Well, let's start registering. You need to start by going to the official Pegasus Airlines website using this link and switching the interface language to English. This is important to do, because at the time of writing the article, the Russian interface had a lot of errors and registration froze halfway through. You can switch the language in the menu located at the top left. Then continue check-in for the flight.

In the system, which by default displays the flight booking selection, go to the tab CHECK-IN and fill out three points:

Your reservation number (PNR)– the registration number, which is issued when purchasing a ticket, consists of 6 characters
Name– passenger’s name, as on the ticket
Surname– passenger’s last name

Once you are sure that the fields are filled out correctly, click Continue.

A pop-up window will open in which you will need to register. If the window does not appear, check that your browser does not have pop-up blocking enabled!

The site gives us a list of all the “shoulders” of air travel. It is worth noting that each of them requires separate registration. Therefore, we start with what is in the window Flights open for online check-in we find the flight that we want to register now, and Passanger Information We note the passengers to whom registration will apply.

Please note that you can enter a phone number registered in the program Pegasus Plus and receive a small bonus to your account.

Then check the box that you agree with the rules of online registration - I have read and accept online check-in rules and press the button Continue.

At the next step, we are asked to choose a location. Since the Pegasus company is a budget company, not everything is so simple here. On the one hand, there is no opportunity to choose a specific seat for free, and on the other hand, there is no terrible WizzAir practice of “Whoever gets there first takes the seat,” which leads to terrible crowding.

Here, during online registration, the system automatically determines your place. And if it doesn’t suit you, then you can choose another one for a fee (the price varies depending on the type of seat: near a window, aisle, or with extra legroom). I've written before about how to choose the best seat on a plane. I was lucky, the computer itself assigned me to favorite place- near the window. Button Continue let's move on to the next step.

Here the passenger is shown his baggage allowance and given the opportunity to pay extra for excess baggage. I was flying from Ukraine, so it's free hand luggage+ 20 kilograms for checked luggage were included in the ticket fare. This is enough in most cases, especially if you pack your things wisely for the trip and even buy souvenirs. If this is not enough, select additional weight at Weight of purchased exess baggage – Increase your baggage. After making sure that everything was done correctly, click again Continue.

Please note that the option to add baggage weight disappears 4 hours before departure!

If you are flying for a long time or are just a fan of airplane food like me, you can order meals for the road. It is worth noting that, unlike many other low-cost restaurants, the food here consists of quite decent dishes, and not a Lion bar and nuts at a price of 20 euros apiece. Here for 20 euros you can order a completely full menu with first, second and dessert. In addition, there is a special menu (dietary, for diabetics, etc.).

It is worth noting that meal selection is available no later than 24 hours before flight departure.

If you don’t need food or you’ve already chosen it, move on.

At this point, registration for the shoulder is completed. You can print your boarding pass by clicking on the button Print or send a link to the document via mobile phone or E-mail. This pass will allow you to board if you do not have checked baggage. If there is, you will have to hand it in along with everyone else where check-in takes place at the airport.

The small airline Pegasus Fly got its name quite recently, in 2015. At the same time, it entered the international transportation market. Her original name, “Icarus,” remains only legally. The airline was first registered in 1993 in Magadan. Having only Mi-8 helicopters in its fleet, it was mainly engaged in cargo transportation.

Pegas Fly cooperates with the travel company Pegas Touristik and specializes in organizing charter flights to resort destinations. Its long-haul routes: Far East, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Seychelles, Dominican Republic, Maldives, etc., more than 50 destinations in total.

Despite small park aircraft (8 aircraft), the airline ranks 16th out of 50 in terms of traffic volumes. And in 2018, it plans to increase its fleet and expand the geography of international and domestic routes.

Pegasus Fly has 5 Boeing 767-300 aircraft in its fleet. These are wide-body airliners (in operation since 1986) designed to transport large quantity long-distance passengers. The Boeing 767-300er can fly 11,000 kilometers without refueling.

The layout is 2-2-2 so that there are no central uncomfortable seats. Wide seats, large distances between rows, few passengers in the cabin - all this makes the flight as comfortable as possible.

Row 18 - according to the Boeing 767-300 cabin layout - these are the seats at the emergency exits. Pegas Fly has restrictions on these seats due to flight safety. They can only be offered to passengers without physical or mental disabilities, flying without small children and without animals. In a critical situation, they will need to quickly and accurately carry out the crew’s commands. These seats are highlighted in yellow because the seat backs are fixed so as not to block the approach to the emergency doors. On long flights this is a significant disadvantage, because... It is difficult to sit for many hours without being able to relax your back. A plus is the large legroom.

19th row – good places, because The chairs recline and there is enough space in front of them to stretch your legs.

38 B, C, D, E, G – places below average. It is very noisy here and will be disturbed by flight attendants with carts and people going to the toilets.

Row 39 is the worst place. The disadvantages of the 38th row are added to the almost motionless backrests of the seats.

For the Light fare, baggage is not included in the ticket price, for the Economy Optimum fare - 1 piece of luggage weighing up to 15 kg, for the Economy Premium fare - 1 piece weighing no more than 20 kg. The dimensions of luggage must not exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions.

Norm free transportation luggage for a child under 2 years old who does not occupy a separate seat is 10 kg for all fares except “Light”. The dimensions of children's luggage should not exceed 115 cm in the sum of 3 dimensions.

For the autumn-winter and spring periods of transportation in addition to the transportation norms free luggage additional space is provided, consisting of one set of ski or snowboard equipment with a total weight of up to 20 kg.

Excess baggage

If the number of pieces, dimensions or weight of baggage exceeds the airline's standards, then an additional payment will be required for its transportation. Additional pieces of luggage are subject to payment. The first additional seat will cost 2,000 rubles, subsequent seats will cost 6,000 rubles each on domestic flights. On international flights The amount of the surcharge ranges from 35 to 100 euros.

If the baggage weight is more than the norm, but less than 32, then the additional payment is 2000 rubles on domestic flights. If the weight of luggage is more than 32 kg, but less than 50, then the additional payment is 6,000 rubles on domestic flights. The overweight surcharge on international flights is charged in euros and ranges from 25 to 120 euros.

If the baggage dimensions are exceeded, the additional payment will be 6,000 rubles on domestic flights or from 70 to 120 euros on international flights. On some international flights, surcharges are accepted in dollars.

Transportation of animals

The transportation of animals must be agreed upon with the airline no later than 24 hours before the flight departure. Transportation is possible both in the cabin and in the luggage compartment of the aircraft. If the animal together with the container weighs less than 8 kg, it can be transported in the cabin. The dimensions of the container (cage) should not exceed 20×60×35 cm. The transportation service is paid. On one plane it is possible to transport 4 containers (cages) with animals of the same (non-antagonistic) species (cats), or no more than 2 each of antagonistic ones (cat and dog).
