enough for a flight to Sochi and back.

Costs 999 rubles. per month or 11,988 rubles. in year. The owner receives for every 60 rubles:

  • 4 miles for purchases on the S7 website;
  • 2 miles for any other purchases with a balance at the end of each day of 300 thousand rubles. and higher;
  • 1.25 miles for any purchases if the daily balance is less than 300 thousand rubles;
  • up to 18 miles for purchases on special offers from bank partners.

The plastic holder has the right to upgrade the flight class for free 2 times during the year.

For example, per month you spend 100 thousand rubles on the card, and in a year you buy air tickets for a total amount of 150 thousand rubles. By the end of the year, you will have 50 thousand miles on your account - this is a business class flight to Novosibirsk and back.

The cost of service is 1890 rubles. per year, and - 7990 rubles. in year. The procedure for accruing miles for them is the same as for debit products of the same name.

You can manage the accumulated miles from purchases on any Tinkoff card through your personal account on the S7 website.

Previously, S7’s partners were six banks. However, Unicredit Bank and Bank of Moscow stopped issuing airline cards. As a result, only three co-branded offers remained from Alfa Bank, Promsvyazbank and Tinkoff Bank. With a Raiffeisenbank card you can exchange bonus points for miles. You can accumulate miles on a Rosevrobank card by activating this option, for which you need to pay 61 rubles. per month.

To determine the most profitable card, a flight from Moscow to Sochi and back was taken. If you fly away on May 1, 2017, and return on May 9, then you need to pay 11,970 rubles for tickets. Participants of the S7 Priority bonus program can buy a ticket for at least 16,000 miles (Promo tariff, without the ability to change dates). You will also have to pay taxes and fees - 3800 rubles.

The fastest way to earn 16,000 miles is with a Tinkoff Bank debit card. To do this, you will need to make purchases worth at least 640 thousand rubles. The downside of the card is the cost of its service – 2280 rubles. in year.

In second place is the Promsvyazbank card. To accumulate the required number of miles you will have to spend 768 thousand rubles. In third place is Alfa Bank with 930 thousand rubles.

The least profitable of all S7 partners was the Raiffeisenbank card, where the amount of expenses should be 1.29 million rubles. The problem is that to get 16,000 miles you need to exchange 18,000 bank points for 20,000 S7 miles. In this case, after the flight, 4,000 miles will remain free, which you can continue to save for future tickets. If you want to buy exactly 16,000 S7 miles, you will need to collect 32,500 Raiffeisenbank points.

How to earn miles faster?

  1. Choose a premium card. For example, at Alfa Bank, the Green card earns 1 mile for every 60 rubles spent, and the PlatinumBlack card earns 1.5 miles. The disadvantage of premium cards is the high cost of service. Platinum Black will cost 1850 rubles. in a year.
  2. Make any purchases using a co-branded card. The more you spend, the faster you save required quantity miles. Try to pay for others using your card. For example, we went to a restaurant with a large group. Invite your friends to pay the bill with your card, and for them to transfer money to the card or give it in cash.
  3. Spend more in special categories. For example, on the Tinkoff Bank BlackEdition card for every 60 rubles. you can get 4 miles when purchasing tickets on the S7 website and up to 18 miles when purchasing from bank partners.

How did you think?

The search for the most profitable card took place among S7 partners, who are listed on the official airline. From each bank, debit cards with the lowest cost of service were selected. The cost of service was indicated on the condition of storage and spending 30 thousand rubles. during the billing period. If there is an increased account balance or other expenses, the service cost may not be charged. The calculation of the minimum amount of spending to accumulate 16,000 miles to purchase a ticket took into account the maximum accrual of miles for everyday spending. Expenses in special categories for which increased mileage accrual for purchases were not taken into account due to the impossibility of predicting them. Banks award miles when rounding down the amount of purchases. For example, after spending 30 rubles on a card. The bank will not credit miles, but after spending 530 rubles, the bank will credit 8 miles (if each one costs 60 rubles).

With the S7-Tinkoff card you earn miles for purchases. Exchange them for flights on S7 Airlines and the oneworld alliance or upgrade your service level to business class.

Tinkoff S7 Airlines- a joint product of Tinkoff Bank and S7 Airlines. For purchases and expenses, miles are credited to her bonus account, which can be spent on air tickets and other privileges from the airline.

There are two types of Tinkoff S7 debit cards:

  • World;
  • Black Edition.

There are similar loan products with a credit limit of up to 1.5 million rubles. and a 55-day interest-free period.

How the card works

For each payment made for a purchase under a co-branding agreement, the client accumulates a certain number of mileage bonuses. Bonuses also come from flights on S7 Airlines and the oneworld alliance. To incentivize the client for registering in the program, welcome miles are also added to the card.

Having accumulated enough bonuses, a program participant can spend them at his own discretion, not forgetting to periodically use the airline’s services (after all, travelers are encouraged). Miles give you the right to exchange a ticket purchased at a low fare for an upgraded class on the plane, as well as take advantage of priority in choosing more comfortable seats in the cabin.

Tinkoff Bank produces both credit and debit co-branded plastic cards of several categories. Each of them has its own rules for servicing and accumulating bonuses.

Owners of S7 Tinkoff cards also have access to:

  • twice a year closed sale of S7 Airlines tickets;
  • upgraded service status with access to business lounges;
  • favorable exchange rate for currency conversions;
  • commission-free withdrawal of funds from ATMs around the world;
  • with a quarterly turnover of 800 thousand - a free upgrade to business service status.

Miles accrual

A distinctive feature of the S7 card from Tinkoff is that you receive miles for making non-cash payments using it.

Namely, for every 60 rubles spent, there are:

  • 3 miles when shopping on the website s7.ru;
  • 1.25-1.5 for any card fees if you have a daily account balance of 150 thousand or more;
  • up to 18 for purchases on special offers and promotions from bank partners.

The procedure for accruing miles on a S7 Tinkoff World debit card

When using an S7 Tinkoff Black Edition card, for every 60 rubles you will receive:

  • 4 miles when spending on s7.ru;
  • 1.5-2 for other payments with a minimum balance per day of 300 thousand;
  • up to 18 for payments by special offers from partners.

Receiving miles as cashback on the S7 Airlines Tinkoff Black Edition card

Miles do not count for:

  • intercard transfers;
  • transactions carried out through mobile/internet banking;
  • payment for mobile/Internet/TV communications;
  • replenishment of electronic wallets;
  • other operations as decided by the bank.

If abuse of the program is suspected, accruals may be removed.

Credit card

The bank issues 2 types of joint credit cards: regular World Mastercard and Black Edition, which provide contactless payment. Cash plastics are issued free of charge and in as soon as possible are delivered to the client. Each credit card has a grace period of 55 days, for which no interest is charged. For every 60 rubles spent, a specific number is accumulated bonus miles(more details in the table below).

Additional Information. Welcome miles are credited immediately after paying for a major purchase with a bank card during the 1st quarter from the moment you receive the plastic card. At the same time, miles are also credited to the S7 Priority card.

Debit card

A debit card, unlike a credit card, is a storage facility for the client’s personal funds, which he has entrusted to the bank. The owner of the funds disposes of them at his own discretion: makes purchases, withdraws cash, pays for services, bills and makes transfers.

A co-branded debit card generates profit, i.e. premium bonuses in the form of accumulated miles. You can spend them in the same way as in the case of a credit card (and be sure to fly sometimes).

Tinkoff issues the same categories of debit cards as in the credit version: a simple co-branded World Mastercard and Black Edition. All conditions relating to credit cards (from the table above) also apply to debit cards, with the exception of a few points:

  • There are no welcome miles available here;
  • for servicing debit co-branding using a simple card they charge 190 rubles/month; but if the card has a stable balance of 150 thousand rubles, then the service is free for the client;
  • With the Black card, monthly service is charged in the amount of 999 rubles.

Joint Tinkoff s7 debit cards give bank clients the following privileges:

Refused from Tinkoff? Card 100 days without interest from Alfa-Bank -

  • currency conversion at the most favorable rates;
  • making transfers and payments without charging a commission;
  • Cash withdrawals from ATMs (even abroad) are free.

Owners of “black” co-branding receive an insurance policy, concierge services, free entry to the lounges of world hubs, emergency service, and a personal manager for their trip at the bank’s expense.

A Tinkoff client can simultaneously issue s7 tinkoff cards in 2 versions: using his own funds and a loan, using them to replenish his total mileage account.

Since debit plastic is the holder’s personal funds, it must be constantly replenished. You can do this in several ways:

  • transfer from a branch of another bank;
  • via internet banking or using mobile application transfer funds from another card;
  • using the services of Tinkoff Bank partners (MTS, Euroset, Beeline, etc.).

But replenishing your own bank card is not always free. If the monthly contribution exceeds 300 thousand rubles, the client is charged a commission of 2% on the excess amount (but not less than 90 rubles).

The client can also transfer from the s7 tinkoff card cash to cards of other banks using Internet banking. But this can be done for free if you maintain a monthly limit of no more than 20 thousand rubles. according to World and no more than 50 thousand rubles. by Black Edition. Otherwise they will charge 1.5% on the excess.

AIRLINE S7:(formerly “Siberia”) – the fourth largest in Russia; 8 million people used its services in 2014. The company's base airports are Novosibirsk Tolmachevo and Moscow Domodedovo. From here there are routes to 83 destinations, including Russian regions and 26 foreign countries. Now the company has 58 aircraft, the oldest of which is the 20-year-old Boeing 767-300, and the youngest Boeing 737-800 is not even a year old.

Since 2010, S7 Airlines has been one of 16 member companies of the OneWorld alliance, which also includes British Airways, Air Berlin, Qatar Airways and American Airlines. Passengers of these air carriers have access to the S7 Priority bonus program, which allows them to earn and spend miles.

REGISTRATION IN THE S7 PRIORITY PROGRAM AND TYPES OF MILES

There are three ways to register for the S7 Priority program:

  • By filling out a special form on the official website of S7 Airlines.
  • By obtaining a bank card from a partner bank. Currently there are three such partner banks: Alfa-Bank, UniCredit Bank and Bank of Moscow.
  • By calling the S7 Priority Service Center 8-800-100-77-11 (calls within Russia are free).

After registering for the S7 Priority program, you can start accumulating miles. There are two types of accumulated miles - bonus and status.

Status miles allow you to upgrade your membership status in the S7 Priority program to elite. The higher the class, the more miles you will be awarded for your flight. You can accumulate status miles in only one way: - making regular flights on S7 airlines and airlines that are members of the OneWorld alliance.

In total, S7 Priority provides three elite statuses:

  • Silver – increases the number of miles awarded for flights by 25%.
  • Gold – increases the number of miles awarded for flights by 50%.
  • Platinum – increases the number of miles awarded for flights by 100%.

To achieve one of the elite statuses, you must accumulate a certain number of status miles in 1 year: 20,000 to achieve silver status, 50,000 to achieve gold, 75,000 to achieve platinum.
All elite statuses have a limited duration. Each of them is valid for one year following the year of the flight after which this status was assigned. However, if a bonus program participant is under 12 years old, his miles do not expire.

Bonus miles are accumulated for flights on airlines participating in the OneWorld alliance and purchases from program partners. This type of miles can be exchanged for an air ticket, an upgrade to a class of service, or for goods and services provided by partner companies.
Unlike status miles, bonus miles accumulated as a result of making purchases from program partners do not expire a year after they were accrued. But you can spend them on purchasing an air ticket only if during the current calendar year you have made at least one flight on S7 airlines.

HOW TO ACCUMULATE S7 PRIORITY MILES

Upon registration in the S7 Priority loyalty program, each new participant is assigned 500 welcome miles. You can increase their number in several ways.

Method No. 1. Flights on regular flights of S7 and partner airlines. The number of miles accrued depends on the flight distance, fare and class of service:

  • Promotional rate: 0.25 bonus miles per 1 real mile.
  • Economy class: half bonus mile for every real mile.
  • Standard: 1 bonus mile per 1 real mile.
  • Business class: 2 bonus miles per mile flown.

When purchasing an air ticket or when checking in for a flight, do not forget to indicate your participation number in the S7 Priority program. This is important because otherwise you may end up without miles.

If for some reason you did not indicate your S7 Priority membership number, bonus miles can be restored within 90 days after the flight. To do this, you need to provide S7 to the service center e-tickets and originals boarding passes or send documents through your personal account on the airline’s website.
By the way, in the same way you can return bonuses for flights that were carried out within six months before registration in the S7 Priority loyalty program.

Method No. 2. Registration of a plastic card in one of three partner banks - Alfa-Bank, UniCredit Bank or Bank of Moscow.

Alfa-Bank accrues from 1 to 1.75 miles (depending on the type of bank card) for every 60 rubles spent on the card and from 5600 to 1000 welcome miles UniCredit Bank estimates 60 rubles per 1 - 1.5 miles, but accrues from 2 000 to 6,000 welcome miles. But the Bank of Moscow awards miles for every 40 rubles (from 1 to 1.75) and from 1,000 to 3,000 welcome miles when issuing a card.

Miles are credited to your account automatically once at the end of each reporting month; you do not need to indicate your S7 Priority membership number each time when making a card payment.

Method No. 3. Accommodation in partner hotels, including:

  • Radisson Blu.
  • Park Inn.
  • AZIMUT Hotels
  • “Grand Hotel Polyana”, etc.

Most of these hotels award 500 miles per 1 night stay. When booking a hotel, as well as when checking in, do not forget to mention your participation number in the S7 Priority program for timely and accurate miles accrual.

Method No. 4. Points are also awarded for purchases in grocery supermarkets of the Perekrestok chain (1 mile for every 10 Perekrestok Club points), as well as Globus Gourmet grocery stores (1 mile for every 30 rubles spent).
It is also possible to receive miles through special promotions, which often appear on the airline’s website. For example, crediting 1,500 miles when purchasing YotaPhone 2.

Method No. 5. Rent a Car. S7 Priority partners also include car rental companies Avis and Sixt and Komandir.taxi. By using their services, you can replenish your collection of bonus miles.

And finally, the most time-consuming way to receive S7 miles is Method number 6, - writing reviews on TripAdvisor.

All of the above and additional options for receiving miles in the S7 Priority program can be found directly on the airline’s website.

HOW AND WHAT TO SPEND S7 PRIORITY MILES ON

The most low price award ticket S7 has 15,000 bonus miles. These are flights within Russia in economy class in both directions or to Europe in one direction.

However, there is one important point: taxes and airport taxes are always paid with “real” money, so such cheapness can be deceptive. What are the best ways to spend your miles?

Purchasing an airline ticketS7.
The “cost” of an S7 airline ticket in miles can be found on the airline’s website, but we provide this information (valid as of October 21, 2015) for reference:

According to data from the S7 airline website

Unlike Aeroflot miles, the S7 Priority program is beneficial when purchasing air tickets to many European destinations.
In both programs, a comparable number of miles will be written off for such a purchase, but the fees in real money in the S7 mile program are significantly lower. For example, fees for a flight to Alicante (Spain) and back will be only 1,000 rubles.

Upgrade your service class
When flying on regular flights with S7 Airlines, you can exchange an economy ticket for a seat in business class for 3,750 miles. However, such an upgrade is impossible if the air ticket itself was also purchased with bonus miles.

Fly long distances in business class.
If you have accumulated a large number of miles, it is profitable to use them for a business class ticket to remote points of the country and the world. For example, in the following areas:

  • Moscow-Khabarovsk-Moscow. The monetary value of such a ticket is 115,540 rubles. When paying under the bonus program, you will need 70,000 miles and an additional payment of RUR 6,000. in the form of a dachshund. The savings will be 109,540 rubles.
  • Moscow-Baku-Moscow. The monetary value of such a ticket is 60,000 rubles. However, 40,000 miles will be deducted from the bonus program participant’s card, and you will have to pay additional fees of only 3,500 rubles. Saving 56,500 rubles.

Fly on other OneWorld member flights.
You can use S7 miles to pay for a ticket on one of 150 flights operated by 15 member airlines of the OneWorld alliance. So, for example, a one-way domestic flight within Europe* can be completed for 7,500 miles, and a one-way flight from Russia to Europe costs 12,500 miles.
* Under domestic flight V in this case S7 understands flights within one country, as well as flights between China and Hong Kong and flights between the USA and Canada (excluding Hawaii).

Donate miles to charity.
Among S7 Priority’s partners is the Tomsk Ordinary Miracle Foundation. He provides assistance to families with a seriously ill child. The accumulated miles can be transferred to a fund - they will be used to purchase air tickets for children who need to fly to another city or country for treatment. To transfer miles to those in need, you can use personal account on the airline website or call the service center by phone hotline 8-800-100-77-11.
