Of the minuses (many of which were previously voiced in the corresponding brochures that were in the room - but unfortunately the hotel has not changed this. It’s sad that the wishes of vacationers are not taken into account): 1) in standard room Very It’s dark, even during the day (by the way, a similar comment was found in other reviews), it’s a pity that the hotel has not yet added additional lighting to these rooms. 2) in hotel buildings (standard) there is very, very high audibility. You can even hear how early in the morning the maid knocks on the room on the other side of the corridor and her verbatim communication with the vacationers. You can also hear a group of corporate vacationers returning after a banquet at two o'clock in the morning, and one of the neighbors turned on the music. As a result, getting a good night's sleep is not such a trivial task (you can hear your neighbors until two o'clock in the morning, and early in the morning the maids arrive). The solution would be to install good soundproofing in the rooms. Or some kind of announcement from the administration that from so-and-so to so-and-so in these rooms it is forbidden to make noise. On another day of rest, at 9 am there was such a noise on the street, similar to a passing motorcycle or electric saw, that even with the windows closed, the sound raised the entire hotel. It is surprising that such noise is acceptable early in the morning in a hotel that positions itself as Quiet and Away from the Bustle. 3) there is an extremely poor choice of yogurt at breakfast. Literally 1-3 glasses no matter what time you arrive. Moreover, there is no variety of yogurt - either the classic one from one well-known company (we don’t like the taste of the classic yogurt from this company. But we like the fruit ones from this company - but for some reason they are not presented in the hotel) or 2 types of fruit ones from some little-known cheap company, which does not contain pieces of fruit, but smells of flavorings. Considering that the hotel is located near Moscow (and, by the way, has Moscow prices for its rooms and food), it is extremely strange that it cannot purchase a larger variety of higher quality yoghurts in the capital (instead of a meager selection of the cheapest yoghurt). To be fair, it should be noted that a long time ago in this hotel there was an improvement in the situation with yoghurts - which we were very happy about and, in particular, that’s why we decided to return to the hotel (since it means we have something to eat for breakfast). But unfortunately this was very temporary, and now there is again a shortage of high-quality and varied yogurts. 4) delicious baked goods have disappeared (delicious cheesecakes with raspberries, peaches, etc.). We took croissants for breakfast (in the absence of quality yoghurts) and felt really sad about their quality. So tough and the dough is so heavy. An appeal to the hotel staff who are monitoring this - try a croissant in any cafe in Moscow - there it is fluffy. This is what you need to strive for. 5) for lunch, cream is poured over all the baked goods(. It is very beautifully decorated, but there is no need to talk about the benefits of such an abundance of cream (And it is not even tasty. Apparently they are trying to make it somehow tastier with cream. What was surprising is that it looks like a cake, but if you look closely, it is a piece of white bread, decorated with cream. Sliced ​​cupcakes are also topped with cream. So, is it baked goods (or store-bought items topped with cream)? Still, the hotel style is Russian huts. And it would be logical to offer Russian pastries - pies with cabbage, potatoes, etc. It’s a pity that this is not the case. 6) When the weather is cool, the water in the indoor pool is also very cool - for some reason they don’t make it at least a little warmer when it’s cool outside. Although there is an inscription written in chalk on the blackboard every day that it is 28 degrees. But this doesn't seem to be true. One of the wellness center employees behaves very rudely. Does not take into account the wishes of the majority of guests, but instead takes into account the wishes of only one guest (it is not clear on what basis). In general, the attitude of the staff towards the wishes of hotel guests was disappointing. One day we arrived, and the same administrator said that we couldn’t go to the pool without a prior registration. Although we were there the day before and the other administrator didn’t say anything about it. Another point - the same rude administrator said that they work until 20-30. Although at the entrance there is a table with opening hours, where they are indicated as until 20-45. This seems like a small thing, but when there are a lot of such little things, it affects the impression of the hotel. 7) there is not always a place to sit in the dining room. During our holidays, a group came (who apparently did not live at the hotel). Then, in general, there was such a noise in the dining room, like the invasion of Mamai, and there was nowhere to sit, so much so that people asked to sit with strangers. In our opinion, it would be better if this group was fed after the holidaymakers' meal time had passed, in order to avoid noise and crowds. There are also about 5 employees standing in the dining room - two ask for numbers at the entrance, and three ask for an unknown purpose.
