Just returned from this "wonderful" hotel. We rested from August 20 to 30. The area is really very beautiful and well-groomed. But everything else is just terrible. The houses are beautiful, cozy, BUT! I have never seen so many cockroaches anywhere. They moved us 2 times, on the 3rd time we managed to find a house practically without cockroaches, but for it we had to pay an additional 1,200 hryvnia (about 5,000 rubles). Separately, I would like to say about the food: breakfast - 3 transparent pieces of sausage, half a tomato, even less cucumbers and pepper. And it's all! No cereal, no eggs, no yogurt, despite the fact that the hotel is family-run and people come with children. Set dinners are a waste of money. Every other day they gave us overcooked and completely inedible dumplings with a salad of grated beets and mayonnaise, or equally inedible pasta with cabbage salad. In 10 days, only 2 times we saw some semblance of dinner, with potatoes and a cutlet. I had to buy food at the market and cook it myself, and give the paid dinners to local dogs and cats. The staff is just a song! In the evening, waitresses and maids have a blast at the beach bar along with the guests; in the morning, with shaking hands and half asleep, they try to serve breakfast and clean the rooms. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet was not flushed, empty juice bags were found under the bed, apparently from the previous tenants. Your own beach is not a beach at all - 10 meters of a fenced area with huge boulders. We went to the citywide one. Wi-Fi, which was supposed to work throughout the hotel, in fact only worked on a few benches on the territory, sometimes on the beach and in the restaurant.
