Organized trips. Rules for organized transportation of a group of children by bus. Situations in which a health professional is required

We decided to go on a trip and do not know where to start? Contact the travel agency, the staff will be happy to help you choose a route, assist in applying for a visa, etc., but they will charge you a fee (though no one will tell you about this). Wow, they need to earn a living! Do not want to overpay? Then organize your own exciting trip to your taste and based on their financial capabilities. Of course, for the first time it will be difficult to do, and you must admit that it’s a little scary (and suddenly something goes wrong!) But as they say, who does not take risks, he does not drink champagne. And it’s not always what the tour operator offers will be interesting to you. And on my own organized trip gives you complete freedom of action, does not limit you to the framework of a particular cultural program and, which is also important, allows you to save money. But so that your trip does not become your headache and a big disappointment, prepare for it in advance and very carefully, observing all the formalities associated with choosing a destination, crossing the border (if this is supposed), acquiring travel documents, etc. Where to start organizing your own trip? First of all, from reading this article.: F:

  • free time to study and search for information about the direction you are interested in;
  • internet access;
  • time to read this article;
  • desire to travel and discover new countries;
  • passport (if border crossing is supposed);
  • bank card (with money on it, of course);
  • The first thing to do when organizing a trip is to determine the direction. You must decide what you want from your trip. Soak up the beach on the gentle sand and under the bright sun? Or see the sights of a particular country: museums, castles, etc. ? And can combine both that, and another? But first, remember that you should not go on your first journey to conquer the jungle or wilds of the Amazon. There and easy to get lost inexperienced tourist. Maybe for the first time to satisfy the thirst for wanderings with a trip to the good old Europe? Well, or Turkey, for example (here, and with a visa, the issue is resolved one-two-three). In general, you decide. As they say, any whim for your money.
  • The next step will be to resolve financial issues. To get started, get a bank card with a certain amount of money on it. After all, without it, you can neither buy a ticket, nor reserve a hotel, or rent a car ... And you shouldn’t carry a large amount of cash with you during the trip, the whole civilized world has long been paying with cards (and we only store money in glass banks). It is best to get a Visa or Mastercard. When traveling to Europe, it is better to choose Mastercard and open it in euros. In all other cases, Visa, which is a dollar one, is suitable.
  • Before you go to your chosen country, study the necessary information about it that will allow you to create an initial opinion about it and possibly affect your decision. Read the reviews of real people who have been there and can provide reliable information. Pay attention to religious and cultural traditions, customs regulations. It will not be superfluous to study the rules for obtaining a visa. For example, maybe you will refuse to travel to Mexico if you find out that upon receipt of an entry visa to this country you will be asked to leave your fingerprints, and select United United Arab Emirates, where the air temperature in the coldest December and January is +28 during the day, and +18 at night, and with a visa it is easier.
  • If the choice of country is made, I advise you to move on to budgeting your trip. First, you must clearly determine how much you are willing to spend on your trip. Ask how much a visa will cost (if necessary), tickets, hotel accommodation, insurance, and more. Do not forget to leave money for small expenses and gifts for loved ones, and also set aside a certain amount for expenses that may unexpectedly arise before traveling (for example, buying a new luggage bag or extra charging for batteries).
  • Armed with information about your destination, you can start buying tickets. To do this, you first need to decide what type of transport you will use. Remember that travel by land (train, bus, car) will cost you much cheaper than by plane. But traveling by plane is faster and more convenient. And of course, there are countries where land transport simply cannot be reached. Therefore, take care of the purchase of travel documents in advance, especially if you decide to use air transport, so you can buy tickets cheaper and save money. To purchase tickets, you just need to have Internet access and an open bank account. And if you do not trust the World Wide Web, contact the cashier, where they will help you choose the most suitable option.
  • The next step is to provide yourself with a roof over your head, i.e. to reserve a hotel room. To begin, determine its type and location. Remember that if your hotel is located in the center or, for example, near the beach, then its cost will be quite high. You can, of course, choose a hotel more remote, but in this case there are transport costs, and most importantly, you spend extra time on the road, which is already worth its weight in travel. The hotel can be booked online or already upon arrival (sometimes it’s cheaper), you just need to know where it is located. But this option has its pitfalls - if there are no places in the hotel you have chosen, you risk staying overnight on the street.
  • For a trip abroad, it’s not superfluous to take out medical insurance. In most cases, this will be a prerequisite for obtaining an entry visa to your chosen country. With this document you will feel much more confident.
  • Getting a visa will be the final step in preparing for the trip. Of course, if your destination country is Turkey or Egypt, do nothing in advance need visa You will receive upon arrival at the airport, paying a certain amount for it. But if you are planning to visit Europe, then you just can not do without the formalities associated with applying for a visa. Therefore, find out in advance how and where it can be issued, how much time it will take away from you and other details in order to have time to do this at the beginning of the trip.
  • If your visa is issued and you are completely ready to travel, it will not be superfluous to study good guide on the route you are interested in. Check out the reviews and tips from experienced tourists who will recommend which places to visit, check out the opening hours of museums, traffic, etc. and based on the information collected, make an indicative plan for your trip. It will not be superfluous to purchase a map of the city you are interested in, or an alternative to it may be the purchase of a GPS navigator.
  • Let's say that you have already prepared for the trip, your bags are packed and you are ready to hit the road for new emotions and impressions. But do not forget to check everything carefully before the trip. First of all, be sure to bring along all the necessary documents (passport, travel documents, hotel voucher, insurance policy, bank card, etc.). Read carefully the information on your ticket again (date and time of departure, last name, first name, etc.). Check your luggage carefully and carry-on baggage for prohibited items (I have written a separate article on this subject, if anyone is interested). And it is better to leave in advance, so that for some reason, then, do not lag behind your transport. And most importantly, do not forget to bring with you a good mood the idea that everything will work out so that your tourist trip will bring you only positive emotions.

It’s no secret that every day everyone is tightening and tightening the rules for transporting children’s groups. And this is true, because the most important thing for any parent is the safety of his child.

If you have gathered a group in which there are more than 8 children without legal representatives, then you need to be guided by the rules of organized transportation of a group of children.

But for those who are faced with the first time that they need to order a bus for schoolchildren, many questions arise:

  • What are the rules for child transportation?
  • Where can I find good transport that meets the requirements of the government regulation on child transport?
  • What documents must be presented to the school administration in order to be allowed to travel?
  • How to notify the traffic police that the trip will take place?

Let's try to figure it out together!

The rules for children's transportation are regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1177, which includes transport requirements.

Not all transport companies have buses in their fleet equipped with everything necessary for children's transportation, namely:

  • Tachograph, as well as satellite navigation equipment GLONASS or GLONASS / GPS.
  • identification signs "Children"
  • familiar with the permissible speed of 60 km / h
  • yellow or orange flashing light
  • seat belts
  • two first-aid kits (car)
  • two wheel chocks
  • two easily removable fire extinguishers

Travel agency "On the seven hills" for 18 years in the tourism market. During this time, we were able to conclude agreements with one of the leading transport companies that have buses in their parks equipped with everything necessary for school trips.

If the tour is held in school timethen the director’s order should be prepared on the organization of the trip (excursion), safety instruction should be given, written consent of the parents (legal representatives) to participate in the event (consent) should be obtained, in some cases, organized together with the medical worker of the educational institution, examination of students composition for their admission to participate in the event. Often, before signing an order, the school management asks for a bunch of documents from the transport company, such as: driver’s driver’s license, passenger license, GLONASS equipment installation agreement, compulsory liability insurance policy for owners vehicle, the contract of compulsory insurance of civil liability of the carrier for causing harm to life, health, property of passengers, a diagnostic card of the bus, etc., to make sure that the driver and the bus meet all the requirements. However, in reality, they thereby duplicate the work of traffic police. Since 2017, notifications are served using a special service on the website of the traffic police. There, the data of the carrier, driver and bus are indicated in a convenient form. The notification is considered, corresponding to the start of the trip, by the traffic police department, and the applicant receives a response with approval in the mail. In addition, not a single transport company will take a risk, because of one trip that was not carried out according to the rules, a fine of 100 thousand rubles is payable.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORGANIZED CARRIAGE OF CHILDREN'S GROUPS ALWAYS LIES ON THE CARRIER!

Besides notifications, in which the identification number assigned to him must be indicated, with you during the trip in printed form should be:

  • Traffic schedule;
  • Charter agreement concluded by the customer and the transport company in writing;
  • A list of appointed escorts (indicating the name, surname, middle name of each escort, his phone number);
  • A list of children (indicating the surname, name, patronymic, age and phone number of the legal representative of each child);
  • , containing the procedure for boarding children on a bus;
  • Seating plan;
  • Schedule, which includes the estimated time of transportation indicating the places and time of stops for rest and meals, and a route diagram.

In the case of children on the route according to the timetable for more than 3 hours

  • List of a set of food products (dry rations, bottled water) according to assortmentestablished by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being or its territorial administration

When organized transportation of a group of children in intercity traffic by an organized transport convoy for more than 12 hours

  • A document containing information about the medical worker (last name, first name, patronymic, position), a copy of the license to carry out medical activities, or a copy of the contract with the medical organization or individual entrepreneur with the appropriate license.

In the case of the organized transportation of groups of children by transport convoys, which include more than 3 buses, it will be accompanied by a car of the state traffic inspectorate. And if the number of buses is more than 10, the traffic police is obliged to provide a second car that closes the convoy.

  • The decision on the appointment of escorting buses by car(by cars) units of the State Road Safety Inspectorate of the territorial authority of the Ministry of the Interior Russian Federation or notice of a negative decision on the results of consideration of an application for such support.

A few more rules for organizing children's transportation that you need to know:

  • Throughout the route, children should occupy only the places reserved for them during the initial boarding of the bus (according to the seating plan);
  • According to paragraph 3 of the rules approved by RF Government Decree 1177, a bus is used to carry out the organized transportation of a group of children, from the year of manufacture of which no more than 10 years have passed, which meets the purpose and design of the technical requirements for the carriage of passengers, is allowed to participate in the established procedure traffic. It is worth noting that the REQUIREMENTS of PARAGRAPH 3 OF THE RULES APPROVED BY THE RESOLUTIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 1177, IN PART REGARDING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE YEAR OF THE ISSUE OF THE BUS, DO NOT APPLY Until JUNE 30, 2020;
  • Children are transported by bus during daylight hours. It is forbidden to transport children's groups at night without special permission. At night (from 23 hours to 6 hours) organized transportation of a group of children to train stations, to airports and from them, completion of organized transportation of a group of children (delivery to the final destination, determined by the traffic schedule, or to the place of an overnight stay) in case of an unplanned deviation from the traffic schedule (with a delay on the way), as well as organized transportation of a group of children, carried out on the basis of legal acts of the highest executive bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Moreover, after 23 hours, the distance of carriage should not exceed 100 kilometers.

The text of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1177 dated December 17, 2013 “On the approval of the Rules for the organized transportation of a group of children by buses” (as amended on 08.08.2018 N 925)

Summer is a time of pilgrimage trips, which include vacation, weather, and a desire to strengthen your spirit before the start of a new working year. Many companies, both church and secular, today offer trips to the shrines of Russia and abroad. Which one to choose? Or take a chance and go to some monastery on your own? Our correspondent shares some secrets on organizing such trips.

The organizer himself

If you decide to visit some famous monastery - Optina Deserts, Trinity-Sergius Lavra, Seraphim-Diveevsky Monastery - you can completely do without the help of pilgrimage services and arrange a trip yourself. In our century, when every more or less famous monastery or temple has its own website on the Internet, this is very simple. You need to go to the monastery’s website in advance and find the “Pilgrim” page there. It usually contains information about hotels, the procedure for their reservation, as well as features of the charter of the monastery regarding pilgrims and visitors, the amount of donation for trebov. Here on the site you can get acquainted with the history of the monastery, its shrines.

By dialing the pilgrimage service phone, you can not only book a room at the right amount days, but also ask: how to feed in the monastery - is there a refectory for pilgrims, cafes, how do they work? In some monasteries, pilgrims have a meal absolutely free of charge, but it is assumed that if you come for a few days, you will definitely take part in obedience with the blessing of the rector or the dean. There are monasteries where you can eat for a donation, the amount of which is determined by your material capabilities (do not forget, of course, about the voice of conscience). In some monasteries (especially large ones), the cost of a meal is clearly defined (as a rule, you are not expected from here that you will remain to wash the dishes, but it will be useful to offer your help).

If the monastery has adopted any special restrictions for pilgrims (time of hotel accommodation, stay at the monastery), they are usually indicated on the website or will become known to you from an oral conversation with the pilgrimage service staff. This does not apply to the most basic requirements: a decent and chaste look, a ban on smoking and alcohol, and respect for residents and workers. It is assumed that a person traveling to holy places should be aware of this a priori and strictly observe. For a long stay in the monastery, blessing is requested from the abbot.

Arriving at the monastery, it is appropriate to recall the good old proverb: "They don’t go to someone else’s monastery with their charter." It is unacceptable to criticize the monastery meal, the requirements for pilgrims. Photographing monks, as a rule, is possible only with permission. Moreover, it is unacceptable to closely examine the inhabitants of the monastery, ask them questions about how and why they were here, whether they have a strict abbot, how often they are offended, etc.

It is no secret that not all monasteries can afford to maintain pilgrimage hotels at the level of a five-star hotel. In addition, there is also its daily routine and rules of conduct. If you are not ready for this, it is better to look for a secular hotel in the same city. There will be more comfort, but there is no such feeling of involvement in the atmosphere of the monastery.

“+” Freedom is perhaps the main plus of such a trip. Having organized your trip, you can arrive at a convenient day for you (including weekdays). You can leave whenever you want, including earlier or later than scheduled. You can be in the service as much as you want, just walk in silence around the monastery and its environs, it is better to learn the life of the monastery.

“-” If you want to get acquainted with several monasteries at once, find out their history, visit the springs, call in several churches and at the same time do not risk driving your own car, this option is not for you. In addition, in some monasteries there will be difficulties with excursions - often they are ordered for a group.

Parish trip

It is wonderful when you can go on a pilgrimage trip with the abbot and parishioners of your temple. Joint pilgrimage trips not only allow the priest and parishioners to worship the shrine, attend divine services in the famous monastery, but also unite people, expand their horizons, educate and contribute to the church.

Such trips are organized by the abbot or, with his blessing, one of the temple staff. Pre-determined route, list of pilgrims, the cost of the trip. First of all, active helpers of the temple are sent to such trips, because pilgrimage is a kind of encouragement.

If suddenly you had such an honor - to organize a joint trip, you should make a route so as to combine worship of the shrine and acquaintance with the historical, memorable places of our Motherland. It is advisable to plan the services of a guide or arrange with the inhabitants of the monastery about the excursion. In addition, the priest, the organizer, or one of the educated lay people must either before or during the trip tell about the holy places where the group is going. It will not be superfluous to recall the rules of conduct in the monastery, to talk about the Orthodox attitude to shrines. When determining the route, the organizer necessarily takes care of the overnight stay, food, and pilgrim rest. As a rule, pilgrims are charged only the cost of the trip.

“+” The most important and very significant plus is a trip with like-minded people. You are insured against unpleasant acquaintances and surprises, you will not be introduced to super-church superstitions, they will not be offered to make meaningless actions. The cost of such a trip is usually lower than in the company. Although sometimes the announced price may not seem small to you, but keep in mind: in many travel agencies food is not included in the price.

“-” There is no way to be alone, to choose the route and time of stay at the shrine on your own. Be sure that participants are required to obey the priest and the organizer of the trip (in fact, this is a plus for spiritual life, but out of habit it may seem a minus). His piously ardent desire to write a note in this temple, to bathe in this source, to buy an icon at a time when the bus is already open, will have to be left at home. But the most important minus in another is that this is a troublesome task and parishioners gather infrequently, as a rule, once a year, or even less often.

Professional pilgrims

Pilgrimage services at churches, monasteries, and sometimes even under diocesan administration are very common today. The organization of such a service is carried out by individual employees who develop several popular routes, find pilgrims, and calculate the cost of trips. Typically, such services operate on a commercial basis.

Travel around historical placesIn which famous monasteries and temples are located, secular travel agencies also organize. But if you want to get to know exactly the holy places, devoting the maximum amount of time to it, difficulties await you. A secular company will not devote much time to worship, they will tell you about spiritual traditions and shrines in passing (and not always correctly). Most of the time will be spent on the purchase of souvenirs and visits to secular organizations. One of my acquaintance with travel company I went to Jerusalem. As a result, they got acquainted with Israeli agriculture and industrial enterprises for several days and were very happy that they managed to escape for a day on a tour of the holy places. Therefore, it is better to familiarize yourself with the route in advance.

“+” You can go on a pilgrimage at any time. Many pilgrimage services organize trips specifically for weekends and church holidays, which allows you to plan your vacation. You are deprived of organizational worries: pay money and forget about the material side, focusing on the spiritual. In addition, the group will help you in case of unforeseen health situations.

“-” Everyone who is able to pay a certain amount will go on such trips. Today there is a peculiar fashion for "spiritual tourism". People far from the Church travel to monasteries and temples, dimly understanding what they are looking for there. On the one hand, such trips are one of the types of missionary activity. There are many cases when a person went on a trip as a tourist and returned as a pilgrim. But at the same time, such people are often not used to attending divine services, they do not understand what is important and what is secondary in orthodox church, with their conversations and deeds, they can embarrass believing parishioners. In one group people of the most different degrees of churching are united. For some, five or six hours of monastic service is a long-awaited joy, for others - hard labor. The same applies to fasting, talking on the bus, etc. You need to be prepared for this.

In conclusion, I would like to say that any pilgrimage trip - this is labor and spiritual achievement. You should not count on mental and bodily comfort if you go to work in a monastery or even just pray at venerated shrines. And the more you set out to endure, give in and humble yourself on this trip, the more joy, and most importantly, it will bring you spiritual benefits.

Tatyana Solomatina

How to organize a trip yourself?

Greetings to all readers of my blog!

What makes people refuse independent travels, overpay for tour operators, risking losing everything?

Someone basically does not want to engage in preparation, but someone is simply afraid, does not know where to start. This information will be useful for people who want to relax on their own, but do not know how to act. It was for them that I made a detailed plan on how to organize an independent trip.

Step-by-step instruction

Think what you are interested in, ask friends and acquaintances, read reviews. Calculate your budget. Deal with the number of days.

It’s good if the dates are floating, plus or minus a few days. This will subsequently allow you to play on the cost of air tickets. It's no secret that the cost of tickets can vary greatly on neighboring dates.

Carefully read the climatic conditions of the chosen vacation spot, it is possible that during your vacation there is not a season, which can negatively affect your plans. In this case, either change the place, or mentally prepare for inconvenience.

Step 2: making a route

This item is very important, especially for those who plan to visit several places or even countries. Here are the highlights:

  1. We open the map, select the places of interest. We read reviews, maybe somewhere you won’t have time, you shouldn’t go somewhere, but something is expensive.
  2. We draw up the sequence of visits. We paint everything by date.
  3. Internal displacement. If you plan to move in a rented car or taxi, then here, most likely there will be no problems. If by public transport, then you need to find out the schedule and cost in advance.

Tips

  • Find out in advance the work schedule of the places you plan to visit while traveling. Perhaps there will be a day off on the right day. It's a shame not to visit what we planned.
  • If your route includes domestic flights, take into account climatic conditions country.
  • Be patient. Than more difficult route, the more time will be spent on its development.

Step 3: buy tickets

We go to the Aviasales website - https://www.aviasales.ru, for me this is the most optimal service. It is convenient in that you can quickly separate direct flights and flights with transfers, set the required departure time in the search, set up tracking of cheap tickets, see the table with prices for each day of the month.

We enter the data, click "Find Tickets", after a few seconds all options for your dates are displayed. If you have floating dates, be sure to check the cost of tickets for adjacent numbers. It’s possible to save well.

I prefer to buy airline tickets on the websites of the airlines themselves, rather than on the services of intermediaries. Therefore, finding a flight convenient for me, I write down all the data and go to the website of the airline operating this flight. I set the same dates in the search engine, find the tickets and buy them. Many probably disagree with me, but I'm so calmer.

You can try to buy a ticket for a charter flight. Most likely it will be cheaper. However, when planning to buy them, you should understand that you are completely dependent on the tour operator. The risk of delay, replacement, cancellation of a flight is much higher than in the case of regular departure. Read about how to independently buy tickets for charter flights.

Tips

  • Buy round-trip tickets. It will cost less than one way.
  • Buy tickets in advance. More likely to pay inexpensively.
  • If you plan domestic flights, buy them in advance. Read reviews, look for local airlines, their prices are usually lower.
  • Pay attention to baggage allowance. Sometimes cheap fares imply minimal baggage, which costs a pretty penny when checking in for a flight.
  • Always print e-tickets. Once I saw how at the check-in in Thailand, they could not find people in the list of passengers. It was a regular flight. The guys were lucky, they had a laptop with them, they opened the mail, showed the ticket number.

Step 4: book a hotel

Having bought tickets, you can start choosing housing. Someone plans to live in a hotel, someone in a luxury villa, and someone in a simple bungalow. There are a lot of services for booking accommodation. I prefer to use booking.com. But I always check the results on the services of Hotellook, Roomguru, Trivago aggregators. Why do I do this and what is the best way to book accommodation? Read.

At Bucking, everything is very simple. Go to the site, enter the place, date, number of people in the search engine, click "Find." You can enter data in the search engine above.

On the right you will find many accommodation options. In the left field is a search engine, where you can sort by price, services, location, there are many filters. Next, view options, choose, and book. When booking, indicate a valid email, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation. Be sure to print and take with you. In case of problems on site, it may come in handy.

Tips

  • Book your stay in advance, there will be more options.
  • Planning to stay in one place for a long time (more than a week), it might be worth booking for one day, and looking for more affordable accommodation on the spot. Unless of course, this is not the peak of the season, and your trip does not coincide with local holidays.
  • If possible, choose places where you do not have to pay in advance, where you can cancel your reservation. Then if plans change, you will not lose money.
  • Read carefully the conditions of the reservation. Sometimes they are very tough.
  • Pay attention to the policy of accommodation (not with animals, smoking is prohibited, much more).
  • Be sure to read reviews, see the latest information on the forums. So you get more information than can be seen from the description on the service.
  • If you decide to book a hotel directly on its website, do not be too lazy to translate the text into Russian. Otherwise, you may lose money (read), as it was with me in Sri Lanka.

Step 5: Making Visas

To enter many countries, visas are required. It's time to do it.

There are countries where a visa is issued at the border. Check it out on arrival at the airport. There is nothing complicated, after landing, act like everyone else, no problems.

Some countries require an online visa. In this case, go to the embassy's website, read the rules for registration and follow the instructions. If this is difficult for you, there are many intermediary agencies ready to do everything for you for a fee. I used their services when I was. Everything was done quickly and clearly.

Some countries require a visa at the embassy or visa center. It will take time, but also not scary. Study the information on the embassy website, follow the instructions. Sometimes for filing documents is an electronic record.

How to apply for a Schengen visa, read.

Tips

  • Making a visa yourself is easy, no need to overpay for help in providing such a service.
  • Make out in advance, do not leave for later.
  • Check the validity of the passport. One of the common reasons for refusing a visa.
  • Carefully prepare the documents, copies must be of good quality.
  • If you decide to contact the intermediaries, read the reviews about them.
  • If traveling with children, do not forget to make notarized powers of attorney from legal representatives.

Step 6: Making Health Insurance

Somewhere insurance is required even at the time of applying for a visa, somewhere it is not required at all, and somewhere it is asked at the border. And there can be only two options:

  1. You need insurance only to obtain documents.
  2. You need insurance for medical care in another country, you want to protect yourself from unforeseen expenses.

The first option is simple - go to the nearest insurance agency or register online, buy the cheapest option.

The second option is the most correct in my opinion. But you need to seriously approach the choice of an insurance company. The main thing you need to pay attention to is the assistance of the insurance company, that is, its partner abroad, which is designed to provide medical care on the spot. Timely qualified assistance in the event of an insured event depends on this. About this I have a separate blog page. There I compare many insurance companies and talk in detail about what must be taken into account when choosing a policy.

I always buy insurance. I usually use the cherehapa.ru service:

Tips

  • In order to understand what kind of assistance you need (they may be different, depending on the country), read the reviews.
  • Carefully fill in the data when buying insurance. One wrong letter or number, the insured event will not be paid to you.
  • Do not rely on chance. The saved $ 100 can play a critical role in your journey.
  • If you are faced with the choice to buy insurance or not, I recommend to purchase.

Step 7: exploring the transport

If you decide to rent a car, then there are two options. Order in advance or choose on the spot. There is no clear answer. It all depends on the country and seasonality.

If you are traveling in the midst of the season, it is wiser to book a car in advance. So you guarantee its availability. International car rental companies will request payment immediately when booking. This deprives you of the right to change the decision, the prepayment will remain with them. Mandatory international rights and a guarantee for the car.

I have never booked a car from home. I risked being left without a car, but somehow managed. Got international rights recently, how to get hold of the treasured crust, read.

If you do not plan to take a car, it's time to think about how you get to your place of residence and how you are going to move around the country. Here are also a few options:

  1. Transfer order at the hotel. This is usually not the cheapest option. But the simplest one. But with subsequent movement around the country, he certainly will not help.
  2. Take a taxi. Not a budget option, only for short distances. Moving from city to city will not work.
  3. Contact private drivers. This is not always possible at the airport. But to agree on a long-term cooperation with them is quite realistic. When discussing conditions, it is often possible to bring down the price of services.
  4. Head to public transport. Inconvenient with baggage, there is not always a direct message, arrival may not coincide with the schedule. But this is the cheapest option.

If you choose to travel by public transport, then it's time to study the timetable and routes. I collect such information on the Internet. I analyze, record everything, take this data with me.

Tips

  • While still at home, think about how you will move around the country, find out prices and a schedule. Take this information with you.
  • When choosing a service for booking a car, follow the reviews.
  • When ordering a transfer from the hotel, find out the price and payment method. I had a case when I paid twice. At first, the driver demanded money, and then they inserted it into the account when leaving the hotel. She couldn’t prove anything.

Step 8: planning excursions

Almost all the preparations have been made. When making the route, you have already chosen the places you are going to visit.

You can explore everything on your own, you have already familiarized yourself with the schedule, decided how and what to get to (if not, read Step 2 and 7 above).

It should work in different tourist destinations.

As a rule, these are economical, tired of banal tourist offers, too busy people. If an entrepreneur can please them with a high-quality organization, the proposed direction, a leisure program, at a relatively affordable price, then his business will quickly develop.
