We were in Paris with 2 adults and a child at the end of March from Pac Group (the welcoming party of AMITOURS). Saturated excursion program was already included in our tour. We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel we had chosen. We liked everything about it. How much have I traveled different countries, this is the first time I have encountered such an organization of excursions, it is simply disgusting, the guides are not collected, not organized.. Near Versailles, they could not hand out tickets to us for half an hour, divide us into 3 groups to start the excursion - it was some kind of horror. Then we had to run away to see everything, because the organization took up our time! They told everyone to come to the Louvre at 16.45, and not at 17.00, as indicated in the program, in order to have time to mark us and go on a tour. And what do you think, this guide herself came at 17.05, everyone’s indignation knew no bounds! How so! She told us all to come early, but she herself was late! On a walking tour of Montmartre, we got completely lost because we were told to dial drinking water whoever needed it and left without waiting for everyone, and there were a lot of side streets and didn’t find where they turned. The saddest thing was on the day of departure, when the transfer to the airport, paid in advance, did not pick us up at 6 o’clock. Tour Italy-France (14.07.2018 - 21.07.2018)

The program is unfinished!!! Please pay attention to such shortcomings as:

1) There is a line in the program - Paid additionally (on the spot). But no one said that you can’t buy tickets separately from the excursion. Let me clarify! I decided even before the trip that I didn’t need additional excursions, that I could calmly walk around the same “Versailles Palace” myself. But the tour operator “Pac Group” had already decided for me that I needed additional excursions. Therefore, on a “voluntary basis” I was forced to pay for both the excursion and tickets.

I believe that it is necessary to indicate in the program that tickets cannot be purchased separately from the excursion!

2) Breakfasts. I will never forget breakfasts in hotels. It's just a shame! I will list: bread, croissants, boiled eggs, butter, jam, tea, coffee, milk and cereal. I looked at the reviews: people write that they were full of it. I think I was robbed. The most offensive thing was that a separate buffet was set for the Europeans, which included cheeses, bacon, sausages and sausages. I observed the following picture: Russians go to a European table to take a small, pathetic sausage, and they are stopped by a hotel employee who says that they cannot take from this table. Although the Europeans easily approached ours and took what they wanted and no one stopped them.

3) It is worth paying attention to the fact that when arriving in a new unfamiliar city, it's easy to get lost. We expected that they would provide us with maps, but they only gave us maps for cities such as Bologna and Venice. This is a big minus!

4) The guide Irina Khilyuk is rude, harsh, incompetent, her speech is very poor. Instead of spending an hour at the Palace of Versailles, she offered to go to Fontainebleau, but set the condition that half the passengers agree. I had to go. Irina Khilyuk charged 15 € from each person. And that's not all. She repeatedly did not mention some of the passengers' names. Although she keeps everything accountable. A little about rudeness: I noticed such an episode in Milan (day 2: Turin-Milan). A 50-year-old woman went on an excursion and wanted to use the toilet, so she decided to ask Irina Khilyuk where the nearest ladies’ room was, to which I.Kh. She answered rudely: “You have to be patient, but there are no toilets in Milan.” What about the toilets on buses? Why does the tour operator Pac Group not count on such situations?

But in the relatively short time of the excursion, she skillfully distributed the information so that there was enough time and understanding of the city for everything. Unfortunately, our second Russian-speaking group was unlucky: the tour guide was not very skillful, and they spent more time stuck in traffic jams than driving around the city. The holiday on the ship was also eventful: three swimming pools with sea ​​water, one of which is indoors, several Jacuzzis, however, they are small and almost constantly “occupied”, so it’s not easy to get into them. The one we were really unlucky with was those accompanying the Russian-speaking group. There were two of them from Odessa, both with the last name Gural. There is practically nothing to say about the younger Gural; he performed purely technical functions, and therefore was colorless and invisible. But the elder Gural Gennady Semenovich was a remarkable personality. It could be assumed that his official duties were to be the group’s curator, resolve emerging issues, provide the necessary information in a timely manner, and, moreover, do it kindly and politely.

But he behaved like a shepherd with a foolish flock. He either didn’t answer questions or did it through gritted teeth and clearly reluctantly, sending them first to the reception or to the information sheet. He talked on the verge of rudeness, and if he was in a good mood, he made strange jokes, also on the verge, but of vulgarity. The service staff advised us to “grab you by the breasts.” He managed to quarrel with almost everyone who dared to approach him with any question. The funny climax was that on the last day of the cruise he rushed to the girls at the reception to complain about the group (to which, by the way, he did not say goodbye, just as he had not said hello before). In a word, his manners, behavior and work were so unprofessional that I had to wonder what he was doing in the tourism business, and even in the cruise business.

Would you recommend this cruise? Of course you can, it will give you a lot of different impressions and will be a good memory for a long time. But it would be nice to have an idea of ​​what kind of person will be the curator of the group on the cruise and to remember the language that was taught at school. The rest will be fine.

In principle, I was happy until it was the turn of the Naples Pompeii excursion. This excursion brought me to tears. When all your life you want to go somewhere, you collect money, pay such an amount that you can fly to America, but in the end there is nothing. No emotions, no feeling that you were there, not a single normal photograph for memory. But the fact is that the guides take you at a gallop across Europe. Everything is fast, they don’t let you breathe calmly, look at the third one, take a photo. Terrible. A visit to Naples is written. Yes, to be honest, it’s a shame to say that I was in Naples, because the entire excursion consisted of a 30-minute walk through the streets and 40 minutes of free time. Horror! no words! It’s good that I didn’t take all the extra excursions and I had time to freely walk around and look around, but this tour is similar to a chariot competition! Horror! I don’t recommend taking a sightseeing tram! Better go yourself, book a hotel, and travel! So much better! I am disappointed with the Pak Group company. Horror

We went with Pak to the south of Italy. In principle, we went to Italy not for the first time, either with this company or with others, the host party was always “Gartur”, there were no special complaints about the organization. "Pak", of course, is always somewhat less organized than other companies, but tolerable. This time, as it turned out, the host company was divided into two, Gartur and Two Travel, and we got the second, apparently super-budget, but also extremely low-quality option. To begin with, a guide with a sign “Danko” met us at the airport, which is already non-trivial. There was no transfer of information between the greeting assistants at all: we waited on the bus for almost an hour for a woman who, as it turned out later, arrived in the morning and was already at the hotel, and it turns out that others going to the hotel were also waiting for a long time for us in the morning, despite the fact that we arrived in the evening. Hotels in Rimini along the route are horror, horror, horror! It is not clear why they are given stars at all. The prices for additional excursions, of course, are very high, but that was not what annoyed us - what annoyed us was the outright extortion of the assistant who accompanied us to Rome, who demanded 1 euro each from all tourists on the bus for the so-called “service”. This means that instead of a tip, please pay for all days of your stay, and it doesn’t matter that tourists may not use escort and transfer services at all - pay and that’s it! At the same time, I collected money on the bus on the way to Rome, in parallel with the money for booked excursions. But we are not suckers, we didn’t book excursions from him (we booked them later, from other guides along the route), so we didn’t pay the “service fee”. The guide Natalya, to whom we were assigned, as a result of which they bore the loud name “Natalya’s group,” appeared a day later, and did not want to resolve the issues that arose in any way: she promised to call back - she did not call back, etc. A day later she said goodbye to us in Rome, which surprised us beyond words, and we went further along the route.

I must say that we have never encountered a situation where a group is constantly attached to someone else before. We really liked the tour to Tuscany, previously carried out together with another company with a small number of people in the group, precisely because there was one guide accompanying us along the route all the time. PAC, in an effort to get as much benefit as possible, tried all the time to stick our small group of 7 people onto buses traveling with other excursions. There was a feeling group tour, and traveling on transfer buses: every day we were transferred to other buses, without having time to remember the name of one guide, we had to get to know another. But we must pay tribute, among the guides there were really very good people: Daniel in Sorrento and Irina in Bari, many thanks to them! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the most expensive excursion along the route - to Capri, because the guide didn’t tell us anything, she just moved slowly along the route, admiring the fruit in the shops and the flowers in the flower beds. What we paid the money for remains a mystery to us.

In general, we got what we wanted, because we love Italy, we know the history of what to see - we will always find it, and we don’t expect that we will be taken close by bus to every attraction - with our legs, with our legs.

But PAK’s service has become much worse; let’s just keep quiet about TUO Travel. By the way, hotel owners told tourists from our group that the company does not pay them extra, so they are forced to save on our groups and, for example, in Sorrento, charge for a split.

We love Italy very much, but we will definitely not contact PAK again.

Take 3* hotels in the center of Rome. It’s convenient to walk, no one bothers you, thieves are on the outskirts. One tourist wrote a bad review about her, so Marina Sh did not hesitate to read it to the whole bus on speakerphone.
